Situasi yang muncul saat ini di kalangan karyawan adalah adanya ketidak jelasan karir yang membuat sebagian besar karyawan menjadi resah dan bertanya-tanya tentang bagaimana nasib karir mereka di perusahaan. Situasi ini tentu menjadi tidak kondusif baik bagi karyawan maupun baik perusahaan, di mana karyawan sebagai modal utama perusahaan yang menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya akan menjadi terdemotivasi degan adanya masalah karir ini. Tugas Akhir ini merupakan kegiatan penulis yang mencoba untuk mengangkat masalah ini sebagai bahan tulisan dengan maksud memberikan informasi kepada perusahaan seperti apa kondisi yang, terjadi di karyawan mengenai masalah karir dan apa solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengawasi masalah tersebut Berdasarkan hasil analisis penulis maka satu-satunya solusi terbaik yang direkomendasikan oleh penulis dan harus segera dilakukan oleh perusahaan adalah menyusun career path, yang akan dipakai sebagai acuan untuk penyusunan career planning and development bagi tiap karyawan. Dengan adanya career path maka permasalahan yang muncul mengenai karir dapat diatasi dan dapat kembali memotivasi para karyawan untuk bekerja memberikan yang terbaik bagi perusahaan."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Program Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Rumah Kepemimpinan Dengan Skema Daring Untuk Peserta Program Angkatan X. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada potensi sumber daya manusia sebagai investasi penting, namun dihadapkan pada adanya bentuk-bentuk krisis kepemimpinan di Indonesia. Rumah Kepemimpinan hadir sebagai lembaga yang menyediakan program pelatihan dan pengembangan di bidang kepemimpinan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penarikan sampel total sampling melalui instrumen kuesioner daring yang diisi oleh 151 peserta Rumah Kepemimpinan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dengan bantuan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa rata-rata evaluasi program baik dari dimensi reaksi dan pembelajaran mencapai nilai mean sebesar 4.172 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik. Evaluasi tersebut didasarkan pada penggunaan dua tingkatan evaluasi program Kirkpatrick, yaitu reaksi dan pembelajaran. Hasil tersebut menandakan kepuasan peserta program dan keberhasilan program dalam memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan peserta dalam pengembangan kepemimpinan.

This research aims to evaluate the Training and Development Program of Rumah Kepemimpinan with the Online Scheme for Participants of Batch X. The background of the study is based on the potential of human resources as a vital investment, but facing various leadership crises in Indonesia. Rumah Kepemimpinan serves as an institution providing leadership training and development programs. The research method used is a quantitative approach with total sampling through an online questionnaire instrument filled out by 151 participants of Rumah Kepemimpinan. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques with the assistance of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Based on the research findings, it was discovered that the average program evaluation, both in terms of reaction and learning dimensions, reached a mean value of 4.172, which falls into the "good" category. This evaluation is based on the use of two levels of the Kirkpatrick program evaluation, namely reaction and learning. The results indicate participant satisfaction with the program and its success in meeting the expectations and needs of participants in leadership development."

Penelitian ini di lakukan pada tanggal 1 Nopember 2010 sampai dengan 15 Desember 2010, jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan metode Cross Sectional dari hasil penelitian di mana jenis, jumlah kompetensi Tenaga medis Spesialis dasar yang ada pada saat ini belum memenuhi untuk menuju ke rumah sakit tipe C untuk itu perlu di buat suatu perencanaan tenaga medis spesialis dasar yang di sesuaikan dengan ketentuan untuk Rumah sakit tipe C.

This thesis research aims to know the Human Resource Planning Association of Medical Specialists in public hospitals in the city area of Batam to go to a hospital Type C and know the amount, type and competence of medical personnel based on the number of Basic Specialist Demand Trend of a number of visits patients and disease patterns. This study was conducted on November 1, 2010 to December 15, 2010, the research is a qualitative and quantitative with cross sectional method of research results in which the type, number of medical personnel specialist competence base is not currently meet to go to Home C-type pain for it needs to make a planning specialist medical personnel that are customized basis with provisions for Hospitals type C."

"Meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan membuat banyak pelaku bisnis mengubah operasi perusahaannya menjadi lebih berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Green Human Resource Management terhadap Employee Green Behavior dengan Organizational Identification sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan Generasi Z di perusahaan FMCG di Jabodetabek, menggunakan data dari 201 responden yang dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Human Resource Management berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Employee Green Behavior, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi Organizational Identification, meskipun efek mediasinya lebih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan hubungan langsung. Selain itu, efek mediasi pada hubungan Green Human Resource Management terhadap Voluntary Green Behavior lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan Task-Related Green Behavior.

The increasing awareness of the importance of environmental sustainability has led many businesses to transform their operations to become more sustainable. This study analyses the influence of Green Human Resource Management on Employee Green Behavior, with Organizational Identification as a mediating variable, focusing on Generation Z employees in FMCG companies in the Jabodetabek area. The data, collected from 201 respondents, was analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The findings indicate that Green Human Resource Management has a significant positive impact on Employee Green Behavior, both directly and through Organizational Identification as a mediator, although the mediation effect is weaker compared to the direct relationship. Furthermore, the mediation effect of Green Human Resource Management on Voluntary Green Behavior is weaker than its effect on Task-Related Green Behavior

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi serta menganalisis pelaksanaan dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan kompetensi sumber daya pustakawan di UPT Perpustakaan ITS Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UPT Perpustakaan ITS melakukan pengembangan kompetensi pada sumber daya pustakawannya melalui beberapa kegiatan. Sebagian besar dari kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode non formal, seperti : pelatihan, kursus, magang kerja, studi banding, seminar, lokakarya, kegiatan berbagi pengetahuan melalui "morning enlightement", outbond, dan pertemuan rutin pustakawan.
Salah satu temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa banyak kebijakan yang belum tertulis di UPT Perpustakaan ITS. Kepala perpustakaan sebagai penentu utama dalam pengambil keputusan memiliki beberapa ketentuan tidak tertulis dalam pengembangan kompetensi pustakawannya. Ketentuan tidak tertulis ini menjadi kendala dalam pengembangan kompetensi diri bagi sebagian besar pustakawan. Sedangkan kendala UPT Perpustakaan ITS dalam melakukan pengembangan kompetensi sumber daya pustakawan, antara lain: kebijakan makro ITS tentang pendidikan lanjut, terbatasnya anggaran, dan demotivasi kerja pustakawan.

This research intend to identifies and analyze the implementation and obstacles that are faced ini competency development of librarian resource in ITS Surabaya Library. This research used qualitative approach with case study method. The research result shows that the library has performed competency development on its librarian resource through several activities. The majority of these activities are done through non formal methods, such as: training, course, internship, comparative study, colloquium, workshop, knowledge sharing activity through morning enlightment, outbond, and routine librarian meetings.
One of the finding in this research is that there are many policies that are still unwritten in the library. The head of library as the main policy maker have several unwritten provision regarding competency development of its librarian. These unwritten provisions become an obstacle in self competency development for a large part of librarian. While the obstacle of the library in performing the competency development of librarian resource are: macro policy on ITS about further education, limited budgets, dan librarian work demotivations.

