"Interpretasi karya sastra yang berkaitan dengan psikologi mengarah pada kajian kejiwaan tokoh dalam sebuah karya sastra. Pendekatan sastra maupun pendekatan psikologi digunakan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam latar belakang karakter dan gejala kejiwaan yang dialami tokoh. Film Mideunaiteu mengisahkan aksi penyerangan yang dilakukan Do-shik terhadap korbannya. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana fenomena kejiwaan Do-shik yang dilihat sebagai seseorang dengan Antisocial Personality Disorder melalui perjalanan kehidupan tokoh yang diuraikan dalam struktur naratif film Mideunaiteu. Teori sekuen Schmitt dan Viala serta bagan fungsional transformasi Greimas digunakan untuk membedah struktur naratif serta menguraikan perjalanan kehidupan tokoh Do-shik. Kemudian pendekatan psikologi Antisocial Personality Disorder dengan kriteria dari Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disoder Fifth Edition digunakan untuk menganalisis fenomena kejiwaan tokoh Do-shik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tokoh Do-shik memiliki tujuh kriteria Antisocial Personality Disorder yang menjadi dasar atas tindakan penyerangan Do-shik terhadap tokoh lain, yaitu tidak mengikuti norma sosial, tipu daya, impulsif, mudah marah dan agresif, mengabaikan keselamatan diri sendiri dan orang lain, tidak bertanggung jawab, serta kurangnya rasa penyesalan.
Literature interpretations related to psychology focus on studying the psychology of the characters in the literature. The literary and psychological approaches are used to study more deeply the background and psychological symptoms of the characters. Mideunaiteu tells the story of Do-shik's attack on his victim. This study discusses how Do-shik's psychological phenomena are seen as someone with Antisocial Personality Disorder through Do-shik’s life journey described in the narrative structure of the Mideunaiteu. Schmitt and Viala's sequence theory and the Greimas transformation functional table are used to explain the narrative structure and life journey of Do-shik. Then the psychology approach of Antisocial Personality Disorder with criteria from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder Fifth Edition is used to analyze the psychological phenomena of Do-shik's character. The results of this study indicate that Do-shik has seven criteria for Antisocial Personality Disorder which are the basis for Do-shik's attacks on other characters, that is not failure to conform to social norms, deceitfulness, impulsivity, irritability and aggressiveness, reckless disregard for safety of self or others, irresponsibility, and lack of remorse."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kontribusi atau peran trait kepribadian terhadap academic burnout pada siswa kelas 3 SMA Negeri di Jakarta, khususnya pada Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Dalam pelaksanaannya, PJJ memiliki dampak yang membuat pembelajaran menjadi kurang efektif, sehingga memengaruhi kondisi mental sosial emosional siswa. Kendala-kendala yang muncul dan beban tugas selama PJJ menyebabkan siswa dapat merasa lelah secara emosional, tidak merasa mampu dalam menyelesaikan tugas, dan menjadi tidak peduli terhadap kegiatan belajarnya. Dengan kata lain siswa mengalami academic burnout. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 357 siswa kelas 3 SMAN di Jakarta. Academic burnout diukur dengan menggunakan Maslach Burnout Inventory – Student Survey (MBI-SS). Sementara itu kepribadian siswa diukur menggunakan IPIP-BFM-25. Hasil perhitungan Pearson correlation menunjukkan bahwa kelima trait kepribadian (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability, dan intellect) memiliki hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan dengan academic burnout. Hasil analisis lanjutan menunjukkan bahwa kecuali trait extraversion, empat trait kepribadian lainnya memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap munculnya academic burnout pada siswa.
