"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pandangan tentang pernikahan oleh dua tokoh utama wanita dalam novel Seo Inneun Yoja karya Park Wan Suh. Dua tokoh wanita dalam novel tersebut berasal dari dua generasi yang berbeda, yaitu generasi ibu dan anak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-analisis. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra dengan menghubungkan pandangan kedua tokoh tentang pernikahan dengan kondisi sosial masyarakat Korea Selatan pada masa diciptakannya novel, yaitu periode 1980-an. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan pandangan antara tokoh generasi ibu dan tokoh generasi anak dalam beberapa hal terkait pernikahan. Perbedaan pandangan itu terjadi karena beberapa faktor, seperti perbedaan generasi di antara kedua tokoh dan kondisi sosial yang turut mempengaruhi karakter kedua tokoh tersebut. Selain itu, perbedaan pandangan kedua tokoh tentang pernikahan juga menggambarkan perubahan sosial yang terjadi, dari tradisional menuju modern, pada masyarakat Korea di masa transisi tersebut.

This thesis explains about the view on marriage by two main female characters in Seo Inneun Yoja novel by Park Wan Suh. Two female characters in the novel come from two different generations, the mother generation and the child generation. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. In this study, the author uses the theory of sociology of literature by connecting the views of the two characters about marriage to social condition of South Korean society during the creation of the novel in 1980s.

The result of the research shows that there are differences in views between the mother rsquo s generation and the child rsquo s generation figure in some matters related to marriage. Differences in views occur due to several factors, such as the difference in generation between the two characters and social conditions that also affect the personality of the two characters. In addition, differences in views of the two characters about marriage also describe the social change occurred, from traditional to modern, in Korean society in this transition period."

"ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas tentang wanita sebagai tenaga security, menyoroti aspekperan, kinerja, dan cara pengoptimalan seorang tenaga security wanita dilingkungan kerja, Tesis ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan observasi,wawancara, studi dokumen dan literatur. Dalam penyelenggaraan manajemensekuriti berhubungan dengan kebijakan peraturan dan pandangan terhadapseorang sekuriti wanita di Indonesia, khususnya di Propinsi Jawa Timur. Hasiltesis ini menunjukkan hasil observasi lapangan terkait peran wanita sebagaitenaga security di Indonesia. Yang berkaitan erat mengenai isu penuruan tenagakerja security wanita beberapa Tahun ini. Dalam hal ini hasil observasi yangdilakukan kiranya dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kerjasecurity wanita. Rekomendasi dalam tesis ini adalah peraturan baku yangseharusnya diberlakukan dan disosialisasi kepada semua pihak, sistem polapelatihan yang flexible serta tidak merugikan kedua belah pihak.

ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses about women as security guards, highlighting aspects of therole, performance, and security personnel optimizations a woman in theworkplace, This thesis uses a qualitative method of observation, interviews,documents and literature studies. In the implementation of the Management ofsecurity related to regulatory policy and views on the security of women inIndonesia, especially in East Java Province. The results of this thesis show theresults of field observations related to the role of women as security guards inIndonesia. Which is closely related to the issue of employment securitydeterioration in some women this year. In this case the result of observationsmade would be used to improve workforce performance of women security.Recommendations in this thesis are the rules that should be applied to the raw andsocialized to all parties, the system is flexible training patterns and not detrimentalto both sides."
