"Kerangka penelitian tesis ini disusun menggunakan model psikologi konsumen yang terdiri dari variabel motivasi, persepsi, pembelajaran, serta keyakinan dan sikap dan dimodifikasi dengan penambahan variabel religiusitas untuk melihat pengaruhnya terhadap intensi masyarakat muslim Indonesia terhadap produk dana pihak ketiga (DPK) dan produk pembiayaan bank syariah. Penelitian ini juga melibatkan variabel religiusitas sebagai variabel moderator. Responden terdiri dari masyarakat muslim Indonesia yang bukan merupakan nasabah bank syariah dengan jumlah 500 responden yang tersebar di 34 provinsi di seluruh Indonesia. Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi, Pembelajaran, Keyakinan dan Sikap, serta Religiusitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan hubungan postif terhadap intensi menggunakan produk DPK bank syariah, sedangkan Persepsi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Selanjutnya, Motivasi, Persepsi, serta Keyakinan dan Sikap memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan hubungan positif terhadap intensi menggunakan produk pembiayaan bank syariah, sedangkan Pembelajaran dan Religiusitas tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa Religiusitas tidak memoderasi pengaruh Motivasi, Persepsi, Pembelajaran, Keyakinan dan Sikapterhadap intensi menggunakan produk DPK dan pembiayaan bank syariah.

This thesis research framework is prepared using a consumer psychology model consisting of motivation, perception, learning, beliefs and attitudes variables and is modified by the addition of the religiosity variable to see its effect on the intention of the Indonesian Muslims towards Islamic bank funding and financing products. This research also involves the variable of religiosity as a moderator variable. Respondents consist of the Indonesian Muslim community who are not customers of Islamic banks with a total of 500 respondents spread across 34 provinces throughout Indonesia. Data analysis used the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method.
The results showed that Motivation, Learning, Beliefs and Attitudes, and Religiosity had a significant influence with a positive relationship with the intention to use Islamic bank funding products, while perception had no significant effect. Furthermore, Motivation, Perception, Beliefs and Attitudes have a significant influence with a positive relationship to the intention to use Islamic bank financing products, while Learning and Religiosity do not have a significant effect. The results also prove that Religiosity does not moderate the influence of Motivation, Perception, Learning, Beliefs and Attitudes towards the intention to use Islamic bank funding and financing products.

"ABSTRAK
Terdapat fenomena paradoks yang dihadapi oleh pengusaha. Pengusaha menghadapi berbagai kondisi tidak ideal, seperti fluktuasi pendapatan yang mengakibatkan pendapatannya tidak stabil Carrington, Mccue, Pierce, 1996, jam kerja yang lebih panjang Hyytinen Ruuskanen, 2007 dan mengalami stress D. Blanchflower, 2004. Serta terdapat fenomena liabilitas yang tak terbatas karena bercampurnya harta usaha dengan harta pribadi Moskowitz Vissing-J ? rgensen, 2002. Menariknya, walaupun kendala yang dihadapi pengusaha cukup banyak, beberapa penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengusaha memiliki tingkat kepuasan hidup yang lebih tinggi dan cenderung lebih bahagia Binder Coad, 2013; D. G. Blanchflower Oswald, 1998. Islam sebagai ad-din atau way of life merupakan sarat akan nilai yang mempengaruhi keputusan dan cara pandang individu termasuk penilaian individu terhadap hidupnya. Crum Chen, 2015 menemukan bahwa pengusaha yang relijius memiliki penilaian kepuasan hidup yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang tidak relijius. Menggunakan IFLS 5, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah relijiusitas berpengaruh terhadap subjective well-being pada pengusaha muslim di Indonesia dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhinya. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga akan membandingkan relijiusitas dan subjective well-being kelompok pengusaha dan pegawai muslim.

