"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja ekspor besi dan baja Indonesia ke negara tujuan, serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya dari tahun 2012 hingga 2021. Analisis dilakukan pada 10 negara tujuan menggunakan pendekatan model gravitasi dengan metode Pseudo Poisson Maximum Likelihood. Ekspor didorong oleh permintaan ferro-nickel dan diikuti oleh permintaan stainless steel. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa ekspor signifikan dipengaruhi oleh PDB negara tujuan secara positif. Indeks RCA yang mewakili variabel industri signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai dan kuantitas ekspor, sedangkan nilai tukar yang mewakili variabel makro ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan hanya signifikan memengaruhi kuantitas ekspor. Adapun kebijakan tarif berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap ekspor.

This study aims to evaluate the performance of Indonesia's iron and steel exports to destination countries and analyze the factors influencing them from 2012 to 2021. The analysis was conducted on 10 destination countries using the gravity model with Pseudo Poisson Maximum Likelihood method. The exports are driven by the demand for ferro- nickel and followed by stainless steel. The estimation results show that exports are significantly influenced by the destination country's GDP in a positive manner. The RCA index, representing the industrial variable, has a significant positive impact on the value and quantity of exports, while the exchange rate, representing macroeconomic variables, has a negative impact and is only significant in affecting the quantity of exports. As for the tariff, it has a significant negative impact on exports."

"Industri besi baja dikenal juga sebagai “The Mother of Industries”, karena posisinya yang strategis dan juga cakupan penggunaannya yang luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas daya saing industri besi baja dari negara-negara G20, kecuali Uni Eropa, serta melihat dimanakah posisi Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan indeks Revealed Comparative Advantage, diketahui bahwa dari 19 negara hanya 9 negara saja yang memiliki daya saing pada industri besi baja. Sedangkan, terdapat beberapa negara yang tidak memiliki daya siang dikarenakan nilai ekspor pada industri besi bajanya lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan nilai impornya, termasuk Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi daya saing industri besi baja negara-negara G20. Dimana variabel total produksi dan tingkat konsumsi merupakan dua faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi industri besi baja secara signifikan.

The iron and steel industry is also known as "The Mother of Industries", because of its strategic position and wide range of uses. This study aims to discuss the competitiveness of the iron and steel industry from the G20 countries, except the European Union, and to see where Indonesia's position is. "ABSTRAKPaduan memiliki peran penting di dalam industri besi dan baja untuk meningkatkan sifat dan kualitas produk akhir dengan cara mengubah mikrostrukturnya. Banyak penelitian sudah dilakukan guna meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana paduan dapat mempengaruhi kualitas besi. Berbagai jenis paduan sudah sering digunakan dalam dunia modern, salah satunya adalah FeMn. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari bagaimana pengaruh FeMn pada kurva pendinginan besi, dan bagaimana FeMn bereaksi dengan besi tuang cair, teruatama besi tuang kelabu hipoeutektik. Zona reaksi diinvestigasi dibawah mikroskop dan SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa FeMn menurunkan temperatur eutektik dari besi tuang dan analisis mikrostruktur menunjukkan bahwa reaksi antara mangan dan besi menyebabkan mangan perlahan terdispersi ke dalam matrix besi.

ABSTRACT

Alloying has always been an important part in the iron and steel industry in order to improve the properties and qualities of end products by altering its microstructure. Many researches have been conducted to improve the understanding of how alloying elements could affect the quality of irons. Various types of alloys are already been used in the modern world. One of them is ferromanganese. This study aims to investigate the reaction of ferromanganese alloy with a cast iron melt, specifically hypoeutectic grey cast iron. The study particularly focuses on how ferromanganese affects the cooling curve of cast iron, and how it reacts with the cast iron. The reaction zones were investigated under the light microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results indicate that ferromanganese decrease the eutectic temperature of the cast iron, and the microstructure analysis shows that the reaction between manganese and iron causing the manganese to gradually disperse into the iron matrix.

"Sistem produksi terdiri dari elemen manusia, material, mesin, dan metode.Tingkat operasional produksi merupakan personil yang langsung berhubungan dengan proses produksi dan memengaruhi produktivitas dan kualitas. Pada tingkat operasional produksi memiliki masalah tersendiri dalam hal manajemen pengetahuan, seperti perbedaan kemampuan antar grup kerja, minimnya komunikasi, hingga tidak lengkapnya panduan operasional. Perlu adanya strategi penerapan manajemen pengetahuan yang tepat sehingga proses berbagi pengetahuan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Dalam penelitian ini strategi manajemen pengetahuan didasarkan pada model SECI. Penyusunan prioritas strategi manajemen pengetahuan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi adanya kepemimpinan yang kuat dalam membentuk budaya positif, pembuatan laporan produksi, management review, evaluasi, dan pemberian reward merupakan strategi manajemen pengetahuanyang utamauntuk diterapkan pada tingkat operasional produksi.

The production system consists of the elements of human, material, machines, and methods. Operational level of production is directly related to personnel and production processes affect productivity and quality. At the operational level of production has its own problems in terms of knowledge management, such as the difference between the ability of the working group, the lack of communication, incompleteoperational guidance. It needs proper knowledge management implementation strategies so that the process of knowledge sharing can work well.

In this research, the knowledge management strategy is based on the SECI model. Prioritizing strategy of knowledge management is done by using TOPSIS method. The results showed that the strategy presence of strong leadership in making positive culture, production report, management review, evaluation, and reward giftare major knowledge management strategies to be implemented at the operational level of production."
