"Terdapat masalah mengenai kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada PT TSB. Pengunaan Accurate yang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi ternyata masih jauh dari hasil yang diinginkan. Kemungkinan penyebab dari hal ini adalah adanya beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), sebuah metode penentuan keputusan dengan mengkuantifikasikan nilai-nilai kualitatif dari tujuh faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi yaitu: kapabilitas personal, ukuran organisasi, dukungan manajemen puncak, formalisasi pengembangan sistem informasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan, komite pengendalian sistem informasi dan lokasi departemen sistem informasi. Ketujuh faktor tersebut dievaluasi berdasarkan tiga aspek yaitu: kepuasan pengguna, penggunaan sistem dan kualitas layanan sistem.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan referensi kepada perusahaan terhadap faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi agar lebih diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa faktor yang menduduki tiga peringkat teratas adalah: kapabilitas personal, pendidikan dan pelatihan, dan dukungan manajemen puncak. Maka perlunya sebuah pengendalian internal menyeluruh berupa kebijakan dan prosedur yang mengatur adanya validasi, pemisahan fungsi dan wewenang agar laporan keuangan tetap terjamin kebenarannya.
There was a problem regarding the performance of Accounting Information Systems at PT TSB. Use of Accurate is expected to improve the performance of Accounting Information Systems is still far from the desired result. Possible causes of this is the existence of several factors that affect the performance of Accounting Information Systems. This study uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), a method of determining the decision to quantify the qualitative values of the seven factors that affect the performance of accounting information systems, namely: personal capabilities, organizational size, top management support, the formalization of information systems development, education and training , committees controlling the information systems and location of information systems departement. The seven factors are evaluated based on three aspects: user satisfaction, system usage and quality of service system. The purpose of this study is to provide a reference to the company on the factors that most affect the performance of accounting information systems in order to be considered and improved. The results of this study found that the factors that occupy the top three are: personal capabilities, education and training, and support of top management. Hence the need for a thorough internal control in the form of policies and procedures that govern the existence of validation, the separation of functions and powers in order to secure financial statements remain true."
