"ABSTRACTAs one of the fundamental principles in the banking industry, bank secrecy has become very important to note. On the other hand, the rise of unlawful financial practices mostly hides behind its principle. By then, on 2015 Government of Indonesia ratifies the automatic exchange of information AEOI for tax purposes in order to prevent such practices. The purpose of this study is to analyse on banking secrecy and Automatic Exchange of Information. This Juridical Normative study will provide principles that must be considered about bank secrecy and the importance of these principles in supporting the banking industry. Several data that encourage the ratification of international treaties on the exchange of information automatically will also be alluded to in this thesis. The method used in this research is normative research. This study will ultimately provide conclusions related to the research problem within regards to the ratification of the provisions of AEOI, and of course give advice what can be done by government in the future to protect the banking industry.

ABSTRACTSebagai salah satu prinsip penting dalam menunjang industri perbankan, rahasia bank sangatlah penting untuk diperhatikan. Namun demikian, maraknya praktek-praktek yang melawan hukum juga bersembunyi dibalik prinsip tersebut. Pada tahun 2015, Pemerintah Indonesia melakukan ratifikasi kepada ketentuan pertukaran informasi secara otomatis AEOI untuk kepentingan perpajakan demi mencegah praktek-praktek tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaturan rahasia perbankan dan pertukaran informasi secara otomatis. Penelitian dengan metode Juridical Normative ini akan menyampaikan prinsip-prinsip yang harus diperhatikan mengenai rahasia bank dan pentingnya prinsip tersebut dalam menunjang industri perbankan. Beberapa data yang mendorong diratifikasinya perjanjian internasional mengenai pertukaran informasi secara otomatis juga akan disinggung dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penlitian normatif. Penelitian ini pada akhirnya akan memberikan kesimpulan terkait rumusan masalah dengan diratifikasinya ketentuan pertukaran informasi tersebut, dan tentunya memberikan saran apa saja yang dapat dilakukan pemerintah kedepanya demi kelancaran industri perbankan."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) dan Locus of Control (LOC) pada job embeddedness (kelekatan pada organisasi). Landasan teori yang akan digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan LOC dan LMX terhadap kelekatan pada organisasi adalah teori Conservation of Resources (COR). Data telah diperoleh dari berbagai organisasi-organisasi advertising agency di Jakarta (N = 201) dan di analisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Pearson Product Moment (PPM) dan Hierarchical Regression melalui SPSS Statistics. Hasil menunjukan bahwa LMX memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap kelekatan pada organisasi (b=0.39, p<0.01). Sedangkan, LOC memiliki hubungan yang negatif dan tidak signifikan kepada kelekatan pada organisasi (b=-0.01, ns). Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa LMX mempunyai hubungan yang lebih kuat dan dapat lebih memprediksi kelekatan pada organisasi dibandingkan dengan LOC.

The focus of this study was to test the relationship of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) and Locus of Control (LOC) towards Job Embeddedness. The theory used to describe the effect of LOC and LMX towards Job Embeddedness is the Conservation of Resources theory (COR). The data was collected from several advertising agencies in Jakarta (N = 201) and analyzed by Pearson Product Moment (PPM) and Hierarchical Regression statistic analysis on SPSS Statistics. The results showed that LMX had a strong and significant relationship with Job Embeddedness (b=0.39, p<0.01). As for LOC, it had a negative and nonsignificant relationship with Job Embeddedness (b=-0.01, ns). Theoretical and practical implications are further discussed."

"In the context of massive environmental problems in Southeast Asia, the countries in the region have decided, at least in some instances, to create regimes to solve these problems jointly. This empirical observation is surprising, given the Southeast Asian countries? general reluctance to regional cooperation, the governance and budgetary constraints that are typical for developing countries and the huge heterogeneity of the involved countries in terms of environmental vulnerability, economic capacity and hegemonic power. This book analyzes the creation and effectiveness of two environmental regimes, one on transboundary haze pollution and a second on resource management of the Mekong. It will be shown that regime creation is extremely problematic and strategies to overcome conflicting actor constellations are mostly lacking."
