"Tesis ini membahas tentang desain pelatihan teknopreneur berbasis nanoteknologi meoggunakan model desain pelatihan yang diperkenalkan oleh Blanchard dan Thacker. Model yang dikembangkan terdiri alas analisis kebutuhan pelatihan (/raining needs), teori pembelajaran (learning theory) yang digunakan, keterbatasan organisasi (organizational constraints), tujuan pembelajaran (learning objectives) dan tujuan pe!atihan tennasuk penyusunan KSiAs (knowledges, skills, atitudes), identifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang mendukung pembelajaran, penentuan metode dan strategi yang sesuai untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, dan menyusun peran tingkat evaluasi pelatihan. Objek penelitian ini adalah pelatihan Nano Camp Mahasiswa yang dise!eoggarakan oleh Masyarakat Nano Indonesia (MNI). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. lnforman yang digunukan sebagai responden berasal dari kalangan peneliti nanoteknologi* MNI, Kementerian Riset dan Teknologi, dan organisasi lain yang menyelenggarakan pelatihan dan mcndukung pengembangan rekuopreneur. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa peserta dengan latar belakang keilmuan antara sosial dan sains tidak perlu dibedakan dalam proses pelatihan. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan desain pelatihan teknopreneur berbasis nanoteknologi.

This thesis discusses the design of nanotechnology~based technopreneur training using the training design model introduced by Blanchard and Thackel. The model developed consist'i of the analysis of training needs (training needs)1 learning theory (learning theory), the limitations of the organization (organizational constraints), the purpose of learning (learning objectives) and training objectives including the preparation of KSAs (know!edges, skills, attitudes ), identification key factors that support learning, the determination of the appropriate methods and strategies to achieve learning goals, and develop training evaluation tools. The object of this study is the Nano Training Camp organized by the Indonesian Society for Nano (MNI). This study used a qualitative approach wth interviews and documentation. Informants are used as respondents from among nanotechnology researchers, MNI, Ministry of Research and Technology, and other organizations that provide training and support the development technopreneur. From the result showed that participants with a background of social science and science does not need to be distinguished in the training process. This research will result in the design of nanotechnology-based technopreneur training."
