penggunaan chatbot masih kurang diminati akibat percakapannya yang masih terkesan kaku dan memiliki perbendaharaan kata yang masih terbatas. Penelitian
ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi berupa chatbot layanan smart city untuk menyelesaikan berbagai masalah yang dihadapi masyarakat kota selama masa pandemi. Perancangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode user-centered design yang melibatkan target pengguna pada setiap tahapannya. Pengumpulan kebutuhan chatbot dilakukan dengan menggunakan survei daring. Temuan yang diperoleh dijadikan acuan dalam perancangan purwarupa untuk chatbot layanan smart city di masa pandemi. Evaluasi terhadap purwarupa dilakukan dengan
menggunakan metode usability testing dan A/B testing untuk evaluasi kualitatif, sedangkan untuk evaluasi kuantitatif menggunakan instrumen SUS dan CUQ. Chatbot layanan smart city yang dirancang dengan hasil yang cukup baik dilihat dari nilai SUS dan CUQ yang diperoleh cukup untuk dikategorikan ‘acceptable’.

In the era of technological development, the Indonesian government is intensively running the "Gerakan Menuju 100 Smart City" that aims to support public services in Indonesia. In addition, Indonesians are currently experiencing various
problems due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This encourages the development of smart city services to serve citizens better. The government has created several chatbots to help citizens during the pandemic. However, the chatbot has not paid
attention to the needs of citizens in the fields of economy, education, and mobility. Not only that, the use of chatbots is still less desirable because the conversations still stiff and have a limited vocabulary. This research seeks to provide a solution in the form of a smart city service chatbot to solve various problems faced by citizen during the pandemic. The design is done using a usercentered design method that involves the target user at each stage. The chatbot needs collection is done by using online surveys. The findings were used as reference in designing chatbot. Evaluation of the prototype was conducted using usability testing and A/B testing methods for qualitative evaluation, while quantitative evaluation using SUS and CUQ instruments. Chatbot smart city services are designed with good results, chatbots SUS and CUQ values obtained enough to be categorized as ‘acceptable’.

"Maternity nurses are authorized health workers that provide antenatal care, but their roles and function in antenatal care services are not recognized by the public. This research aims to reveal the experience of pregnant women during antenatal visits in private clinic maternity nursing. Six pregnant women selected using purposive sampling underwent an in-depth interview in this descriptive phenomenological study. Data were analyzed through thematic content analysis with Moustakas approach. Three themes were identified in this study: 1) women experience good communication with maternity nurses; 2) women receive family-centered nursing care; 3) the schedule, cost, facility, and types of service meet the participants’ needs. This study suggests for nurses to improve their competencies in delivering antenatal care according to clients’ needs.

Perawat spesialis maternitas adalah petugas kesehatan berwenang yang menyediakan perawatan antenatal, tetapi peran dan fungsinya dalam layanan perawatan antenatal belum dikenal oleh masyarkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengalaman ibu hamil selama kunjungan antenatal di klinik mandiri keperawatan maternitas. Enam ibu hamil yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling menjalani wawancara mendalam dalam studi fenomenologis deskriptif ini. Data dianalisis melalui tematik konten analisis dengan pendekatan Moustakas. Tiga tema diidentifikasi dalam penelitian ini: 1) ibu hamil mengalami komunikasi yang baik dengan perawat maternitas; 2) wanita menerima asuhan keperawatan yang berpusat pada keluarga; 3) jadwal, biaya, fasilitas, dan jenis pelayanan sesuai keinginan ibu hamil. Studi ini menyarankan bagi perawat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mereka dalam memberikan pelayanan antenatal sesuai dengan kebutuhan klien."

"The Korean peninsula during the Cold War provided a cruel but historically unparalleled real-world "experiment" in the relationship between polity and material advance: an ethnically and culturally homogenous nation was, in 1945, suddenly divided by an arbitrary boundary line and then subjected to two radically different and adversarial political economies for successive decades on end. Assessing the competition between the North and South Korean economies from partition to the end of the Soviet era, Nicholas Eberstadt argues that the storyline is not quite as simple as the now-prevailing narrative suggests (that centrally-planned economies are doomed to fail against market-oriented alternatives). Rather, he suggests, the race for material progress was just that: a race, the results of which were far from preordained at the outset. In Policy and Economic Performance in Divided Korea during the Cold War Era: 1945-91, Eberstadt presents an impressive compilation of hard-to-find comparative data on economic performance for the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK, or North Korea) and the Republic of Korea (ROK, or South Korea) over two critical generations. By a number of indicators, Eberstadt argues, Kim Il Sung’s North Korea actually outperformed South Korea for much of this period -- not only in the years immediately following partition, but perhaps also into the 1970s. To explain these surprising results, Eberstadt details the impact of government policies on the course of growth of both economies and offers some unorthodox observations about material performance under these two contending polities. He finds that prevailing economic development theory on such issues as planned-versus-market economies, military burden, and the relationship between material advance and poverty, may require reexamination in light of the experience of the two Koreas between partition and the end of the Cold War." --Back cover."

