"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi bagaimana perusahaan startup meningkatkan perilaku inovatif bagi para pegawainya, dengan melihat pengaruh dari physical work environment dan work motivation. Selain itu juga melihat peranan mediasi dari work engagement. Data yang didapatkan berasal dari 253 responden. Model penelitian dengan empat hipotesis ini diuji dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara physical work environment dan work motivation terhadap innovative work behavior, baik langsung dan dengan mediasi dari work engagement. Terakhir peneliti memberikan implikasi dan saran untuk penelitian kedepannya.

ABSTRACTThis research emphasize on how a startup company increase innovative work behavior to its employees through physical work environment and work motivation. Moreover, mediation factors are also counted through work engagement management in the company. The data obtained came from 253 respondents. The research model with ten hypotheses was tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study shows that there is a positive relationship between physical work environment and work motivation on innovative work behavior, both directly and through mediation of work engagement. Finally, researchers provide managerial implications and suggestions for future research."

"ABSTRAKSebagai makhluk sosial yang melakukan interaksi dalam lingkungan, manusia perlu untuk menjaga keharmonisan dengan mematuhi norma-norma yang berlaku dalam lingkungan tersebut. Namun, setiap individu pada dasarnya memiliki perbedaan termasuk perbedaan perilaku. Lingkungan tempat manusia berada dapat menjadi sebab yang mempengaruhi perilaku manusia tersebut, baik perilaku yang bersifat positif maupun perilaku negatif. Dalam konteks lingkungan kerja, perilaku yang positif atau produktif tentunya dapat memberikan manfaat berupa nilai tambah bagi organisasi, namun apabila terdapat perilaku negatif atau kontraproduktif maka tentunya hal tersebut dapat merugikan organisasi tempat manusia tersebut bekerja. Analisis terhadap PT. DGI dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja perusahaan terhadap munculnya perilaku-perilaku yang dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi perusahaan. Hasil penelitian yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hal-hal yang mempengaruhi munculnya perilaku kerja kontraproduktif dari lingkungan kerja.

ABSTRACTAs social beings who interact in the environment, human beings need to maintain harmony by complying with the established norms within the environment. However, each individual essentially has differences including behavioral differences. The environment in which human being exist can become reasons which affects human behavior, either positive or negative behavior. In the context of work environment, positive or productive behavior can provide benefits in the form of added value to the organization, but if there is negative or counterproductive behavior then surely it can be detrimental to the organization of the working men and women. Analysis on PT. DGI was conducted to determine the effect of the company's work environment on the emergence of behaviors that can have negative impact for the company. Results of research using quantitative methods pointed to things that influence the emergence of counterproductive work behavior from work environment."
