"Individu memiliki attachment awal dengan orang tua sebagai care giver-nya dan dapat beralih ke teman sebaya saat masa remaja. Remaja tidak terpisah dengan dunia pendidikan yang memiliki peranan penting bagi pembangunan negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan parent dan peer attachment dengan prestasi akademik remaja di SMA Labschool Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan cross-sectional pada 87 responden dipilih melalui teknik cluster sampling. Peneliti melihat attachment menggunakan kuesioner IPPA-R dan prestasi akademik menggunakan nilai rapor semester akhir.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 50,6% responden memiliki insecure attachment dengan kedua orang tuanya dan 52,7% memiliki insecure attachment dengan teman sebaya. Sebanyak 51,7% responden memiliki prestasi atas rata-rata. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara parent attachment dan peer attachment dengan prestasi akademik (p=0,068; p=0,578; ɑ=0,05). Penelitian selanjutnya dapat dilakukan studi komparatif antara sekolah swasta dan sekolah negeri agar didapatkan hasil yang lebih bervariasi.

Individuals have initial attachment with parents as their care giver and may switch to peers when they reach adolescent. Adolescents are inseparable from education with its important role for the development of the country. The aim of this research is to identify the relation between parent and peer attachment with adolescents’ academic achievement in SMA Labschool Jakarta. This research used analytic descriptive design with cross-sectional approach on 87 respondents was involved with cluster sampling technique. Researcher used IPPA-R questionnaire to study attachment and last semester grades to measure academic achievement.
The result showed that 50,6% respondents has insecure attachment with parent whilst 52,7% respondents has insecure attachment with peer. 51,7% respondents has above average academic achievement. Bivariate analysis result showed that there was no relation between parent and peer attachment on academic achievement (p=0,068; p=0,578; ɑ=0,05). The future research should conduct comparative studies between private and public schools to get vary result.

"The main purpose of the study was to investigate the influences of urbanism, schooling and gender on intelligence. An additional purpose was the investigation of the influences of urbanism and gender on school achievement. The first question pertinent to the problems in this investigation is: What is the impact of urban culture as compared to rural culture on the development of abilities? Will there be differences in the abilities of urban and rural children, not only in terms of level or quantity but also in terms of the kinds of strategies used in solving problems? The term urbanism in this study is taken from Wirth (1938) and has the meaning of way of live that is characteristic of people living in the cities. According to Wirth the study of urbanism can be approached from three inter-related perspectives: (1) as a physical structure, (2) as a system of social organization, and (3) as a set of attitudes and ideas and a "constellation of personalities". In the discussion he paid much attention to the last two perspectives. Defined as a way of life, urbanism then is identical to urban culture, because culture is defined as including a material aspect, as well as values, norms and knowledge that is made by humans for the regulation of social interaction and the enhancement of group living (Selo Soemardjan and Soelaeman Soemardi, 1964). Recent developments in social psychology are paying much attention to the non-material aspect which is given the name subjective culture, i.e. "... a cultural group's characteristic way of perceiving the man-made part of its environment. The perception of rules and the group's norms, roles, and values are aspects of subjective culture." (Triandis, 1972, p. 4). Based on the studies of anthropologists on urban (e.g. Basham, 1978) and rural (e.g. Koentjaraningrat, 1964) communities it can be concluded that the way of life in the cities is different from the way of life in the villages. The supposition in this study is that urban and rural people would develop different abilities and skills."

"Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi mengenai proses belajar mengajar di kecamatan Matraman dan persepsi mengenai prestasi peserta didik dan terakhir adalah untuk mengetahui signifikasi hubungan antara proses belajar mengajar dengan prestasi peserta didik.
Penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian Kecamatan Matraman dengan sampel menggunakan teknik random menghasilkan 116 responden, alat analisis untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah korelasi dan uji hipotesis.
Hasil observasi memperlihatkan bahwa persepsi responden terhadap variabel proses belajar mengajar menghasilkan nilai rata-rata pernyatan cukup baik artinya rata-rata responden memberikan pernyataan bahwa proses belajar mengajar sudah berada pada kondisi cukup baik dan cukup dapat diterima oleh responden. Pada variabel prestasi peserta didik dengan hasil rata-rata tanggapan responden berada pada klasifikasi baik artinya sebagian besar responden memberikan pernyataan bahwa prestasi peserta didik sudah dalam kondisi baik.
Hasil uji statistik menghasilkan ada hubungan antara proses belajar mengajar dengan prestasi peserta didik dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0.488 dengan demikian terdapat hubungan positif relatif kuat antar variabel. R-square 0.238 atau 23.8% dengan demikian nilai constata atau nilai murni tanpa dipengaruhi oleh variabel prestasi sebesar 21199 dengan nilai regresi sebesar 0.438 dengan demikian bila proses belajar mengajar ditingkatkan sebesar 1 point maka akan menyebabkan peningkatan hasil uji hipotesis memperlihatkan maka (Ho) ditolak dan (Ha) diterima artinya ada hubungan antara proses belajar mengajar dengan prestasi peserta didik.

The Relation Between Studying Teaching Process with the Achievement of StudentsThe purpose of this research is to find out about the perception of studying teaching process in Matraman sub-district and the perception of students' achievement and last is to find out about the significance of relationship between studying teaching processes with students' achievement.
This research uses descriptive and quantitative method to research population in Matraman Sub-district with sample using random technique resulting in 116 respondents, analysis tool to answer hypothesis is hypothesis correlation and test.
The result of observation shows that respondent perception to studying teaching process variables results in average value of statement is sufficiently good, meaning the average respondents giving the statement that the studying teaching process has been in sufficiently good condition and sufficiently acceptable by respondents. In achievement variable of students results in the average respondent?s responses in good classification, meaning most of the respondents giving the statement that the achievement of students have been in good condition.
The result of statistical test shows that there is a relation between studying teaching process with the achievement of students with correlation value of 0.488_ thus there is a relative strong relation among the variables. R-square of 0.238 or 23.8% thus the constant value or pure value without being affected by achievement variables of 21199 with regressive value of 0.438. So if the studying teaching process is improved to 1 point thus it would result in progression, the result of hypothetical test shows [t calculation > t rabic] thus (Ho) is turned down and (Ha) is accepted, meaning there is a relation between the studying teaching process with students achievements.
