"[ABSTRAKMakalah ini menyelidiki apakah kualitas tata kelola (governance)pemerintahan berkorelasi dengan pembangunan ekonomi di tingkat Kabupaten diIndonesia. Menggunakan analisis cross-sectional, penelitian ini meneliti dampakdari indikator pemerintahan di kabupaten terhadap kinerja ekonomi. Selain itu,metode variabel instrumental digunakan untuk menyelidiki masalah kausalitasantara tata kelola dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan surveiTata Kelola Ekonomi Daerah sebagai variabel untuk tata kelola pemerintahan danjumlah kecamatan sebagai variabel instrumental. Temuan utama penelitian iniadalah bahwa interaksi pemerintah dengan pihak swasta, biaya transaksi dan tatakelola infrastruktur merupakan faktor penting untuk meningkatkan kinerjaekonomi. Penelitian ini juga menemukan indikasi bahwa terdapat hubungan positifdari tata kelola terhadap kinerja ekonomi.

ABSTRACTThis paper explore whether the quality of governance correlate with economicdevelopment at local level in Indonesia. "Penelitian ini ingin melihat dampak peningkatan daya beli konsumen di dunia baik negara maju dan negara berkembang dalam percepatan ekonomi yang diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lebih baik dan tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Generalized Method of Moment (GMM), penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh respon pengaruh dari Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) dunia terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan menggunakan data sekunder World Bank dan Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development OECD dari 2010 hingga 2023. Kami mengeksplorasi faktor yang mempengaruhi meningkatnya Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) merupakan salah satu indikator peningkatan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi pembangunan perekonomian suatu negara baik negara maju dan berkembang dalam mendorong negara yang berkelanjutan sebagai wujud dunia meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dunia.

This study wants to look at the impact of increasing consumer purchasing power in the world, both developed and developing countries, in accelerating the economy needed to achieve better economic growth goals and sustainable development goals. This study uses the Generalized Method of Moment (GMM) approach, this study analyzes the influence of the world's Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) response on economic growth using secondary data from the World Bank and the OECD Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development from 2010 to 2023. We explore the factors that affect the increase in the Consumer Confidence Index (CCI), which is one of the indicators of increasing economic growth, economic development of a country, both developed and developing countries, in encouraging a sustainable country as a form of the world, improving the welfare of the world community."

"Tinjauan pustaka ini mendeskripsikan penerapan ekonomi sirkular dalam mendukung pencapaian pembangunan berkelanjutan dari disiplin Ilmu Kesejahteraan Sosial. Sebagai solusi dari sistem ekonomi yang mengganggu keberlanjutan lingkungan, ekonomi sirkular dinilai sebagai pendekatan untuk mengimplementasi pembangunan berkelanjutan. Meski begitu, literatur yang mengkaji hubungan maupun besaran pengaruh antara kedua konsep tersebut masih minim, sehingga mengakibatkan kebuntuan konseptual. Tinjauan pustaka ini berupaya untuk mengkaji bagaimana penerapan ekonomi sirkular dapat mendukung pencapaian pembangunan berkelanjutan melalui kontribusinya terhadap inklusi sosial, pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan context dan integrative review, penulis menghimpun literatur dari kedua konsep tersebut untuk menganalisis bagaimana ekonomi sirkular dapat mempengaruhi ketiga dimensi dari pembangunan berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan analisis temuan literatur, penulis menemukan bahwa ekonomi sirkular memiliki kontribusi positif pada pencapaian ketiga dimensi. Untuk inklusi sosial, ekonomi sirkular berperan dalam meningkatkan kesempatan kerja dan formalisasi pekerja informal, membentuk perubahan perilaku konsumen melalui upaya-upaya edukasi dan peningkatan kesadaran, serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup manusia. Untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi, penerapan ekonomi sirkular ditemukan mampu meningkatkan GDP dan mendorong perkembangan industri melalui inovasi dan simbiosis. Terakhir, untuk keberlanjutan lingkungan, penerapan ekonomi sirkular dapat meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya, mengurangi produksi sampah, serta memperbaiki kualitas lingkungan hidup.

This literature review describes the application of the circular economy in supporting the achievement of sustainable development. As a solution to an economic system that destabilizes environmental sustainability, the circular economy is being portrayed as an approach to operationalize sustainable development. Even so, available literature that explores their relation and to what extent they may affect each other remain scarce, resulting in a conceptual deadlock. This literature review aims to examine how the circular economy can support the achievement of sustainable development through its contributions to social inclusion, economic growth, and environmental sustainability. Using a context and integrative review approach, the writer compiled literature from both concepts to analyse how the circular economy can affect each dimension of sustainable development. Based on analysis of the literature findings, the writer has found that the circular economy has major contributions to all 3 dimensions. To social inclusion, the circular economy provides job opportunities and the formalization of informal workers, consumer’s behavioural change through education and awareness-raising, as well as improvements of the quality-of-life. To economic growth, the application of the circular economy has shown to increase GDP and encourage industrial growth through innovation and symbiosis. Lastly, to environmental sustainability, the application of the circular economy can increase the efficiency of resource use, reduce waste production, and improve the quality of the environment."
