"This book demonstrates that effective management of supply disruptions necessitates both strategic and tactical measures. The former involving optimal design of supply networks, the latter involving inventory, finance and demand management. It shows that managers ought to use all available levers at their disposal throughout the supply network, like sourcing and pricing strategies, providing financial subsidies, encouraging information sharing and incentive alignment between supply chain partners, in order to tackle supply disruptions. The editors combine up-to-date academic research with the latest operational risk management practices used in industry to demonstrate how theoreticians and practitioners can learn from each other."

This paper discusses about the influence of the application of classical organization theory approach to the organization of the Japanese Toyota company against Kenichi Uchino death cases caused by fatigue due to overwork. The theory I used are classical organization theory approach to look at the characteristics of the organization of Toyota, expectation theory and motivation to see what motivated Kenichi Uchino in his works, and managerial grid leadership model to find out what leadership model that applied by Kenichi Uchino’s supervisor.
I concluded that the characteristics of the organization's approach to the classical theory is contained in the company Toyota , and the family was the one that motivated Kenichi Uchino in his work, and the last supervisor of Kenichi Uchino applied a style of leadership that was a higher priority in the work than the worker themselves.

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the factors that influence student intention in conducting whistleblowing actions against fraud in managing student organization funds and formulating appropriate whistleblowing methods to be applied in student organizations. Students know fraud has occurred, but are unable to report due to collision with friendships. This study seeks to fill the reseach gap, which is to look at the phenomenon of student decision making in reporting fraud actions in managing student funds through the mechanism of whistleblowing using the theory of planned behavior by incorporating moral norms into the research framework. The results showed that there were 3 (three) types of fraud that occurred in student organizations that were in line with what was stated by ACFE (2010) including, fraudulent financial reporting, asset misappropriation, and corruption. Factors that influence the intentions of members of the organization in taking action reporting on fraud in the management of organizational funds, namely attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control are not the dominant factors, while moral norms are the dominant factor in forming the intention of student organization members to take action reporting of fraud in managing the organization's funds. This research is in line with Ajzen (1991, 2002), Kurland (1995), Adam & Shauki (2014). However, this study adds an analysis of the dominant level of influence of factors in intention formation, where moral norms provide the dominant influence in the formation of intentions and behavior of members of the organization. The whistleblowing mechanism is carried out with an internal approach by forming an independent institution as a whistleblowing manager. Reporting is done by stating the identity of the reporter or non- anonymous, by maintaining the confidentiality of the reporter's identity and providing protection both legally and the safety of the reporter. This study supports the research of Gokce (2013) which states that non-anonymous is one way to do whistleblowing. This study is not in line with Latan & Lopes (2017) and Lee & Fergher (2013) who choose to use anonymous methods in conducting whistleblowing. While the reporting system is based on a gadget app-based, in order to increase the participation of the reporter."

"This study investigates the factors affecting borrowing intention among young entrepreneur of Indonesia TDA community based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). About 100 questionnaires were accepted and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) in determining the relationships. The results show that borrowing intention amongst young entrepreneur of Indonesia TDA community is influenced by attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, self identity, situational temptation, and past behavior. The young entrepreneur of Indonesia TDA community believe that they have complete control of their behavior in borrowing as they perceived to be equipped with the knowledge about the personal financing. In addition, because of their experience in students’ loans since undergraduates’ level, the result explains why situational temptation were found to be a significant predictor. The findings offer implications for researchers and government.
