"Persaingan yang semakin meningkat membuat kalangan dunia usaha terus meningkatkan daya saingnya, dengan cara implementasi Teknologi Informasi and implementasi ERP. Proyek ERP penuh dengan risiko karena merupakan proyek implementasi yang besar, kompleks, kurang dikenal dan membutuhkan jadwal implementasi yang ketat. Untuk itu perlu model implementasi yang mendukung proses bisnis. Masalah dalam proyek ini adalah kecepatan memetakan antara model dan teknik implementasi yang sebenarnya. Untuk mengurangi risiko dan meningkatkan kemungkinan proyek sukses, suatu organisasi dapat menggunakan pendekatan yang telah dikembangkan seperti layaknya suatu proyek, dimulai dengan fase pemilihan dan diakhiri dengan fase operasi.
Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perbandingan 3 metodologi untuk mengetahui metodologi yang terbaik pada satu perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan metodologi ASAP proyek ini diselesaikan dengan 183 hari, Project Implementation ERP diselesaikan dengan 254 hari dan Cheap Dynamic diselesaikan dengan 236 hari. Perusahaan ini menggunakan metodologi ASAP dalam implementasi ERP nya.

In the recent time, business environment become much more competitive. Dealing with such situation, many companies improve their competitive advantage through implementation information technology and ERP implementation. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project is considered highly risky, since it is large, complex, and usually unfamiliar to the organization and implemented under a tight timetable. To obtain a fair level of understanding of the system, it is then necessary to model to supported business process. However, the problem is the accuracy of the mapping between the model and the actual thecnical implementation. To reduce the risk and improve the probability of project success, an organization can use a structured development approach for such a project, beginning with the selection stage and culminating in the operation stage.
The metodology suggested in this paper is comparison of three methodes to know the best for implementation ERP at one company: (1) ASAP methode, (2) Project Management Implementation ERP Methode, (3) Cheap Dynamic Methode. With using ASAP methode the project is finished by 183 days, Project Implementation ERP is finished by 254 days and Cheap Dynamic is finised by 236 days. This company used ASAP methodology in their implementation of ERP.

"ABSTRAK
Untuk mewujudkan bali eco smart grid, PLN Bali mengimplementasikan Advance metering infrastructure (AMI) melalui penggelaran pilot project 1.000 smart meter 2 arah berkonsep LPWAN di daerah Kuta, Bali. Pemilihan LPWAN LoRa sebagai akses smart meter dikarenakan perhitungan biaya, kemudahan implementasi dan kesiapan teknologinya. Pada tesis ini akan dibahas aspek teknologi dan aspek ekonomi implementasi smart meter reading 2 arah. Meliputi kebutuhan perangkat smart meter berbasis LoRa, biaya operasional (OPEX) dan biaya investasi (CAPEX). Guna mendukung suksesnya penggelaran Bali eco smart grid, maka disusun strategi implementasi menggunakan analisis SWOT. Melalui kajian tekno-ekonomi dan survey yang dilakukan langsung terhadap pelanggan PLN di wilayah Bali, dirumuskan faktor-faktor eksternal maupun faktor-faktor internal utama sehingga menghasilkan beberapa alternatif strategi implementasi penerapan smart meter reading menggunakan teknologi LPWAN, antara lain dengan melakukan ujicoba penerapan AMI, Peningkatan kualitas SDM melalui seminar maupun studi literatur, melakukan outsourcing ke pihak ketiga, pendekatan terhadap regulator terkait ketersediaan alokasi frekuensi dan juga penyuluhan tentang fitur-fitur yang terdapat pada smart meter AMI.

ABSTRACT
To realize Bali eco smart grid, PLN Bali is implementing Advance Metering Infrastructure (AMI) through the deployment of 1,000 smart meter 2-way pilot project with LPWAN concept in Kuta area, Bali. The selection of LPWAN LoRa as smart meter access due to cost calculation, ease of implementation and technological readiness. In this thesis will be discussed aspects of technology and economic implementation of smart meter reading 2 way. Includes the needs of smart meter devices based on LoRa, operational cost (OPEX) and investment cost (CAPEX). In order to support the successful deployment of Bali eco smart grid, an implementation strategy is developed using SWOT analysis. Through techno-economic and surveys conducted directly to PLN customers in Bali area, formulated external factors as well as the main internal factors so as to generate some alternative implementation strategy of smart meters reading application using LPWAN technology, among others by conducting pilot project of AMI, Increasing the quality of human resources through seminars and literature studies, outsourcing to third parties, approaches to regulators related to the availability of frequency allocation and also extension about the features contained in the AMI smart meter."

