"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan manajemen modal usaha terhadap pertumbuhan usaha anggota koperasi dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja koperasi. Penelitian ini mengambil kasus pada salah satu koperasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis data keuangan dan anggota koperasi serta wawancara dengan anggota koperasi dan koperasi pada data tahun 2011-2015. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pelatihan manajemen modal usaha yang diberikan kepada anggota koperasi dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan usaha anggota serta kinerja keuangan koperasi itu sendiri.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of capital management training in the members rsquo wealth and its effect in the performance of cooperation. This study takes a case of cooperation in Indonesia.
