"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai bagaimana seorang micro-celebrity, dalam konteks penelitian ini adalah selebgram Shirin Al-Athrus, mengkonstruksikan personanya di Instagram. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan konsep micro-celebrity dan pendekatan persona. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metodologi studi kasus. Penelitian ini berusaha melihat perspektif berbagai pihak yang bersinggungan dengan Shirin, seperti, admin fanpage, anggota tim Shirin,dan pihak brand dengan tujuan mengeksplorasi pandangan masing-masing pihak mengenai konstruksi persona Shirin. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa konstruksi persona Shirin merupakan persona yang positif, yang pada akhirnya membuka kesempatan bagi dirinya untuk memonetisasi akun Instagram miliknya.

ASTRACT
This research discusses about how a micro-celebrity, in this context is selebgram Shirin Al-Athrus, construct her persona on Instagram. This research uses micro-celebrity concept and persona approach. This research is a qualitative research and uses case study methodology. This research tries to see perspective from various parties that intersects with Shirin, such as followers, fanpage administrator, Shirins team member, and employee from the brand Shirin works with with the aim to explore each partys view about Shirins persona construction. This research finds that Shirins persona is a positive one, that in the end opens various opportunities for her to monetize her Instagram account."

"Pervasive healthcare is an emerging research discipline, focusing on the development and application of pervasive and ubiquitous computing technology for healthcare and wellness. Pervasive healthcare seeks to respond to a variety of pressures on healthcare systems, including the increased incidence of life-style related and chronic diseases, emerging consumerism in healthcare, need for empowering patients and relatives for self-care and management of their health, and need to provide seamless access for healthcare services, independent of time and place. Pervasive healthcare may be defined from two perspectives. First, it is the development and application of pervasive computing (or ubiquitous computing, ambient intelligence) technologies for healthcare, health and wellness management. Second, it seeks to make healthcare available to anyone, anytime, and anywhere by removing locational, time and other restraints while increasing both the coverage and quality of healthcare. This book proposes to define the emerging area of pervasive health and introduce key management principles, most especially knowledge management, its tools, techniques and technologies. In addition, the book takes a socio-technical, patient-centric approach which serves to emphasize the importance of a key triumvirate in healthcare management namely, the focus on people, process and technology. Last but not least the book discusses in detail a specific example of pervasive health, namely the potential use of a wireless technology solution in the monitoring of diabetic patients.

"Tuntutan masyarakat akan terwujudnya tata pemerintahan yang baik (good governance) dalam waktu yang singkat memotivasi pemerintah untuk dapat segera menentukan strategi yang tepat guna mempercepat pencapaian tujuan tersebut. Salah satu strategi yang dilaksanakan adalah melakukan pengembangan e-government. Hal ini tertuang dalam Instruksi Presiden No.3 Tahun 2003 tentang Kebijakan dan Strategi Nasional Pengembangan e-Government.
Kerangka kerja yang dijadikan alat ukur penilaian tingkat implementasi dan pengembangan e-government pada instansi pemerintah adalah PeGI (Pemeringkatan e-Government Indonesia). Untuk dapat melakukan implementasi dan pengembangan e-government secara tepat dan efektif diperlukan adanya strategi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang strategi pengembangan e-government berdasarkan kerangka kerja PeGI dengan melakukan studi kasus di Lembaga Penerbangan dan Antariksa Nasional (LAPAN). Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa analisis dokumen, observasi, dan focus group discussion (FGD).
Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, didapat bahwa level implementasi e-government di LAPAN saat ini adalah 1,88 sedangkan level implementasi e-government yang diharapkan adalah 3,18. Penelitian ini akan menjabarkan strategi pengembangan e-government di lingkungan LAPAN dalam upaya mencapai level implementasi e-government yang diharapkan.

