"Infertilitas adalah kondisi kesehatan global yang memengaruhi jutaan individu di seluruh dunia. Infertilitas merupakan salah satu masalah utama keluarga dan lebih banyak dialami oleh perempuan daripada laki-laki. Perempuan dengan infertil mengalami beragam emosi negatif yang dapat memengaruhi kualitas hidup. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dan kualitas hidup pada perempuan dengan infertilitas. Penelitian Cross Sectional ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling pada 107 perempuan dengan infertilitas di Jakarta. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dukungan keluarga dan Fertility Quality of Life (FertiQol). Hasil penelitian didapatkan dukungan keluarga suportif dan kualitas hidup baik. Analisis dengan uji t Independen (Independent t-test) menunjukkan hasil signifikan yakni terdapat hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dan kualitas hidup pada perempuan dengan infertilitas (p=0.001). Hasil tersebut berarti jika dukungan keluarga tinggi maka semakin tinggi kualitas hidup. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menganalisa lebih lanjut mengenai faktor-faktor lain yang dapat memengaruhi dukungan keluarga dan kualitas hidup pada perempuan dengan infertilitas.

Infertility is a global health condition that affects millions of individuals worldwide. It is a major issue within families and is more prevalent among women than men. Women experiencing infertility undergo various negative emotions that can impact their quality of life. The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between family support and quality of life in women with infertility. This cross-sectional study utilized purposive sampling techniques on 107 women with infertility in Jakarta. The instruments used were a family support questionnaire and the Fertility Quality of Life (FertiQol) questionnaire. The results indicated supportive family relationships and good quality of life. Analysis using an Independent t-test showed significant results, indicating a relationship between family support and quality of life in women with infertility (p=0.001). This suggests that higher family support correlates with higher quality of life. Future research could further analyze other factors influencing family support and quality of life among women with infertility."