ABSTRACT
There is a paradox phenomenon faced by entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs face various unfeasible conditions, such as income fluctuations resulting in unstable income Carrington, Mccue, Pierce, 1996, longer working hours Hyytinen Ruuskanen, 2007 and stress D. Blanchflower, 2004. There is also an infinite phenomenon of liability due to the mixing of property with personal property Moskowitz Vissing J rgensen, 2002. Interestingly, although the obstacles faced by entrepreneurs are considerable, some studies show that employers have higher levels of life satisfaction and tend to be happier Binder Coad, 2013 D. G. Blanchflower Oswald, 1998. Islam as ad din or way of life is full of values that influence the individual 39s decision and perspective including the individual 39s judgment on his life. Crum Chen, 2015 found that religious entrepreneurs had higher life satisfaction scores than non religious ones. Using IFLS 5, this study aims to see whether religiosity affects subjective well being among Muslim entrepreneurs in Indonesia and what factors influence it. In addition, this study will also compare the religiosity and subjective well being groups of muslim entrpreneurs and employees."

"This study has three main objectives, which are to identify the common knowledge of the non-Muslims on the Islamic banking products and services; to identify the non-Muslims perception; and to analyze the influence of respondents? demography to the perception on revenue sharing system of Islamic banking. E-survey method was used with a quantitative approach involving 244 respondents, who partook to fill the online questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and binary logistic regression tests were used as data analysis techniques. The majority of the respondents have a better knowledge on savings, rather than other products. The existence of Islamic banking has been able to attract the public attentions, and not contrary to their religious beliefs. Respondent?s demography (ie: gender, age, level of formal education) significantly influences respondent?s perception on revenue sharing system of Islamic banking in Indonesia."

"Wakaf merupakan salah satu institusi keuangan Islam yang dalam sejarahnya mampu membuktikan memiliki peranan penting dan signifikan dalam pembangunan ekonomi pada sebuah Negara, namun permasalahan yang ada adalah dari besarnya potensi pengumpulan dana wakaf uang, perlu adanya realisasi yang mendukung akan keberadaan lembaga wakaf penerima dan pengelola wakaf uang.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari variable Islamic Branding, variable religiusitas dan variable sikap terhadap minat masyarakat muslim dalam berwakaf uang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling sebagai metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat masyarakat muslim dalam berwakaf uang. Responden merupakan masyarakat muslim yang telah memiliki penghasilan sebanyak 141 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable Islamic Branding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap, selanjutnya variable religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap selanjutnya variable sikap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat dalam berwakaf uang.

Waqf is one of the Islamic financial institutions that has historically been able to prove to have an important and significant role in economic development in a country, but the problem is the large potential for collecting endowment funds, the need for realization that supports the existence of endowment institutions and endowments managers money. This study intend to look at the influence of Islamic Branding variables, religiosity variables and attitude toward cash waqf variables on the interest of Muslim communities in representing money. This study use a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling as a data analysis method used to analyze the factors that influence the interest of Muslim communities in representing money. Respondents are Muslim communities who have had 141 respondents. The results showed that the Islamic branding variable had a positive and significant effect on attitudes, then the religiosity variable had a positive and significant effect on attitudes."

"By utilizing the fifth wave of Indonesia Family Life Survey IFLS , a large scale outgoing longitudinal data, this study attempts to discover whether things mentioned in Islamic guidelines related to aspects of mate selection religion, wealth, lineage, and fertility affect the happiness of married people in Indonesia. The ordered logistic regression results suggest that happiness is affected by religion, wealth, and other control variables. However, variables of fertility do not affect it. There are differences in outcomes between married males and females therefore, for both future husbands and wives some specific things need to be examined. In the view of development economics, our findings propose a need for government programs and policies to focus on the things that can increase the happiness of married people in Indonesia.