People's demands for the establishment of good governance in a short time, motivating the government to be able quickly determine the right strategy in order to accelerate the achievement of these goals. One of strategy that was implemented for these goals are developing e-government. This was stated in President Instruction No. 3 of 2003 on National Policy and Strategy Development of e-Government.
The framework that used to measure level of development and implementation of e-government in the government institution is PeGI (The ranking of e-Government of Indonesia). To be able perform the implementation and development of e-government in a timely and effective need some strategy.
This research aims to devise an e-government development strategy based on PeGI framework by doing a case study on the National Institute of Aeronautics and Space (LAPAN). The methodology used is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods such as document analysis, observations, and focus group discussion (FGD).
Based on the analysis, found that the level of e-government implementation in LAPAN today is 1.88 while the level of e-government implementation expected was 3.18. This study will describe how the development of e-government strategies in LAPAN to reach the level of implementation of e-government that expected.

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai bagaimana prinsip keadilan dalam sistem pengaturan Upah Minimum khususnya didalam wilayah DKI Jakarta. Prinsip keadilan yang digunakan untuk melihat keadilan dalam sistem pengupahan adalah Teori keadilan dari John Rawls. Dalam penelitian ini juga membahas mengenai peranan Pemerintah untuk memfasilitasi Pekerja dan Pengusaha agar mencapai terciptanya keadilan pengupahan. Perbedaan pandangan antara Pekerja dan Pengusaha dalam melihat upah menyebabkan sulitnya untuk tercapai keadilan pengupahan tersebut, untuk mencapai terciptanya keadilan pengupahan tersebut juga dibutuhkan peranan Pemerintah untuk menjaga hubungan antara Pekerja dan Pengusaha tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penerapan konsep keadilan dalam penentuan Upah Minimum dan peranan Pemerintah dalam terciptanya keadilan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian Normatif. Sistem pengupahan yang saat ini berlaku di DKI Jakarta dirasa belum adil bagi Pekerja maupun Pengusaha, dan untuk mencapai keadilan dalam pengupahan tersebut melalui Upah Minimum adalah dengan adanya keseimbangan antara beban kerja, upah, dan produktivitas dari pekerja serta keselarahan hubungan antara Pekerja, Pengusaha, dan Pemerintah.

This study discusses how the principle of justice in the Minimum Wage regulation system, especially in the DKI Jakarta area. The principle of justice used to see justice in the wage system is John Rawls's theory of justice. In this study also discusses the role of the Government in facilitating workers and employers in order to achieve wage justice. Differences in views between workers and employers in seeing wages make it difficult to achieve fair wages. In order to achieve wage justice, the role of the government is also needed to maintain the relationship between workers and entrepreneurs. This research was conducted to determine the application of the concept of justice in determining the Minimum Wage and the role of the Government in creating this justice. The research method used in this research is the Normative research method. The wage system currently in effect in DKI Jakarta is deemed unfair for both Workers and Employers, and to achieve fairness in wages through the Minimum Wage is a balance between the workload, wages and productivity of workers and the alignment of relations between Workers, Employers and Government."

"ABSTRAK
Ameba Pigg adalah media sosial Jepang berbentuk dunia virtual. Walaupun
diciptakan dengan basis budaya Jepang, terdapat orang-orang Indonesia yang tinggal
di dalamnya. Dengan adanya perbedaan budaya tersebut, penelitian ini mencoba
untuk memahami bagaimana identitas budaya yang ditunjukkan, bagaimana proses
terbentuknya dan hal-hal apa yang berkontribusi dalam proses tersebut. Penelitian ini
merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dilakukan dengan metode etnografi virtual, didukung
wawancara mendalam terhadap tiga orang informan yang telah tinggal bertahuntahun
di Ameba Pigg, serta menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil dari
penelitian ini adalah terjadi hibriditas antara budaya Jepang dan Indonesia di dalam
identitas budaya para informan yang tersebut terbentuk melalui proses adaptasi
budaya. Dalam proses tersebut ada tiga hal yang paling berkontribusi: motivasi,
makna Ameba Pigg bagi informan, serta konsumsi budaya populer Jepang informan.