This study aims to see the influence and contribution of personality traits on academic burnout in grade 12 public high school students in Jakarta, especially during the PJJ or Distance Learning period. Throughout its implementation PJJ has made learning less effective, thus affecting the social emotional state of students. Constraints and the workload during PJJ cause students to feel emotionally tired, incapable of completing assignments, and become indifferent towards their academic activities. In other words, students experience academic burnout. The study was conducted on 357 12th graders at SMAN in Jakarta. Academic burnout was measured using the Maslach Burnout Inventory - Student Survey (MBI-SS). Meanwhile, student personality is measured using IPIP-BFM-25. The results of the Pearson correlation calculation show that the five personality traits (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability, and intellect) have a negative and significant relationship with academic burnout. Further analysis show that except for extraversion, four other personality traits have a significant contribution to the emergence of academic burnout in students."

"Malaysia pada saat ini masih bergulat dengan isu mempertahankan dokter umum di rumah sakit milik Pemerintah. Dampak dari turnover dokter umum ke rumah sakit swasta memberi kerugian yang besar khususnya terhadap kesejahteraan kesihatan bagi masyarakat kelas menengah ke bawah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara kecenderungan komitmen dan ciri kepribadian dengan initial-entry commitment sebagai variabel mediasi terhadap keinginan berpindah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode gabungan (mix-method approach) melibatkan 211 mahasiswa ko-assisten kedokteran yang mendapat beasiswa dari Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam Malaysia (JPA). Mereka pada saat ini sedang menjalani ko-asisten di berbagai rumah sakit umum dan swasta di Indonesia. Data dikutip menggunakan soal selidik dan diskusi kelompok sasar bertujuan untuk memahami lebih mendalam terkait judul penelitian.
Hasil penelitian mendapati kecenderungan komitmen mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan berpindah manakala ciri kepribadian tidak mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap keinginan berpindah. Kecenderungan berkomitmen dan ciri kepribadian apabila digabung ternyata menghasilkan hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan berpindah.
Sementara itu, initial-entry commitment memediasi hubungan antara kecenderungan berkomitmen dan ciri kepribadian terhadap keinginan berpindah. Temuan utama adalah bahwa responden memiliki kecenderungan komitmen yang tinggi. Namun, kecenderungan ini tidak berarti karena tingkat keinginan berpindah mereka juga tinggi khususnya setelah legal bonding selama 10 tahun berakhir. Hasil temuan ini telah diinvestigasi lebih lanjut menggunakan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil FGD menunjukkan bahwa responden memiliki persepsi bahwa bekerja di rumah sakit swasta lebih memberikan banyak peluang dari segi paket remunerasi yang lebih menarik dan beban kerja lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan bekerja di rumah sakit milik pemerintah. Dengan demikian Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia harus membenahi faktor-faktor organisasi seperti kondisi kerja dan paket remunerasi supaya persoalan turnover ini dapat diatasi.
Malaysia have been grappling with the issue of retaining public medical doctors. Voluntary turnover among public doctors to the private sector is high and this issue inflicted a great lost to the public especially for the poor. The goal of this study is to examine the relationship between commitment propensity and personality traits as well as initial-entry commitment as mediating variable with turnover intention. This study used mixed method approach and was conducted among 211 Public Service Department of Malaysia (PSDM) sponsored clinical clerkship medical students, currently undergoing their clinical clerkship session in various hospitals in Indonesia. The data was collected through questionnaire and a Focused Group Discussion (FGD) was conducted in order to understand deeper the matter. This study revealed that commitment propensity made a positive influence on respondents' turnover intention while there was no significant relationship between personality traits and turnover intentions among them. Commitment propensity and personality traits when being regressed silmutaneously resulted in a significant and positive relationship towards turnover intention. Meanwhile, initial-entry commitment does mediates the relationship between commitment propensity and personality traits with turnover intention. The main findings is that respondents possess high commitment propensity. However, this is of no significance since they also possess high intention to leave after their legal bonding expires. Further investigation using FGD reveals that the respondents have a perception that there are abundance of opportunities to work in the private hospital which offer more attractive remuneration packages with less workload as compared to government hospitals. Thus the onus in on the Ministry of Health Malaysia to constantly improve the organizational factors such as the working conditions and the compensation aspects so that to meet the expectations of public medical officers, only then the issue of shortage of public medical officer will put to an end. "
