"Di Indonesia, logistik laut menjadi sektor yang diutamakan. Ini disebabkan oleh 40% arus perdagangan Internasional yang melalui Indonesia didominasi oleh 90% moda transportasi laut. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian dilakukan untuk menentukan jumlah armada kapal tunda yang beroperasi pada Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok dengan memperhatikan rata-rata waktu keseluruhan dan waktu tunggu kegiatan pelayanan pemanduan dan penundaan. Data penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan data sekunder berupa Laporan Harian Gerak Kapal tahun 2019 dari PT Pelindo (Regional 2). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah simulasi event diskrit menggunakan perangkat lunak Arena Simulasi dengan skenario alternatif pengurangan satu unit kapal yang disewa oleh perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa PT Pelindo telah memiliki pelayanan pemanduan dan penundaan yang baik, serta pengurangan satu unit kapal tunda 1240DK tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan pada kondisi awal perusahaan.

In Indonesia, marine logistics is in the priority sector. This is due to the fact that 40% of International trade flows through Indonesia are dominated by 90% of sea transportation modes. Based on that, this research is aim to determine the number of tugboat fleets operating at Tanjung Priok Port by paying attention to the average overall time and waiting time for pilotage activities and towage services. This research data was taken based on secondary data in the form of a 2019 Daily Report on Ship Motion from PT Pelindo (Regional 2). The research method used a discrete event simulation using the Simulation Arena software with an alternative scenario of reducing one unit of a ship chartered by the company. The results of this research showed that PT Pelindo already had good pilotage and towage services, and the reduction of one unit of the 1240DK tugboat did not have a significant effect on the initial condition of the company."

"Produk rantai dingin atau Cold Chain Product (CCP) merupakan produk yang harus disimpan dalam kisaran suhu yang telah ditetapkan karena produk bersifat sensitif terhadap suhu. Dalam proses distribusi produk, tentu tidak hanya menjangkau jarak antar yang dekat saja namun, distribusi produk jarak jauh juga dilakukan. Selama proses distribusi baik pada jarak dekat maupun jarak jauh suhu produk harus berada pada rentang suhu stabilitasnya. Validasi proses pengiriman perlu dilakukan untuk memastikan suhu pengiriman tidak menyimpang dari yang dipersyaratkan. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk membuktikan konfigurasi 4 dan 5 pendingin (ice pack) mampu menjaga suhu dalam kemasan tetap pada rentang 2-8oC selama waktu tertentu dan menentukan konfigurasi ice pack terbaik untuk pengiriman produk rantai dingin di PT. Era Caring Indonesia. PT. Era Caring Indonesia merupakan salah satu pedagang besar farmasi di Indonesia. Validasi dilakukan pada produk dummy dengan menggunakan bahan pengemas berupa box styrofoam dan alat ukur berupa thermometer data logger. Pendingin (ice pack) disusun berdasarkan konfigurasi yang telah ditentukan dan dilakukan pengamatan suhu selama 8 jam. Dari hasil validasi ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa konfigurasi dengan menggunakan 4 ice pack dan 5 ice pack dapat menjaga suhu produk tetap berada pada rentang yang telah ditentukan yaitu, 2-8oC selama 8 jam dan konfigurasi dengan menggunakan 4 ice pack lebih memiliki kelebihan dibandingkan dengan 5 ice pack.

A cold chain product (CCP) is a product that must be stored within a certain temperature range as the product is temperature sensitive. During the distribution process, it does not only reach close distances but also long-distance product distribution. Both at short and long distances distribution, the product temperature must be within its stability temperature range. Validation of the delivery process is required to ensure the delivery temperature does not deviate from the specified range. The purpose of this study is to prove the configuration of 4 and 5 coolers (ice packs) can maintain the temperature in the range of 2-8oC during a certain time and determine the best ice pack configuration for cold chain product delivery at PT. Era Caring Indonesia. PT Era Caring Indonesia is one of the pharmaceutical wholesalers in Indonesia. Validation was conducted on a dummy product using styrofoam box as the packaging material and thermometer data logger to observe the temperature. The ice pack was arranged based on a specified configuration and the temperature was observed for 8 hours. From the validation results, it can be concluded that the configuration using 4 ice packs and 5 ice packs can maintain the product temperature within the range of 2-8oC for 8 hours and the configuration using 4 ice packs has more advantages compared to 5 ice packs.
