"ABSTRAKDepresi merupakan masalah kesehatan jiwa yang mempengaruhi spiritual lansia. Spiritual menjadi kebutuhan penting pada lansia dengan depresi sehingga penanganan intervensi keperawatan dengan pendekatan spiritual perlu diterapkan dalam menurunkan tingkat depresi lansia. Intervensi keperawatan SILANSIA (spiritual bagi lansia) digunakan sebagai usaha penanganan dalam menurunkan tingkat depresi lansia pada individu, keluarga dan masyarakat. Intervensi SILANSIA diimplementasikan kepada lansia depresi sebanyak 106 orang diberikan selama 30 menit per sesi sebanyak 8 sesi. Kriteria inklusi adalah: berusia 60 tahun ke atas, memiliki tingkat depresi ringan dan sedang, tidak mengalami gangguan kognitif dan pendengaran. Hasil implementasi kepada keluarga dan kelompok didapatkan rerata nilai depresi lansia adalah 4,79 sebelum intervensi menjadi 2,48 sesudah intervensi. Artinya rerata nilai depresi lansia mengalami penurunan sebanyak 2,31. Hasil uji independent t test didapatkan nilai p value <0,05. Intervensi SILANSIA (Spiritualitas lansia) berpengaruh terhadap penurunan tingkat depresi lansia di kelurahan Cisalak Pasar. Intervensi SILANSIA dapat digunakan sebagai pilihan intervensi keperawatan dan direkomendasikan agar diterapkan pada individu, kelompok dan masyarakat sebagai intervensi dalam menangani masalah depresi lansia di komunitas.

ABSTRACTDepression is a mental health problem that affects the spiritual elderly. Spiritual is a vital need for the elderly with depression so that the handling of spiritual intervention nursing approaches needs to be applied for the decrease depression level. An effort to reduce the level of depression in the elderly used SILANSIA nursing intervention (spiritual for the elderly). SILANSIA intervention was implemented for 106 depressed older adults, and the intervention was given for 30 minutes per session as many as eight sessions. Inclusion criteria are: 60 years and over, have mild and moderate levels of depression, do not have cognitive and hearing impairment. The results of the implementation of the family and group obtained the average depression value of the elderly was 4.79 before the intervention to 2.48 after the intervention, meaning that the average depression value of the elderly decreased by 2.31. The results of the independent t-test found that the p-value <0.005 means that there is the effectiveness of the SILANSIA intervention (the elderly s spirituality) the level of depression of the elderly in the Cisalak Pasar village. The SILANSIA intervention program can be applied as a choice of nursing interventions. It would be a recommendation for an individual, group and community in dealing with elderly depression."

Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) menjadi salah satu prioritas permasalahan yang harus diselesaikan saat ini. Perawat puskesmas sebagai garda terdepan diharapkan dapat memengaruhi perubahan positif pada masyarakat, khususnya mengenai pengendalian PTM di Kota Depok. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang pengalaman perawat dalam melaksanakan upaya promotif dan preventif PTM. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi fenomenologi deskriptif dengan wawancara mendalam semi berstruktur. Jumlah partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian adalah 16 perawat di seluruh UPT Puskesmas Kota Depok yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis Colaizzi yang menghasilkan 7 tema, yaitu (1) berbagai strategi promosi kesehatan dan pencegahan PTM, (2) tantangan pelaksanaan promosi kesehatan dan pencegahan PTM, (3) dukungan yang dibutuhkan dalam pelaksanaan promosi kesehatan dan pencegahan PTM, (4) isi promosi dan pencegahan, (5) proses penyampaian informasi dalam melakukan upaya promosi dan preventif, (6) menghargai tugas/pekerjaan sebagai makna dari pengalaman melakukan upaya promosi kesehatan dan pencegahan PTM, (7) peningkatan hasil layanan kesehatan primer. Perawat Puskesmas di Kota Depok melaksanakan upaya promotif dan preventif PTM sesuai dengan konsep dan teori, namun beberapa hal masih membutuhkan perbaikan agar tercapainya pelayanan kesehatan secara holistik dan komprehensif. Perawat diharapkan melibatkan semua lintas sektor dalam pelaksanaan upaya promotif dan preventif PTM di Kota Depok.

Non-communicable diseases (NCD) is one of the priority problems that must be resolved at this time. Community health nurses as the frontline are expected to be able for influence positive of changes in the community, especially regarding NCD control in Depok City. The aim of this study was to obtain an overview of the experience of community health nurses in implementing NCD’ promotive and preventive. This research used a descriptive phenomenology study with in-depth semi structured interview. Total participants were 16 nurses from all of UPT Puskesmas in Depok City that were using a purposive technique sampling. This research used a Colaizzi analysis approach that resulted seven themes, were (1) various strategies of NCD’ health promotion and prevention, (2) the challenges in implementing of NCD’ health promotion and prevention, (3) the support needed in implementing of NCD’ health promotion and prevention, (4) the content of promotion and prevention, (5) the process of delivering information in implementing of promotion and prevention, (6) the valuing tasks as meaning from experience of NCD’ health promotion and prevention, (7) the improving of primary health care. Nurses in primary health care at Depok City to implementation of NCD’ promotive/preventive in accordance with concepts and theories, but somethings still need improvement to achieve holistic and comprehensive of the health services. Nurses were expected to involve all of sectors in implementing of NCD’ promotive/preventive in Depok City.

"Karena mengidentifikasi dirinya dengan sebuah komunitas, anggota dari brand community membentuk attitudinal, behavioral loyalty terhadap merek yang mereka sukai serta oppositional loyalty terhadap merek yang dianggap sebagai rival. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi antecedent dari brand community identification berdasarkan uses and gratification theory, lalu melihat pengaruh dari brand community identification terhadap loyalitas terhadap brand. Oleh karena itu, structural equation modelling digunakan untuk menguji kerangka teoritis yang diajukan. Sebanyak 315 responden yang terdiri atas anggota ARMY Indonesia menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini. Hasilnya, diketahui bahwa perceived human dan brand-related value menjadi alasan konsumen untuk mengidentifikasikan dirinya dengan sebuah komunitas merek, serta brand community identification diketahui sebagai prediktor dari loyalitas terhadap brand.

To stand up for the brands they support, members of brand communities develop attitudinal and behavioral loyalty towards the brand they love, as well as oppositional brand loyalty towards other rival brands. This study identifies the antecedents of brand community identification based on the uses and gratification theory, while also examining the relationship between brand community identification and brand loyalty. Structural equation modeling was used to test the theoretical framework based on an online survey of 315 BTS’s brand community members (ARMY) in Indonesia. The analytical results reveal that perceived human and brand-related value of the brand social media page (Weverse) lead members to identify with a brand community and identification is a strong predictor of loyalty to the brand. Based on the analytical results, this study provides suggestions to the managers of human brands to develop values that can increase identification and loyalty towards the brand."