"Pengembangan sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu bagian dari manajemen sumber daya manusia yang harus dilaksanakan oleh organisasi. dalam organisasi publik, Pengembangan SDM dilakukan untuk meningkatkan knowledge, skill dan abilities PNS di maksud. Di dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 11 Tahun 2017 tentang Manajemen PNS yang menyatakan bahwa setiap PNS memiliki hak untuk memperoleh pengembangan kompetensi selama dua puluh jam pelajaran dalam satu tahun. Pengembangan kompetensi dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi setiap PNS melalui berbagai kegiatan, salah satunya dengan melaksanakan pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat). Diklat dapat dilaksanakan dengan berbagai metode baik secara klasikal maupun non-klasikal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian terapan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap strategi pengembangan SDM yang di lakukan oleh Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia melalui Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Hukum dan HAM dan Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Hukum dan HAM. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara terhadap informan internal dan eksternal yang berjumlah sebanyak sepuluh informan. Informan internal di antaranya Sekretaris Badan, Kepala Bidang Program di Pusat Pengembangan Diklat Teknis dan Kepemimpinan dan Pusat Pengembangan Diklat Fungsional dan HAM serta Kepala Pusat Penilaian Kompetensi. Sedangkan, informan eksternal BPSDM Hukum dan HAM di antaranya, Kepala Kantor Wilayah, Kepala Divisi Administrasi dan Kepala Bagian Pengembangan Karir di Biro Kepegawaian. BPSDM Hukum dan HAM dan Balai Diklat Hukum dan HAM memiliki tugas dan fungsi untuk melaksanakan pengembangan SDM terhadap seluruh PNS di lingkungan Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia. BPSDM Hukum dan HAM dan Balai Diklat Hukum dan HAM saat ini menyelenggarakan pengembangan SDM dengan melaksanakan pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) melalui daring dengan metode Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) dan e-learning. Diklat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan sasaran strategis BPSDM Hukum dan HAM yang berpedoman pada rencana strategis Kementerian Hukum dan HAM. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach that is descriptive with the type of applied research that aims to provide solutions to human resources development strategies conducted by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights through the Human Rights Human Resources Development Agency of Law and Human Rights and the Center for Education and Training of Law and Human Rights. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted through interviews with internal and external informants totaling ten informants. Internal informants include the Secretary of the Agency, The Head of Program Affairs at the Center for Technical and Leadership Training Development and the Center for The Development of Functional and Human Rights Training and the Head of the Competency Assessment Center. Meanwhile, external informants include, Head of Regional Office, Head of Administration Division and Head of Career Development Department at Staffing Bureau. The Human Resources Development Agency of Law and Human Rights and The Education and Training Center of Law and Human Rights have the task and function to carry out human resources development to all civil servants within the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi SDM Res Narkoba Polres Cirebon Kota, termasuk didalamnya analisa terhadap komepetensi SDM dan proses pengembangan SDM di Fungsi Res Narkoba Polres Cirebon Kota. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, pengamatan dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini termasuk Kapolres Cirebon kota AKBP M. Rano, SH, S.IK, MH., Kasat Resnarkoba Polres Cirebon kota, Anggota Reserse Narkoba Polresta Cirebon, tersangka TP Narkoba dan Warga Masyarakat kota Cirebon. Analisa dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara analitis deskriptif. Hasil temuan penelitian SDM dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat berjalan efektif, efisien dan memiliki sasaran. Koordinasi lintas sektoral di Polres Cirebon Kota menjadi faktor penting untuk mendukung keberhasilan kinerja Sat Resnarkoba. Sebagai fungsi yang mengemban tugas represif, Sat Resnarkoba harus banyak berkoordinasi dengan fungsi preemtif dan fungsi preventif yang ada di Polres Cirebon Kota, Kepolisian Resort Cirebon Kota dengan melakukan upaya preventif dan represif yaitu Upaya Preventif yang dilakukan oleh pihak Polres Cirebon Kota untuk mencegah terjadinya tindak pidana penyalahgunaan narkotika dengan mengutamakan upaya pencegahan daripada penindakan.

The problem of narcotics in Indonesia is still very high, including in cases of drug abuse. This problem also occurs at the Cirebon Kota Police jurisdiction with an increasing trend of drug abuse. But at the same time there is a decrease in the number of P21 which implies a decrease as well as other factors that affect the performance of members both from internal and external. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the condition of the human resources of the Cirebon City Police Narcotics Res. This research was conducted with a qualitative research approach with descriptive analysis method. The data in this study were collected using interview, observation and documentation studies. Informants in this study included the Cirebon Police Chief AKBP M. Rano, SH, S.IK, MH., Head of the Cirebon Police Narcotics Investigation Unit, members of the Cirebon Police Narcotics Investigation Unit, suspected TP Narcotics and citizens of Cirebon district. The analysis in this study was carried out by descriptive analysis. The research findings show that human resources and services to the community run effectively, efficiently and have targets. Cross-sectoral coordination at the Cirebon City Police is an important factor in supporting the successful performance of the Criminal Investigation Unit and the Narcotics Research Unit. As a function that carries out repressive duties, the Criminal Investigation Unit and the Narcotics Research Unit must coordinate a lot with the preemptive and preventive functions in the Cirebon City Police, Cirebon City Resort Police by carrying out preventive and repressive efforts, namely Preventive Efforts carried out by the Cirebon City Police to prevent the occurrence of criminal acts of narcotics abuse by prioritizing prevention efforts rather than prosecution. "
