"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalahan yang terjadi di PT X yang bergerak di industri jasa logistik. PT X belum pernah mencapai target laba sejak lima tahun terakhir. Strategi penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu descriptive analysis dan content analysis berdasarkan performance theory. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT X tidak dapat mencapai target laba dikarenakan adanya alokasi biaya yang tidak memperhitungkan biaya tidak langsung dan penentuan tarif yang tidak didasarkan oleh perhitungan harga pokok penjualan. Untuk keakuratan alokasi biaya dan penentuan tarif, penelitian ini memberikan usulan pada PT X untuk melakukan Customer Profitability Analysis, menggunakan Time-Driven Activity Based Costing untuk alokasi biaya serta menerapkan sistem pengendalian internal.

This research aims to answer the problem arising in PTX, a logistic services company, that never achieved target profit over five past years. This study is conducted using a case study with a qualitative research method. The data are analysed using descriptive analysis and content analysis techniques based on performance theory. Results shows that PT X can not achieve target profit due to inaccurate allocation of product cost and inaccurate price setting. To improve product cost and price setting accuracy, this research recommends PT X to conduct Customer Profitability Analysis, apply Time-Driven Activity Based Costing to cost allocation and apply internal control system.

"PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang transportasi barang, dengan bisnis utamanya adalah layanan pelayaran dan logistik yang terintegrasi. Perusahaan memiliki 5 lini bisnis utama yang menjadi sumber pendapatan: Samudera Shipping, Samudera Logistics, Samudera Ports, Samudera Property dan Samudera Services. Dalam rangka menghadapi persaingan usaha yang kompetitif, terdapat 2 langkah strategis yang harus dilakukan, yaitu meningkatkan kinerja operasional melalui efisiensi biaya operasional dan mengembangkan bisnis transportasi non-shipping yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan, salah satunya adalah Samudera LogisticsSamudera Logistics terdiri dari beberapa anak usaha yang bergerak di bidang 3rd party logisticsproject logistics, transportasi darat, pergudangan dan depo peti kemas. Untuk mendukung langkah strategis tersebut, maka tujuan bisnis yang hendak dicapai oleh perusahaan antara lain adalah meningkatkan tata kelola pelanggan, meningkatkan kinerja operasional melalui efisiensi biaya operasional serta mengembangkan bisnis transportasi non-shipping melalui integrasi sistem aplikasi yang ada di unit bisnis. Agar proses pencapaian tujuan tersebut dapat berjalan dengan terarah, maka perlu dibuat rancangan enterprise architecture yang dapat menyelaraskan kebutuhan bisnis dengan TI berdasarkan sasaran strategis perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan arsitektur menggunakan kerangka kerja TOGAF sebagai acuan pengembangan arsitektur dengan metode kualitatif dan studi kasus di PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk. Metode pengolahan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi terhadap lingkungan organisasi dan proses bisnis di unit bisnis terkait. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan arsitektur yang terdiri dari 11 prinsip arsitektur serta usulan aplikasi dan infrastruktur yang terintegrasi. Usulan ini menjadi solusi TI yang terintegrasi guna meningkatkan tata kelola pelanggan maupun vendor dan meningkatkan efisiensi biaya operasional, sehingga mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis. Rancangan arsitektur juga dibuat sebagai masukan dan menjadi acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan pengembangan TI di lingkup Samudera Logistics.
PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk is a company engaged in the field of goods transportation, with its main business being integrated shipping and logistics services. The company has 5 main business lines: Samudera Shipping, Samudera Logistics, Samudera Ports, Samudera Property and Samudera Services. In order to face competitive business competition, there are 2 strategic steps that must be taken, improving operational performance through operational cost efficiency and developing the non-shipping transportation business owned by the company, one of which is Samudera Logistics. Samudera Logistics consist of several subsidiaries engaged in 3rd party logistics, project logistics, land transportation, warehousing and container depots. To support strategic initiatives, business objectives needs to be achieved by the company include improving customer management, improving operational performance through operational cost efficiency and developing non-shipping transportation business through integration of application systems in business units. In order to make sure that the process of achieving these goals can be directed, an enterprise architecture design needs to be made that can align business needs and IT based on company’s strategic goals. This research aims to produce an architectural design using TOGAF framework as a reference for architectural development with qualitative methods and case studies at PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk. Data processing is done by conducting interviews and observations of organizational environment and business processes in related business units. This research resulted in an architectural design consisting of 11 architectural principles as well as proposed applications and integrated infrastructure. The proposal becomes an integrated IT Solutions to improve customer and vendor management and improve operational cost efficiency, thereby driving business growth. The architectural design was also made as input and became a reference in making IT development decisions within the scope of Samudera Logistics.