"Gisaeng adalah perempuan penghibur resmi acara kerajaan di Korea. Gisaeng sudah ada sejak masa Dinasti Goryeo 918-1392 hingga masa pendudukan Jepang 1910-1945 di Korea. Kekusaan Jepang di Korea berpengaruh pada perubahan penampilan luar dan sistem gisaeng sehingga memunculkan berbagai pandangan dari masyarakat Korea saat itu. Melalui penelitian ini, penulis menganalisis pengaruh pandangan negatif masyarakat Korea terhadap aktivitas sosial gisaeng pada masa pendudukan Jepang 1910-1945 di Korea. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dapat dijelaskan bahwa bahwa gisaeng menanggapi positif semua pandangan masyarakat Korea dan menjadikan pandangan tersebut sebagai motivasi mereka untuk melakukan aktivitas sosial.
Gisaeng is official female entertainer belongs to Korean government. Gisaeng had existed since Goryeo Dinasty 918 1392 until Japanese occupation in Korea 1910 1945 . The Japanese power during occupation made some differences over their performance and also the system. For that reason Korean society at that time viewed gisaeng variously. This study explores and describe the influence of negative view from Korean society to gisaeng rsquo s social activities during Japanese occupation in Korea. By using qualitative method and descriptive analysis, this study concludes that during Japanese occupation Korean gisaeng responded all Korean society rsquo s view positively and they took that views as motivation for them to do the social activities."

"ABSTRAK
Strategi spin-off memang sudah lama dilakukan oleh praktisi TV dalam memperpanjang popularitas dari sebuah program drama TV dengan tujuan untuk mempertahankan penonton setia. Strategi ini biasa digunakan untuk program drama TV yang berada pada slot prime-time. Penerapan strategi spin-off pada program reality show masih dikenal baru, tidak banyak program reality show menggunakan strategi ini. Artikel ini membahas penerapan strategi spin-off pada program reality show. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada program reality show Korea New Journey to The West 4 beserta program TV spin-offnya Youth Over Flower: Winner dan Kang s Kitchen. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif interpretif dan teknik studi dokumen serta wawancara mendalam kepada penonton ketiga program TV tersebut, penelitian ini memaparkan bagaimana sebuah program TV spin-off dapat meraih keberhasilannya serta memaparkan sikap penonton terhadap ketiga program TV tersebut. Melalui analisis elemen keberhasilan program TV oleh Perebinossoff, P., Gross, B., & Gross, L. S. (2002) dan Morissan (2011) dan elemen keberhasilan program TV spin-off oleh Kilian & Schwarz (2013), ditemukan bahwa motivasi utama penonton dalam menonton program TV spin-off adalah karena mereka telah terpapar oleh cuplikan atau teaser program melalui program TV utama, penonton lebih menyukai program TV utama dibandingkan dengan program TV spin-off karena penonton merasa ekspektasi mereka kurang terpenuhi oleh program TV spin-off.

ABSTRACT
The implementation of Spin-off strategy has been long done by TV programming to extend the popularity of a program and maintain the loyal audiences. This strategy always used by a prime-time TV Drama. The implementation of this strategy for a reality TV is still new, theres not many reality TV using this strategy. This article discusses about how the spin-off strategy is implemented in a reality TV program. This study is limited to a Korean reality TV program New Journey to The West 4 and its spin-off Youth Over Flower: Winner and Kangs Kitchen. Using qualitative-interpretive approach and literature study and interview to some audiences, this study explains how a TV spin-off could achieve its successful and alsa explains the feedback from audiences toward these three programs. Through the analysis of the element of success for a TV program and the element of success for TV spin-off, it is found that the main reason to watch a spin-off is because audiences have been introduced by teaser in parent program, audiences much prefer the parent program rather than its spin-off because they expectation cant be fulfill by TV spin-off."
