"Arnott Hsu dan Moore 2005 memperkenalkan metode penyusunan portofolio saham menggunakan Indeks Fundamental. Metode ini dianggap lebih akurat dalam menentukan proporsi saham karena lebih menggambarkan keadaan perusahaan yang sebenarnya. Arnott Hsu dan Moore menyatakan bahwa Indeks Fundamental menghasilkan keuntungan lebih tinggi dibandingkan Capitalization Weighting Index. Indeks Fundamental lebih menekankan pada ukuran perusahaan. Penerapan Indeks Fundamental dapat saja berbeda apabila dilakukan terhadap masing-masing sektor yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan pergerakan saham masing masing sektor berbeda berdasarkan pergerakan sektor masing-masing saham.

Prosedur yang dijalankan oleh auditor mengacu pada pedomanaudit KAP JKL yang telah sesuai dengan teori dan ISA. Berdasarkan hasil audit, tujuanaudit prosedur PLTT berupa kelengkapan, akurasi, pemisahan batas waktu, hak dankewajiban, dan valuasi telah tercapai melalui pengujian pada prosedur targeted testing.Dengan begitu, tidak terdapat liabilitas tidak tercatat pada perusahaan.ABSTRACTThis report discusses search for unrecorded liabilities (SURL) audit procedure for at PTDPA for the year end of 2018 by KAP WWW. The company that is the focus of thisreport is PT DPA which is a mining contractor.