"Kepuasan pelanggan muncul saat perusahaan mengelola untuk menyediakan layanan logistik yang memenuhi atau melampaui harapan pelanggan. Oleh sebab itu perusahaan dituntut untuk memiliki sistem logistik yang baik, mengurangi biaya, dan mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif. Saat ini, persaingan antar perusahaan umumnya dipengaruhi oleh hubungan mereka dengan perusahaan lain. Misalnya, transfer daya diperlukan untuk memajukan tingkat layanan pelanggan, yaitu logistik pihak ketiga (3PL). 3PL telah menjadi pendekatan utama bagi perusahaan untuk menawarkan layanan pelanggan. Dengan adanya perkembangan penelitian sebelumnya mengenai kriteria pemilihan, penelitian dengan fokus pada kriteria pemilihan 3PL memang sudah banyak, namun penelitian dengan kriteria pemilihan 3PL dengan melihat dari sudut pandang turnover masih belum ada. Dengan menggunakan metode ANP, kriteria yang digunakan adalah performa (31%), harga (25%), servis (18%), quality assurance (16%) dan turnover (10%).  Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan PT X logistics menjadi pilihan 3PL yang tepat

Customer satisfaction arise when companies manage to provide logistics services that meet or exceed customer expectations. Therefore, the company is required to have a good logistics system, reduce costs, and gain competitive advantage. Today, the competition between companies is generally influenced by their relationships with other companies. For example, the power transfer is needed to advance the level of customer service, which is a third party logistics (3PL). 3PL has become the main approach for companies to offer customer service. With the development of previous research on the selection criteria, the research with a focus on the 3PL selection criteria is already a lot, but research with the 3PL selection criteria with a view from the perspective of turnover is still no. By using ANP, the criteria used are performance (31%), price (25%), services (18%), quality assurance (16%) and turnover (10%). The study also showed PT X logistics into the right 3PL selection."

"Mutu pelayanan farmasi dapat dilihat dari tersedianya obat-obat dengan tepat dan efisien. Pemenuhan obat tersebut dilakukan melalui siklus logistik yang terdiri dari proses perencanaan, penganggaran, pengadaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pemeliharaan, penghapusan serta pengendalian.
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan masih adanya masalah dalam pemenuhan obat di unit farmasi dan logistik yang ditandai dengan masih ditemukannya stock out sebesar 0,5%-1% dari total pembelanjaan obat setiap bulannya.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor input yaitu man, money, method,material dan machines terhadap seluruh proses logistik dalam upaya pemenuhan ketersediaan obat di RSIA Keluarga Kita.
Desain penelitian pada penelitian ini berupa deskriptif analitik. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menerapkan analisis ABC Indeks Kritis, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) maupun Reorder Point (ROP) sebagai metode pengendalian logistik obat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi pemenuhan ketersediaan obat dan kejadian stok out bisa dikelola dengan melakukan perbaikan seluruh proses pada siklus logistik terutama pada proses pengendalian perencanaan, penganggaran, dan pengadaan.

The quality of pharmaceutical services can be measured from the availability of medicine in-time and efficient. The supply of the medicines is done through a logistic cycle consisting of planning, budgeting, procurement, storage, distribution, maintenance, deletion and control processes.
This research was motivated by the issue in the medicines lack of availability in pharmacy and logistics unit which is marked by the finding of stock out of 0.5% -1% of total expenditure of medicines every month.
The purpose of this research is to identidy the input factor that is man, money, methods, materials and machines to the entire logistics process in an effort to ensure the availability of medicine stocks at RSIA Keluarga Kita.
The research design is descriptive analytic. This research is qualitative and quantitative by applying ABC analysis of Critical Index, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Reorder Point (ROP) as method of medicine logistic control.
The results show that there are many factors that influence the availability of the medicines and the occurrence of stock outs can be managed by improving the entire process in the logistics cycle, especially in the process of controlling in planning, budgeting, procurement.
