"ABSTRACT9 Summers 10 Autumns (2011) is an autobiographical novel about a young man from a small city of Batu who later succeeds in pursuing his dream by working in the United States. The novel was written based on lwan Setyawan's life story and it was made into a movie by the same title in 2013. Two years later, the movie was adapted into an augmented motion picture hinted illustrative book which combines novel, comic, app, and movie together. This phenomenon of re-transformation of a literary work is said to be the first of its kind in Indonesia and has somewhat contributed to the rising trend of movies adapted into books or comics in Indonesia, such as Assalamualaikum Beijing (2015) and Ada Apa dengan Cinta? (What's Up with Love?) (2016). This study examines lwan Setyawans strategy for achieving legitimacy in the arena of Indonesian literature through his motivational rags-to-riches ideals which are depicted in the book. The discussion is carried out by applying Pierre Bourdieus field of cultural production theory, as well as the sociology of literature approach, in order to highlight the phenomenon of transformation from novel into movie and eventually into an augmented motion picture hinted illustrative book. Later, this study discovered that the phenomenon has changed the image of Indonesian art and literary world. lt proves that such prestigious legitimacy can now be achieved through commercial strategies, making it seem dynamic, but at the same time questionable in its most authentic sense."

"Latar Belakang : Stroke iskemi adalah penyebab kematian ketiga terbesar dan merupakan penyebab disablitias terbesar di Amerika Serikat dan negara negara industri. CT scan adalah modalitas pertama yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai terjadinya perubahan iskemik awal tersebut. ASPECTS dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan manfaat dari pemeriksaan CT dengan melakukan penggolongan yang dapat diulang untuk menilai perubahan iskemik awal (< 3 jam onset) pada pemeriksaan CT sebelum tata laksana dengan stroke iskemik akut dari sirkulasi anterior. Di RSUPN Cipto Mangunkusumo belum terdapat nilai kesesuaian inter obeserver terhadap nilai ASPECTS pada pasien stroke iskemi.Tujuan : Mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian inter observer penilaian Alberta Stroke Program Early CT score pada pasien stroke iskemi di RSUPN Citpto Mangunkusumo, JakartaMetode : Penelitian ini merupakan studi analitik komparatif menggunakan desain potong lintang dengan data sekunder dari PACS. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 47 pasien penderita stroke iskemik yang menjalani pemeriksaan CT scan kepala di Departemen Radiologi RSUPN Cipto Mangunkusumo periode Januari 2012 hingga November 2018. Penelitian dilakukan sejak Februari hingga Maret 2019. Penilaian ASPECT score dilakukan pada 3 windowing WL 40 WW 7, WL 40 WW 40, WL 32 WW 8 oleh 3 observer yand dilakukan secara random.Hasil : Terdapat kesesuaian yang baik antara 3 observer pada wndowing WL 40 WW 70 dengan K > 0,9 (p < 0,001) dan WL 40 WW 40 dengan K 0,82 - 0,92 (p < 0,001). Sementara windowing dengan WL 32 WW 8 memiliki kesesuaian yang buruk antara 3 observer dengan K 0,02 (P = 0,849), K 0,22 (P < 0,01) dan K 0,23 (P = 0,01).Kesimpulan : Terdapat kesesuaian interobserver yang tinggi dengan windowing WL 40 WW 70 dan WL 40 WW 40 pada pasien stroke iskemi di RSUPN Cipto Mangunkusumo. Terdapat kesesuaian interobserver yang rendah pada penggunaan windowing WL 32 WW 8.

Background : Ischemis stroke is third leading cause of death and disability in US and developed countries. CT scan is the first modality of choice that can be used to evaluate those ischemic changes. ASPECTS developed for increasing the benefit from CT scan examination by categorizing that can be repeated to evaluate early ischemic changes (< 3 hours of onset) in CT scan examination pre treatment of acute ischemic stroke from the anterior circulation. There have been no inter observer conformity for ASPECTS of ischemic stroke in Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital.

Purpose : To evaluate inter observer conformity of Alberta Stroke Program Early CT Score of ischemic stroke in Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital.

Method : This study used cross sectional design with secondary data from PACS. There are 47 samples of ischemic stroke patients that undergoes head CT scan in Radiology Department Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital from periods of January 2012 to November 2018. This study conducted from February to March 2019. ASPECT score evaluated with 3 windowing WL 40 WW 7, WL 40 WW 40, WL 32 WW 8 by 3 observer at random.

Result : There are good conformity between 3 observers in windowing WL 40 WW 70 with K > 0,9 (p < 0,001) and WL 40 WW 40 with K 0,82 -0,92 (p < 0,001). While windowing WL 32 WW 8 with poor conformity between 3 observers with K 0,02 (P = 0,849), K 0,22 (P < 0,01) and K 0,23 (P = 0,01).

Conclusion : There are high inter observer conformity in windowing WL 40 WW 70 and WL 40 WW 40 on stroke ischemic patient in Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, while there are poor conformity in windowing WL 32 WW 8."