"Di tengah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, industri jasa konstruksi dinilai merupakan industri yang paling lambat dalam mengadopsi inovasi proses dan teknologi dalam mengelola bisnisnya dibanding industri lain yang bahkan posisinya lebih rendah dibanding sektor pertanian (Mckinsey, 2017). Saat ini digitalisasi industri jasa konstruksi di Indonesia khususnya dalam penggunaan BIM sudah diwajibkan oleh pemerintah melalui PERMEN PU No. 22/PRT/M/2018 tentang Pedoman Pembangunan Bangunan Gedung Negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh antara variabel dan indikator pada TAM yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar pada penerimaan teknologi di lingkungan PT XYZ; menganalisis hubungan antara variable TAM perceived ease of use (PEOU), perceived usefulness (PU), consensus on aprropriation, individual intention, dan organizational intention; dan menghasilkan rekomendasi strategi percepatan implementasi BIM agar dapat berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan kinerja Proyek Konstruksi PT XYZ. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi organisasi dan Kualitas teknologi berhubungan positif terhadap Perceived Ease of Use dimana Perceived Ease of Use berhubungan secara signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness dan Consensus on Appropriation yang berhubungan dengan Organizational Intention. Selanjutnya, Kompetensi personal berhubungan positif dengan Perceived Usefulness dimana Perceived Usefulness berhubungan signifikan terhadap Individual Intention. Sedangkan untuk Behaviour control, tidak menunjukkan hubungan positif terhadap Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use maupun Individual Intention dan Organizational Intentio

In the midst of rapid technological developments, the construction service industry is considered the slowest industry in adopting process and technological innovations in managing its business compared to other industries whose position is even lower than the agricultural sector (Mckinsey, 2017). Currently the digitization of the construction service industry in Indonesia, especially in the use of BIM, has been required by the government through PERMEN PU No. 22/PRT/M/2018 concerning Guidelines for the Construction of State Buildings. This study aims to identify the influence between variables and indicators on TAM which has the greatest influence on technology acceptance within PT XYZ; analyze the relationship between TAM variables perceived ease of use (PEOU), perceived usefulness (PU), consensus on appropriation, individual intention, and organizational intention; and generate strategic recommendations for accelerating the implementation of BIM in order to contribute to improving the performance of the PT XYZ Construction Project. The results of this study indicate that organization competency and technology quality are positively related to Perceived Ease of Use where perceived ease of use is significantly related to perceived usefulness and consensus on appropriation which is related to organizational intention. Furthermore, personal competency is positively related to perceived usefulness where perceived usefulness is significantly related to individual intention. As for behavior control, it does not show a positive relationship to perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use or individual intention and organizational intention."

"Penggunaan teknologi informasi (TI) saat ini sudah menjadi salah satu kebutuhan pokok bagi sebagian besar organisasi perusahaan dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Dengan melakukan investasi TI untuk semua aspek, perusahaan mengharapkan agar setiap target bisnis yang sudah dicanangkan dapat lebih mudah di capai. Sinar Mas Mining (SMM) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan batubara yang telah melakukan beberapa pengembangan teknologi dalam bentuk proyek. Selama 2 tahun (2018-2019) terdapat 59 proyek yang dilaksanakan oleh Direktorat IT di SMM namun tercatat ada 57% proyek yang tidak berjalan dengan semestinya dan jauh dari target yang sudah ditentukan. Permasalahan ini dapat diselesaikan dengan meningkatkan kematangan manajemen proyek di perusahaan dengan mengikuti standar model tingkat kematangan IPMA Delta yang dikembangkan oleh organisasi IPMA. Pengukuran dilakukan secara menyeluruh berdasarkan kompetensi pada tiga indikator utama yaitu; individu, organisasi dan proyek. Dari hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa perusahaan selama ini memiliki tenaga kerja dengan pengetahuan yang cukup baik dalam melaksanakan manajemen proyek namun masih ada beberapa aspek yang harus ditingkatkan. Terdapat 13 kompetensi individu dan 15 kompetensi organisasi yang belum mencapai tingkat kematangan yang diharapkan. Untuk itu perusahaan perlu menjalankan sejumlah rekomendasi yang dihasilkan berdasar 28 aspek pada penelitian ini agar tingkat kematangan manajemen proyek sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

The use of information technology (IT) has now become one of the basic needs of most corporate organizations in running their business. By investing in IT for all aspects, the company hopes that every business target that has been launched can be more easily achieved. Sinar Mas Mining (SMM) is a company with primary business in the coal mining sector, has carried out several technological developments in projects. In 2 years (2018-2019), there were 59 projects carried out by the IT Directorat only at SMM, but it was recorded that 57% of projects did not run properly and were far from the predetermined targets.
This problem is solved by increasing the company's project management maturity by following the IPMA Delta maturity level model standard developed by the IPMA organization. Measurement is carried out based on competence in every aspect, namely, individual, organizational, and project aspects.
The research results show that the company has human resources with sufficient knowledge in implementing project management, but several aspects need to be improved. There are 13 individual competencies and 15 organizational competencies that have not reached the expected maturity level. For this reason, the company needs to carry out several recommendations generated based on the 28 aspects of this study so that the project management maturity level is as expected.
