"Nilai produksi dari rokok putih di Indonesia selama tahun 2006 hingga 2010 memiliki trend yang negatif sebesar -11,82%. Sebaliknya, faktor-faktor input - seperti tenaga kerja dan bahan baku- yang digunakan memiliki trend yang positif. Ketika faktor-faktor input meningkat sedangkan outputnya menurun, maka perlu dicari faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi penurunan output melalui Total Faktor Produktivitas.
Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk dapat membantu industri rokok putih dalam menentukan kombinasi faktor-faktor input, melalui elastisitas input terhadap produksinya dan determinan yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas industri rokok putih di Indonesia.
Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan Kapital, Tenaga Kerja & Bahan Baku signifikan mempengaruhi output Industri Rokok Putih di Indonesia. Sedangkan tarif bea masuk impor, produktivitas tenaga kerja, ineffisiensi dan konsentrasi industri seluruhnya signifikan mempengaruhi Pertumbuhan Total Faktor Produktivitas nya.

The production value of white cigarettes in Indonesia during 2006 and 2010 had a negative trend of -11.82%. On the contrary, the input factors used -such as labor and raw materials- had a positive trend. When input factors used increases and the output decreases, it is necessary to look for other factors that can affect a decrease in output through the Total Factor Productivity.
Hence, the objectives of this study is to help the white cigarettes industry in determining a combination of factors input, through the input?s elasticity of production and determinants that can affect the productivity of white cigarette industry in Indonesia.
This study shows Capital, Labor & Raw Material significantly affect output in white cigarette industry. While import tariffs, labor productivity, inefficiency and concentration significantly affect its Total Factor Productivity Growth."

"ABSTRAK
Indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) merupakan fitohormon auksin yang berperan dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman dan dapat diproduksi oleh mikroorganisme seperti: bakteri. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan supernatan bakteri IAA diproduksi oleh Bacillus aryabhattai, Lysinibacillus boronitolerans, dan Pseudomonas putida pada pertumbuhan dan produktivitas Pleurotus ostreatus (Jacq.) P.Kumm) in vitro dan in vivo. Uji in vitro dilakukan dengan mengukur diameter (mm) miselia dalam cawan petri dan hasilnya menunjukkan ada perbedaan pertumbuhan nyata (p>0,05) antara perlakuan dengan penambahan supernatan bakteri bacterial
dengan kontrol pada waktu inkubasi hari ke 3 sampai 6. L. supernatan boronitolerans memberikan efek terbaik pada pertumbuhan miselia dengan laju pertumbuhan 14,14 mm/hari. Uji in vivo dilakukan dengan mengukur panjang miselia dalam baglog dengan penambahan supernatan bakteri 50% dan hasilnya menunjukkan ada perbedaan
pertumbuhan yang signifikan antara perawatan dan kontrol pada minggu 2 hingga 5 inkubasi. Supernatan P. putida memberikan pengaruh terbaik dalam meningkatkan produktivitas tubuh buah pada baglog dengan rata-rata jumlah tubuh buah 6,89±4,59, berat basah 116,33±22,58 g, diameter pileus 8,84±2,44 cm, dan panjang stipe 7,80±1,72 cm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supernatan bakteri meningkatkan pertumbuhan miselia sesuai dengan konsentrasi IAA yang dihasilkan pada fase vegetatif, sedangkan penambahan supernatan bakteri penghasil IAA tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pengaruh terhadap produktivitas P. ostreatus.
ABSTRACT
Indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) is an auxin phytohormone that plays a role in increasing plant growth and can be produced by microorganisms such as bacteria. This study was conducted to determine the effect of adding IAA bacterial supernatant produced by Bacillus aryabhattai, Lysinibacillus boronitolerans, and Pseudomonas putida on the growth and productivity of Pleurotus ostreatus (Jacq.) P.Kumm) in vitro and in vivo. In vitro test was carried out by measuring the diameter (mm) of mycelia in a petri dish and the results showed that there was a significant difference in growth (p>0.05) between treatments with the addition of bacterial supernatant.
with control on incubation days 3 to 6. L. boronitolerans supernatant gave the best effect on mycelia growth with a growth rate of 14.14 mm/day. In vivo test was carried out by measuring the length of mycelia in baglog with the addition of 50% bacterial supernatant and the results showed that there was a difference significant growth between treatments and controls at 2 to 5 weeks of incubation. P. putida supernatant gave the best effect in increasing fruiting body productivity in baglog with an average number of fruiting bodies 6.89±4.59, wet weight 116.33±22.58 g, pileus diameter 8.84±2.44 cm , and the length of the stipe is 7.80±1.72 cm. The results showed that the bacterial supernatant increased mycelial growth according to the concentration of IAA produced in the vegetative phase, while the addition of the IAA-producing bacterial supernatant had no significant effect on the productivity of P. ostreatus."
