"[Tesis ini mengkaji upaya liberalisasi jasa pariwisata dalam mode 4 dalam bentuk komitmen Indonesia yang tertuang dalam Schedule of Commitments dalam GATS dan AFAS. Jasa pariwisata termasuk dalam 12 sektor jasa yang diatur dalam GATS. Penulisan tesis ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif. Secara normative diteliti aturan-aturan hukum yang terkait dengan jasa pariwisata, ketenagakerjaan, dan aturan-aturan yang terkait lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, komitmen Indonesia dalam MRA dalam bidang jasa profesional pariwisata di ASEAN yang diikuti Indonesia menunjukkan adanya kesesuaian. Dalam implementasi peraturan nasional Indonesia terkait MRA, beberapa sekolah tinggi pariwisata telah menunjukkan komitmennya dalam memajukan sumber daya manusia dalam bidang kepariwisataan. Pembangunan SDM dan pemberian sertifikasi dapat meningkatkan kompetisi dalam kerja internasional apalagi dengan dekatnya era Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN tahun 2016 mendatang.

This thesis reviews the means of mode 4 liberalization of services in a form of a Schedule of Commitments on GATS and MRA on AFAS. Tourism services is one of the 12 service sector maintained in GATS. This research uses normative methods to discuss about issues related. Legal rules, employment rules and rules relevant with tourism will be reviewed in this thesis. Based on the research done, Indonesia’s commitment on MRA on Tourism Professionals in ASEAN showed that Indonesia complied to the commitment issued. The implementation of the national rules related to MRA on Tourism Professional has done sufficiently by some vocational tourism schools in Indonesia in order to develop the quality of human resources in tourism industry. "Tesis ini membahas mengenai bagaimana hubungan hukum antara Penggugat dan Tergugat terkait bisnis properti 4 (empat) unit Apartemen Bassura City dan bagaimana konstruksi hukum pembelian 4 (empat) unit Apartemen Bassura City terkait putusan nomor 134/Pdt.G/2020/PN Jkt.Tim. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum yuridis normatif bersifat preskriptif menggunakan data sekunder yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa hubungan hukum antara Penggugat dan Tergugat tidak dapat dikategorikan sebagai pasangan suami dan istri karena dalam persidangan, Tergugat tidak menyertakan bukti bahwa antara dirinya dengan Penggugat telah melaksanakan perkawinan secara agama Islam. Tergugat tidak memiliki hak atas 4 (empat) unit Apartemen Bassura City apabila perkawinan antara dirinya dengan Penggugat tidak dicatatkan pada KUA Kecamatan mengacu pada Pasal 5 jo. Pasal 7 ayat (1) KHI bahwa perkawinan secara agama Islam tidak diakui secara hukum apabila perkawinan tersebut tidak dicatatkan pada KUA Kecamatan oleh Pejabat Pencatat Nikah. Hubungan hukum antara Penggugat dan Tergugat adalah sebagai rekan bisnis mengacu pada pernyataan saksi EH dan bukti P-6. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka konstruksi hukum pembelian 4 (empat) unit Apartemen Bassura City untuk diperjualbelikan mengacu pada Bukti P-6 yang dibuat oleh Tergugat, pernyataan saksi EH dan itikad baik Tergugat untuk mendokumentasikan penerimaan uang (bukti P-5) dari Penggugat kepada Tergugat. Penulis mengkaji bahwa posisi Tergugat sebagai perantara Penggugat untuk mengelola bisnis properti jual-beli 4 (empat) unit Apartemen Bassura City sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 76 KUHD dimana Tergugat bertindak sebagai Komisioner. Penulis memberikan saran bahwa utamakan Perjanjian secara tertulis dalam kesepakatan bisnis apapun sehingga apabila dikemudian hari terdapat sengketa bisnis maka sudah ada bukti yang jelas dan tidak menimbulkan ketidakpastian konstruksi hukum.

