"Development of innovation that affected by information systems such as BPR (Business Process Reengineering) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) are becoming a trend in recent decades to achieve performance improvement. To be able to formulate a strategy of higher education innovation that is part of strategic management, research needs to be done on the model of organizational innovation, information systems, and strategic innovation. This research used expert judgment and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) to obtain the variables of designated model. The factors that affect the most to organizational innovation performance is Organizational Change with a total effect of 0.619 for Jakarta, 0.679 for Bandung, and 0.679 for Bogor. Specifically, the most affecting is coordination improvement. This research shows that in higher education, organizational innovation depends more on the process."

"Latar belakang : Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 29 Tahun 2004 tentang Praktik Kedokteran, dokter dan dokter gigi yang mernberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat wajib memiliki Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) dan Surat lzin Praktik (SIP) sebagai dasar legalitasnya. Semakin lama jumlah dokter yang melakukan registrasi semakin meningkat, yaitu pada tahun 2011 sebanyak 125.264 dan tahun 2012 sebanyak 135,739. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya untuk melakukan registrasi masih dirasakan kurang efektif dan efisien karena didalam proses pemberkasan memerlukan waktu yang lama. Oleh karena itu, sesuai dengan Keputusan Konsil Kedokteran Indonesia No. 38/KKI/KEP/IX/2007, bahwa diperlukan cara registrasi dokter dan dokter gigi secara terpadu (online) menggunakan sistem yang terintegrasi, mudah, aman, serta dapat diakses secara berjenjang oleh banyak pihak, terutama yang berkepentingan dengan data dokter dan dokter gigi. Tujuan : Mengembangkan prototype sistem informasi registrasi online yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan KKI. Metode : menggunakan metode kualitatif dan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hasil : Dengan dikembangkannya sistem informasi registrasi online, maka KKI dapat mempersingkat waktu registrasi dan meminimalkan proses pemberkasan. Selain itu dokter, dokter gigi, dokter spesialis, serta dokter gigi spesialis dapat melakukan proses registrasi dengan mudah dan kapan saja. Kesimpulan : Pengembangan sistem informasi ini menghasilkan data registrasi dokter secara cepat dan akurat. KKI juga dapat melakukan pertukaran data dengan stakeholder lainnya.

Background: Based on Law Number 29 Year 2004 on the Practice of Medical, doctors and dentists who give health services to the public must have a Certificate of Registration (STR) and Surat License Practice (SIP) as the basis for its legality. The longer the number of doctors who perform registration increases, ie as many as 125 264 in 2011 and in 2012 as many as 135.739. However in practice to register is still perceived as less effective and efficient in the process of filing takes a long time. Therefore, according to the Indonesian Medical Council Decision No. 38/KKI/KEP/IX/2007, that takes way the registration of doctors and dentists in an integrated (online) use a system of integrated, easy, safe, and accessible in stages by many, especially those concerned with the data physicians and dentists.

Objective: Develop a prototype system online registration information in accordance with the needs of KKI.

Method: using qualitative methods and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Results: With the development of information systems online registration, the KKI can shorten the time of registration and filing process minimizes. Besides doctors, dentists, specialists and dental specialists can make the registration process easily and at any time.

Conclusion: The development of the information system generate registration data clinicians quickly and accurately. KKI also be able to exchange data with other stakeholders."
