"Tenaga keperawatan dituntut untuk dapat menjalankan kinerjanya dengan baik sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh rumah sakit. Rumah sakit yang memiliki sistem penilaian kinerja tenaga keperawatan tentunya membutuhkan instrumen yang dapat mengukur kinerja. Rumah sakit ibu dan anak Assalam telah memiliki instrumen penilaian kinerja yang didalamnya terdapat indikator dan ukuran kinerja tenaga keperawatan, penelitian ini bertujuan menilai instrumen tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain potong lintang, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, data primer didapatkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh tenaga keperawatan di RSIA Assalam. Total sampel 56 sama dengan populasi, dengan analisis multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik. Hasil analisis bivariat variabel terukur, relevan, hasil kerja berhubungan secara signifikan (p<0,05) dengan penilaian kinerja. Perilaku paling dominan terhadap penilaian kinerja dengan hasil analisis multivariat ukuran kinerja perilaku (p=0.0001) dan indikator jelas (p=0.039). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini indikator kinerja yang digunakan sudah jelas tapi kurang terukur, kurang relevan dan kurang terikat waktu. Instrumen yang digunakan dapat mengukur perilaku dengan baik, tapi belum dapat mengukur hasil kerja dan kompetensi dengan baik. Perbaikan indikator kinerja dan ukuran kinerja pada instrumen penilaian kinerja perlu dilakukan demi meningkatkan kinerja tenaga keparawatan.

Nursing staff are required to be able to carry out their performance well in accordance with the standards set by the hospital. Hospitals that have a performance appraisal system for nursing staff certainly need an instrument that can measure performance. Assalam's mother and child hospital has a performance appraisal instrument in which there are indicators and measures of nursing staff performance, this study aims to assess the instrument. The research method used a cross-sectional design, with a quantitative approach, the primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to all nursing staff at RSIA Assalam. The total sample of 56 is the same as the population, with multivariate analysis using logistic regression. The results of the bivariate analysis of measurable, relevant variables, work results were significantly associated (p <0.05) with performance appraisal. The most dominant behavior towards performance appraisal with the results of multivariate analysis of behavior performance measures (p = 0.0001) and clear indicators (p = 0.039). The conclusion of this study is that the performance indicators used are clear but less measurable, less relevant and less time-bound. The instrument used can measure behavior well, but has not been able to measure work results and competencies properly. Improvements in performance indicators and performance measures on performance appraisal instruments need to be done to improve staff performance."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mennganalisis persepsi karyawan tentang instrumen penilaian kinerja pada PT.Guna Layan Kuasa Kantor Pusat Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Noe dengan dimensi Strategic Congruence, Validity, reliability, acceptability, dan Specificity. Pendekatan yang dipakai adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara atau penyebaran kuisioner. Dan diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 16.00. hasil menunjukan bahwa persepsi karyawan mengenai instrumen penilaian kinerja adalah cukup baik.

This paper aims to describe the perceprions of employees who work in Marketing division about instrument of performance apprisal in PT Guna Layan Kuasa Jakarta Office Center. This researces used Noe theory which is Strategic Congruence, validity, reliability, Acceptability, and specificity. This is quantitive researces, using quitioners methods and using using SPSS version 16.00. Results of this research is generally employees perception about instrument of perfomance apprisal in PT Guna Layan Kuasa is Good Enough."

"Sumber daya manusia yang ada di dalam suatu organisasi memiliki peranan penting agar tercapainya tujuan bersama. Agar mencapai tujuan tersebut, diperlukannya pengelolaan juga sistem yang bisa memantau perkembangan yang terjadi, salah satunya melalui penilaian kinerja. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja selama era new normal yang dilakukan oleh Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kantor Pemerintah Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana proses pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja bagi para aparatur negara, khususnya Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di instansi pemerintahan, bagaimana hasil penilaian kinerja tersebut menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengelolaan kinerja yang baik pula agar dapat bermanfaat bagi pegawai, serta bagi organisasi itu sendiri agar bisa berkembang dan berfungsi sosial secara baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan sejak September 2021 hingga Juni 2022. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam bersama 4 informan dari BKPSDM secara luring dan menggunakan protokol kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BKPSDM (1) telah membentuk sistem penilaian kinerja yang disebut Aplikasi Penilaian Kinerja (APIK), (2) Terdapat gap dalam penggunaan Peraturan Pemerintah dalam menilai kinerja PNS, (3) Dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang ditemukan guna melakukan penilaian kinerja bagi aparatur negara, dan (4) Ditemukan upaya dalam meningkatkan kinerja aparatur negara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peran penting dari pihak penilai guna menjalankan penilaian kinerja sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah, serta perlunya sistem penilaian yang harus dikembangkan, juga pentingnya penilaian yang adil.

Human resources in an organization have an important role in achieving common goals. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to have a management system that can monitor developments, one of which is through performance appraisal. This study describes the implementation of the performance appraisal conducted by the Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) of the South Tangerang City Government Office. This study aims to see how the process, also the supporting and inhibiting factor for the implementation of performance appraisals for state apparatus, especially Civil Servants (PNS) in government agencies. This research was conducted from September 2021 to June 2022. Data were collected using in-depth offline interviews with 4 informants from the BKPSDM by implementing health protocols. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The results of this study indicate that BKPSDM (1) Has established a performance appraisal system called the Performance Appraisal Application (APIK), (2) There is a gap in the use of government regulations in assessing the performance of civil servants, (3) In its implementation, there are supporting and inhibiting factors found to conduct performance appraisals for state apparatus, and (4) Found efforts to improve the performance of state apparatus as a form of performance management. The study results also show that there is a vital role for the appraiser to carry out performance appraisals to government regulations, as well as the need for an assessment system to be developed and the importance of a fair assessment in order to maintain the social functioning of workers and organizations."
