"Remaja merupakan kelompok berisiko terhadap masalah yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan reproduksi. Perawat Spesialis Komunitas mempunyai peran untuk mencegah terjadinya masalah tersebut. Karya Ilmiah Akhir ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran konseling kesehatan reproduksi berbasis IT (KB-IT) sebagai bentuk intervensi keperawatan komunitas untuk meningkatkan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di SMP F Kelurahan Cisalak Pasar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 27,7 %; sikap 4,7 %; dan praktik 4%. Rerata 90% siswa menyatakan KB-IT bermanfaat. KB-IT dapat diaplikasikan dalam upaya pencegahan masalah kesehatan reproduksi di sekolah. KB-IT disarankan menjadi program pengembangan dan pembinaan pihak sekolah, puskesmas dan dinas kesehatan.

The youth is at risk aggregate for problems related to reproductive health. Community Specialist nurses have role to prevent such problems. This final scientific paper aims to provide an overview of IT-based counseling on reproductive health as a form of community nursing intervention to improve the adolescents’ reproductive health at F Junior High School, Cisalak Pasar. The results show an increasing trend by 27.7% for knowledge activities; 4.7% for attitude and 4% for practice. The mean 90% of students stated they got benefits from KB-IT. To conclude, KB-IT can be applied to prevent reproductive health issues in schools. Furthermore, KB-IT is suggested to be development program and coaching by school, Community Health Center and district health office."