XThis thesis discusses how the legal relationship between the Plaintiff and the Defendant relates to The Business Property of 4 units Bassura City Apartments and how the legal construction of 4 apartment unit puchase related to civil case decision number 134/Pdt.G/2020/PN Jkt.Tim. This research is a prescriptive normative juridical law research using secondary data which is then analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of the study, it was found that legal relationship between the Plaintiff and the Defendant could not be categorized as a husband and wife because in the trial, the Defendant did not include evidence that between himself and the Plaintiff had carried out an Islamic marriage. The Defendant does not have rights to 4 units Bassura City Apartments if the marriage between her and the Plaintiff is not registered at KUA Kecamatan referring to Article 5 jo. Article 7 paragraph (1) Kompilasi Hukum Islam that Islamic marriage is not legally recognized if the marriage is not registered at KUA Kecamatan. The legal relationship between the Plaintiff and the Defendant is as a business partner referring to the statement of witness EH and evidence P-6. Furthermore, based on the results of the study, the legal construction of the purchase of 4 units Bassura City Apartments for sale refers to evidence P-6 made by the Defendant, witness EH’s statement and the Defendant’s good faith in documenting the receipt of money (evidence P-5) from the Plaintiff to the Defendant. The author examines that the Defendant’s position is as an intermediary for the Plaintiff to manage the business property of buying and selling 4 units Apartments Bassura City as regulated in Article 76 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Dagang (KUHD) where the Defendant acts as a Commissioner. The author advises that prioritizing a written agreement in any business agreement so that if in the future ther is a business dispute, then there is clear evidence and does not create uncertainty in legal construction."

"Sejak pertama kali ditemukannya fenomena pengurangan hambatan gesek oleh B.A Toms tahun 1948 yang terjadi pada larutan polimer, banyak studi yang dilakukan oleh para peneliti untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam penggunaan energi. Pengurangan hambatan atau Drag Reduction (DR) biasa terjadi pada aliran turbulen dan aliran transisi.Efek Drag Reduction dengan penambahan aditif berupa polymer dapat menimbulkan peredaman turbulensi yang disebabkan oleh karakteristik dan gerakan fluida itu sendiri. Kerugian tekanan dalam pipa segi empat diukur dengan variasi konsentrai guar gum dalam air untuk mengetahui efek bertambahnya drag reduction sebagai tujuan dari penelitian ini.Pengukuran tekanan dilakukan dalam pipa segi empat berukuran 3 x 3 mm dan 4 x 4 mm pada bilangan Reynolds 500 - 50000 dengan konsentrasi guar gum 250 dan 500 ppm. Diketahui bahwa larutan guar gum mengurangi faktor gesekan pada aliran turbulen.

Since drag reduction phenomenon in polymer additives was found by Toms, B.A., in 1948, much of the work increasing efficiently to economizing energy by investigators. The drag reduction occurs in turbulent flow and transition.The drag reduction effect in polymer additives due to wall turbulens caused by the characterstic of moving the fluid owners. The pressure loss in rectangular duct was measured for various concentration of guar gum in water to study the effect of the additives on drag reduction as the objective of this paper.The pressure measurement were carried out in rectangular ducts are of approximately 3 x 3 mm and 4 x 4 mm within a range of Re from about 500 to 50000 to various concentration of guar gum in water 250 and 500 ppm. It is found that guar gum reduced the friction factor in turbulent flow."

Berada dalam tingkatan generasi yang sama, kedua SKKL ini saling menopang satu sama lain. Skripsi ini menganalisis perbandingan beberapa aspek prinsipil dari kedua SKKL tersebut, dari protokol multipleks, teknologi multipleks, penguat, dan hal nonteknis. Selain itu, disertakan juga analisis kestabilan SKKL sebelum disimpulkan ke dalam analisis kinerja. Agar pembaca dapat memahami topik secara lebih baik, dasar-dasar sistem komunikasi kabel laut diberikan secara singkat pada bagian tersendiri.

SEA-ME-WE 3 and 4 together is one of main backbone supporting world undersea cable system which is still operating now. Born at same generation, both of them are intended to provide redundancy for each other. This final project will analyze comparison of several important aspects of both cable systems, starting from the multiplexing protocol, multiplexing technology, amplifiers, and nontechnical aspects. In addition to that, analysis of cable system stability will also be presented before being integrated and concluded in performance analysis. In order to give better understanding of the topic to the readers, basic principles of undersea cable system will also be provided in separate parts."