Dengan menggunakan Indonesia Family Life Survey IFLS gelombang 5, sebuah data longitudinal berskala besar, studi ini ingin melihat apakah aspek-aspek yang disebutkan dalam hukum Islam tentang pemilihan pasangan agama, keturunan, harta, dan kesuburan memengaruhi tingkat kebahagiaan dari individu yang telah menikah di Indonesia. Hasil dari regresi logistik ordinal menunjukkan bahwa kebahagiaan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh variabel religiusitas, kekayaan, dan variabel kontrol lainnya. Akan tetapi, variabel kesuburan tidak mempengaruhinya. Terdapat perbedaan hasil antara pria dan wanita, maka untuk para calon suami dan istri beberapa hal perlu diperhatikan. Dalam pandangan ekonomi pembangunan, hasil studi ini mengusulkan perlunya pemfokusan program dan kebijakan pemerintah terhadap aspek yang dapat meningkatkan kebahagiaan orang yang sudah menikah di Indonesia."

"This article seeks to examine whether Islam remains relevant in determining diplomatic initiatives in the current geopolitical environment. Thus, it presumes that Muslim states have Islamic tendencies in their foreign policy, but seeks to understand when and under what conditions such Islamic diplomacy is activated. In order to explore these questions, I will examine the case of the oppressed of Uyghur Muslims. Despite widespread coverage highlighting serious human rights violations targeting Uyghur Muslims, Muslim states have taken nuanced, cautious stances and in some cases remained silent. This is a slightly unexpected stance with regards to such a high-profile case of oppression of Muslims. Academic literature overemphasizes strong state partnerships, economic dependencies, and China’s significant role in international affairs as factors constraining Muslim states in activating Islamic diplomacy with regards to Uyghur Muslims. Utilizing the ‘two-level games’ framework and focusing on a single-country case study – Indonesia under Joko Widodo – this article argues that a combination of the geopolitical environment and unfavorable domestic politics have resulted in the deactivation of Islamic diplomacy on the Uyghur issue. The increasing consolidation of power during the second term of Widodo’s administration led to the decline of political Islam, referring to the declining role of formal and informal Islamic actors in domestic politics, which in turn, weakened Islamic groups’ demands for the activation of Islamic diplomacy on the Uyghur issue."

"The five-toed jerboas of genus Allactaga Cuvier, 1837 have been distributed in arid and semi-desert regions throughout northern Africa, Iranian Plateau and Central Asia to Mongolia. This genus has 12 species of which five have been so Jerboa (A. williamsi), Euphrate's Jarboa (A. eupharica); Hotson's Jerboa (A. hotsoni) and Firouz Jarboa (A. firouzi). The Toussi Jerboa (Allactaga toussi sp. Nov) is reported for the first time from the steppe regions of north east Iran. This new species if different in external, cranial and molars morphological and morpjometric characteristics from its parapatric species i.e. Allactaga elater, and other Iranian five-toed jerboas. Multivariate analyses also confirm that Allactaga toussi sp. nov. is significantly distinct from other species."

"ABSTRAK
Kekayaan yang merupakan salah satu unsur kesejahteraan adalah hal yang mendasar
untuk tiap individu. Namun demikian, distribusi kekayaan tidak merata pada tiap
penduduk baik di dunia maupun di Indonesia. Tren positif pertumbuhan pendapatan per
kapita justru diiringi dengan makin tingginya Gini Ratio yang mengindikasikan bahwa
ketimpangan yang semakin melebar antara penduduk kaya dan miskin. Secara budaya,
Indonesia adalah negara kaya yang terdiri dari beranekaragam suku bangsa, bahasa, ras,
adat istiadat dan agama. Indonesia juga dikenal sebagai negara yang religius dengan
sebagian besar penduduknya menyatakan bahwa agama adalah hal penting dalam hidup.
Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mempelajari hubungan antara religiusitas dan
tingkat kesejahteraan dengan menggunakan data panel IFLS tahun 2007 dan 2014. Hasil
regresi logistik ordinal menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan
antara tingkat religiusitas dengan tingkat kesejahteraan dimana individu yang mengalami
peningkatan religiusitas memiliki kecenderungan 9,57 (95% CI: 8,64-10,63) kali lebih
besar untuk mengalami perubahan tingkat kesejahteraan yang lebih baik dibandingkan
dengan individu yang mengalami penurunan tingkat religiusitas. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat
disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik tingkat religiusitas maka semakin baik pula tingkat

