"ABSTRAKPenulisan karya akhir ini merupakan prasyarat untuk penyelesaian tugas akhir pada Magister Manajemen Universitas Indonesia dalam bentuk business coaching pada PT Isra Presisi Indonesia. PT Isra adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang otomotif dan merupakan binaan Yayasan Darma Bakti Astra YDBA . PT Isra menghasilkan produk berupa cetakan dies dan komponennya precision parts yang digunakan untuk mencetak atau memproduksi suku cadang kendaraan bermotor. Saat ini, PT Isra merupakan UMKM Pra Mandiri YDBA dan target PT Isra adalah menjadi UMKM Mandiri serta memperluas bisnis dengan produk stamping mass production. PT Isra berkembang dengan cepat sehingga perlu dipersiapkan untuk kebutuhan bisnis di masa mendatang. Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah pembuatan struktur organisasi dan uraian kerja baru yang sesuai dengan kondisi bisnis PT Isra pada sepuluh tahun mendatang untuk menjawab tantangan perkembangan bisnis pada masa itu. Penyesuaian struktur organisasi dan deskripsi pekerjaan baru dengan kondisi bisnis PT Isra ke depannya dapat menjadi pedoman PT Isra untuk membuat kebijakan sumber daya manusia lain yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan retensi karyawan seperti pembuatan jenjang karier.

ABSTRACTThis thesis is done as a requirement to pass the final exam from MMUI in form of business coaching implementation upon PT Isra Presisi Indonesia. This Small and Medium Enterprise SME is a manufacture company specifically in automotive industry and is one of Yayasan Darma Bakti Astra YDBA member. PT Isra produces dies and precision parts used to make vehicles spare parts. As a pre independent SME category, PT Isra wants to enlarge their business into stamping mass production product. This SME rsquo s growth is tremendous that they have to prepare for the future business requirements. The recommendation for the preparation is to make a new organization structure and job descriptions which are conform to the business condition ten years from now in order to overcome the challenge from the business development at that time. The adjustment of the new organization structure and job descriptions with PT Isra rsquo s future business condition can be the foundation to make other human resources policies such as the making of a good career path to improve the workers rsquo performance and retention."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh struktur kepemilikan dan organizational slack terhadap tingkat pengungkapan informasi tanggung jawab sosial (CSR) pada laporan tahunan perusahaan perbankan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2011 sampai 2013. Hasil pengujian statistik dengan regresi menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi kepemilikan, kepemilikan pemerintah, maupun kepemilikan asing tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengungkapan CSR perusahaan. Hanya organizational slack yang terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap tingkat pengungkapan CSR. Diantara dua variabel kontrol yaitu ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas, hanya ukuran perusahaan yang memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap tingkat pengungkapan CSR.

The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of ownership structure and organizational slack on corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure via annual report published by banks listed at Bursa Efek Indonesia from 2011 to 2013.

The test results indicate positive and significant impact oforganizational slack on CSR disclosure. However, none of ownership concentration, government ownership, or foreign ownership has significant effect on CSR disclosure. As for control variables, size significantly influences CSR disclosure while profitability doesn't."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh dimensi struktur organisasi (kompleksitas, formalisasi dan sentralisasi) baik masing-masing maupun simultan terhadap efektivitas organisasi Direktorat Jenderal Administrasi Hukum Umum. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Direktorat Jenderal Administrasi Hukum Umum pada bulan Mei-Juni 2013. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif eksplanasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa formalisasi dan sentralisasi memiliki berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas organisasi. Sedangkan kompleksitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa formalisasi memiliki hubungan yang paling kuat dengan efektivitas organisasi. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi, maka perlu ditingkatkan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan formalisasi.

This study was conducted to determine the extent of the influence of the dimensions of organizational structure (complexity, formalization and centralization) either individually or simultaneously to organizational effectiveness Directorate General of Law Administration Affair Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Research conducted at the Directorate General of Law Administration Affair in May-June 2013. The method used in this study is a quantitative explanation.

The results of this study indicate that formalization and centralization has a significant effect on organizational effectiveness. Whereas no significant effect on the complexity of organizational effectiveness. Research also shows that formalization has the strongest relationship with organizational effectiveness. To improve the effectiveness of the organization, it needs to be improved matters relating to formalization."
