"Penelitian ini mengenai Kegiatan Bimbingan Rohani di Panti Sosial Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa PSBL HS 2, yaitu kegiatan yang menyasar pada aspek spiritual dari Warga Binaan Sosial (WBS). Metode yang digunakan penulis yaitu dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Dalam teknik pemilihan informan, penulis menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga didapatkan informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Panti PSBL HS 2, Satuan Pelaksana Pembinaan Sosial, Pekerja Sosial, Instruktur Kegiatan Bimbingan Rohani, Pendamping dan WBS. Melihat pentingnya aspek spiritual dalam pemberian pelayanan bagi orang dengan gangguan jiwa, penulis mencoba melihat gambaran dari Kegiatan Bimbingan Rohani ini dan melakukan analisis menggunakan teori spiritualitas dan rehabilitasi sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kegiatan Bimbingan Rohani memiliki manfaat manfaat yang baik bagi WBS, namun manfaat tersebut tidak menyentuh sebagian besar WBS, dikarenakan bentuk kegiatan terbatas pada kegiatan keagamaan, sementara aspek spiritualitas sangat luas tidak hanya terbatas pada keagamaan.

This research is about Spiritual Guidance Activities at the Panti Sosial Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa PSBL HS 2, where the activities target the spiritual aspects of Socially Assisted Citizens (WBS). The method used by the author is qualitative approach and a type of descriptive research. In the technique of selecting informants, the authors used purposive sampling technique, so that the informants obtained in this study were Head of PSBL HS 2, Implementing Unit for Social Development, Social Workers, Instructors for Spiritual Guidance Activities, Mentors and WBS. Seeing the importance of the spiritual aspect in providing services for people with mental disorders, the author tries to look at the picture of this Spiritual Guidance Activity and conduct an analysis using spirituality theory and social rehabilitation. The results showed that Spiritual Guidance Activities had good benefits for the clients, but these benefits did not touch most of the clients, because the form of activities was limited to religious activities, while the aspect of spirituality was very broad not only limited to religion."

"Perempuan pengungsi korban bencana rawan mengalami gangguan mental emosional baik disebabkan oleh pengalaman traumatik yang dialaminya maupun karena harus hidup dalam segala keterbatasan di pengungsian. Pemenuhan kebutuhan akan pangan, air bersih, kamar mandi dan jamban, tempat penampungan, dan bilik asmara diperkirakan memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan gangguan mental emosional pada perempuan pengungsi di kabupaten Karo. Penelitian dengan desain studi deskriptif cross sectional dilakukan dengan mengambil data primer melalui wawancara pada 244 responden di 37 lokasi penampungan pengungsi di kabupaten Karo. Hasil analisis bivariat, variabel yang menunjukkan hubungan yang bermakna adalah variabel status kehamilan (OR=0,17), kebutuhan pangan (OR=7,25), air bersih (OR=4,78), dan tempat penampungan (OR=4,88). Sedangkan dari hasil analisis multivariat memperlihatkan bahwa variabel pemenuhan kebutuhan pengungsi yang paling berpengaruh terhadap gangguan emosional pada perempuan pengungsi adalah varaiabel pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan dengan nilai OR = 7,2 Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan pemenuhan kebutuhan pengungsi belum memenuhi standar minimal yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan, diharapkan dengan melakukan pengelolaan pengungsi yang sesuai standar minimal dapat mengurangi risiko gangguan mental emosional pada pengungsi khususnya pada perempuan.

ABSTRACTWomen IDP’s vulnerable to had emotional mental disorders that caused by traumatic experiences that happened and having to live within the limitations in the shelter. Fullfillment the needs for food, water, toilets , shelters, and booths romance is estimated to have a significant association with emotional mental disorders in marriage women IDP’s in Karo district. Research with a descriptive cross-sectional study is done by taking primary data through interviews on 244 respondents in 37 shelters in Karo district . The results of the bivariate analysis, variables that showed a significant association was pregnancy status (OR=0.17), the need for food ( OR = 7.25 ), water ( OR = 4.78 ), and shelter ( OR = 4.88 ). While the results of multivariate analysis showed that meet the needs of IDP’s variables that most affect the emotional disturbances in women are variabel food needs with OR = 7.2 From the results of this study indicate that the management of the fulfillment needs of IDP’s have not met the minimum standards set by Ministry of Health, is expected to conduct the management of refugee appropriate minimum standards can reduce the risk of mental disorders in women."