ABSTRACT
Ameba Pigg is a Japanese social media which takes form as a virtual world. Although
it was created within the basis of Japanese culture, there are Indonesian people who
live in it. With the cultural gap existed between them, this research aims to
understand the cultural identity shown by informants, the becoming process of the
identity, and things contributed in that process. This research is a qualitative research,
done by virtual ethnography and supported with in depth interview method towards
three informants who live in Ameba Pigg for years, also using thematic analysis
method. The result of this research is a finding of a hybridity between Japanese and
Indonesian culture in informants’ identity which is formed by a process of cultural
adaptation. In the process, there are three things contributed the most: motivation, the
meaning of Ameba Pigg for informants, and the consumption of Japanese popular
culture by informants."

"The purpose of this research paper is to analyze the implementation of corporate governance at the Regional Development Banks, or locally known as Bank Pembangunan Daerah, in Indonesia. The focus of this study is on the role and the position of the governing body or board as well as the relations between governance in micro context and macro condition in the framework of institutional theory. The kind of paradigm that is used in this research paper is the post-positivist paradigm by using mixed methods. To analyze the implementation of corporate governance, this research paper is using several key actors: BOD's Size, Board of Commissioners Size, Board of Independent Commissioners Size, Audit Committee's Size, Block-holder Ownership, Risk Monitoring Committee, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The results of this research paper indicate that Bank Pembangunan Daerah merely fulfill the requirements of important tools in the implementation of corporate governance. In the end, this will influence the manageability of risk management and compliance process. This condition has positioned the importance of the existence of board in the form of both board of commissioners and board of directors in the management and the achievements of the performance of Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPDs). In the perspective of corporate governance theorizing that is related to the institutional approach, board can be the balancing power in the context of the diversity of agents that display the relationship patterns not only in the micro-level that involve principal, management, and employees, but also in the macro condition such as legal system in the forms of regulations, social and cultural system, and political system in the form of relations between companies and both legislative and executive institutions. This is related to the strong influence of bureaucracy and political institutions that demonstrate the emergence of conflicting objectives and political interference in the management of Bank Pembangunan Daerah. This condition emerges as the consequences of the existence of Bank Pembangunan Daerah as regional-owned enterprises (BUMDs) that has dual functions, namely as a business enterprise that focuses on making profits as well as an agent of regional development and providing services to the public.

Penelitian ini menganalisis pelaksanaan corporate governance pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah. Kajian difokuskan pada peran dan kedudukan board serta hubungan antara tata kelola pada konteks mikro dan kondisi makro dalam kerangka pendekatan institutional theory. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma post positivs dengan menggunakan mix method. Untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan corporate governance, penelitian ini menggunakan proksi: BOD Size, Board of Commisioner Size, Board of Independent Commisioner Size, Audit Commite Size, Blockholder Ownership, Risk Monitoring Committee, dan Nomination and Remuneretion Committee. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bank Pembangunan Daerah baru sebatas memenuhi ketentuan pemenuhan organ-organ penting dalam pelaksanaan corporate governance. Hal ini pada akhirnya mempengaruhi pengelolaan manajemen risiko (risk management) dan compliance process. Kondisi ini memposisikan pentingnya keberadaan board dalam wujud dewan komisaris maupun direksi dalam pengelolaan dan pencapaian kinerja Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD). Dalam perspektif teorisasi corporate governance yang terkait dengan pendekatan institusional, board dapat menjadi kekuatan penyeimbang dalam konteks keberagaman aktor (agent) yang menunjukkan pola hubungan tidak saja dalam tataran mikro yang melibatkan pemilik (principal), management, dan pekerja, tetapi juga kondisi makro seperti sistem hukum dalam bentuk regulasi, sistem sosial dan budaya, dan sistem politik dalam bentuk hubungan antara perusahaan dengan lembaga legislatif dan eksekutif. Hal ini berkaitan dengan kuatnya pengaruh birokrat dan institusi politik yang menunjukkan munculnya conflicting objective dan political interference dalam pengelolaan Bank Pembangunan Daerah. Kondisi ini muncul sebagai konsekuensi dari keberadaan Bank Pembangunan Daerah sebagai Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) yang memiliki fungsi ganda yaitu sebagai entitas bisnis yang berorientasi pada pencapaian keuntungan dan juga sebagai agent of regional development dan melayani kepentingan masyarakat."