ABSTRACT
Wealth, which is one of the parts of well-being, is essential for everyone. However, the
wealth is not evenly distributed among population in the world and in Indonesia. The
positive trend of per capita income growth is accompanied by a higher Gini Ratio which
indicates that widening wealth gap between rich and poor people. Culturally, Indonesia
is a rich country consisting of diverse ethnic groups, languages, races, customs and
religions. Indonesia is also known as a religious country with most of its population
stating that religion is an important thing in life. Therefore, this study aims to understand
the relationship between religiosity and welfare using IFLS panel data year 2007 and
2014. The results of ordinal logistic regression indicate that there is a significant positive
relationship between the level of religiosity with the level of welfare where individuals
who experience an increase in religiosity, have a tendency of 9.57 (95% CI: 8.64-10.63)
times greater for better welfare level than individuals who experienced a decrease in the
level of religiosity. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the better the level of
religiosity, the better the level of welfare. The role of religiosity in welfare in this study
is directly through behaviour and social networks indirectly."

"Menyusul krisis pengungsi yang disebabkan oleh Musim Semi Arab, penganiayaan terhadap Muslim Rohingya dan Uighur, dan pembantaian Palestina, negara-negara anggota Organisasi Kerjasama Islam (OKI) mengalami gelombang besar masuknya imigran. Berkenaan dengan itu, penelitian ini mencoba melihat apakah sentimen negatif terhadap pendatang yang ditemukan di masyarakat barat juga terjadi pada masyarakat Muslim. Studi ini menggunakan dataset World Value Survey gelombang ke-7 dan menggunakan model Ordered logistic model. Ditemukan bahwa Muslim sedikit berprasangka buruk terhadap imigran dan Muslim yang tinggal di negara-negara OKI sebagian besar bersikap netral. Selain itu, religiusitas secara signifikan mendorong Muslim untuk lebih ramah terhadap pendatang. Terakhir, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa seorang Muslim kemungkinan besar mampu beradaptasi lebih cepat dengan meningkatnya jumlah imigran di negaranya daripada populasi rata-rata. Namun, kami menemukan bahwa respons seorang Muslim terhadap imigran dari negara OKI cukup mirip dengan rata-rata populasi, di mana lebih banyak imigran dari negara OKI justru mengurangi sentimen positif terhadap imigran. Mengenai pengungsi dan pencari suaka, ada kecenderungan arah yang sama antara Muslim dan penduduk rata-rata yang menunjukkan tren positif. Namun, seorang muslim lebih toleran terhadap pengungsi dan pencari suaka dari OKI dibandingkan dengan yang bukan berasal dari negara OKI. Ada ambang batas tertentu bagi umat Islam untuk dapat ditoleransi jumlah pengungsi dan pencari suaka yang tidak berasal dari negara-negara OKI.

This study tries to see whether the negative sentiment towards immigrant that western societies have also occurred in Muslim societies. This study uses the 7th wave of the world value survey dataset and employs an ordinal logistic model. It is found that Muslims are slightly prejudicial towards immigrants, and Muslims living in OIC countries are primarily neutral. Furthermore, religiosity significantly drives Muslims to have a more hospitable response to immigrants. Lastly, this study found that a Muslim is likely able to adapt faster to the growing number of immigrants in his/her country than the average population. However, we found evidence that a Muslim’s response to immigrants from OIC country is quite similar to the average population, in which more of them reduce positive sentiment towards immigrants. Regarding refugee asylum-seekers, there are similar directional trends between Muslim and average populations, showing a positive trend. However, a Muslim is more tolerant of refugees and asylum-seekers from OIC than those who do not originate from OIC countries. There is a certain threshold for Muslims to tolerate the number of refugees and asylum-seekers not originating from OIC countries."
