"Guru merupakan faktor yang berperan dalam mengembangkan kreativitas siswanya. Upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam mengembangkan kreativitas siswanya disebut creativity-fostering teacher behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara kepribadian Big Five dan creativity-fostering teacher behavior pada guru sekolah dasar di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi (Jabodetabek). Pada penelitian ini, instrumen pengukuran yang digunakan adalah Big Five Inventory (BFI) (John, 1990) dan Creativity-Fostering Teacher Index (CFTIndex) (Soh, 2000) dengan 131 guru sebagai partisipan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kepribadian openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, dan agreeableness dan creativity-fostering teacher behavior berkorelasi negatif signifikan (r(131) = -.328 ; -.252 ; -.263 ; -.214, p < 0.05, two-tailed, serta dimensi kepribadian neuroticism dan creativity-fostering teacher behavior ditemukan tidak berhubungan (r(131) = .132, p < 0.05, two-tailed). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tinggi rendahnya skor kepribadian guru pada dimensi openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, dan agreeableness berlawanan dengan tingkat perilaku guru yang mengembangkan kreativitas siswanya dan tinggi rendahnya skor kepribadian guru pada dimensi neuroticism tidak berhubungan dengan perilaku guru yang mengembangkan kreativitas siswanya.

Teachers are the factors that play a role in fostering the creativity of their students. Efforts made by the teacher to foster the creativity of their students are called creativity-fostering teacher behavior. This study aims to see the relationship between Big Five personality and creativity-fostering teacher behavior in elementary school teachers in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek). In this study, the measurement instruments used were the Big Five Inventory (BFI) (John, 1990) and the Creativity-Fostering Teacher Index (CFTIndex) (Soh, 2000) with 131 teachers as the participants. The results showed that the personality dimensions of openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and creativity-fostering teacher behavior had a significant negative correlation (r(131) = -.328; -.252; -.263; -.214, p < 0.05, two-tailed), as well as the personality dimensions of neuroticism and creativity-fostering teacher behavior were found to be unrelated (r(131) = .132, p < 0.05, two-tailed). The results of this study indicate that the teacher's personality score on the dimensions of openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, and agreeableness contrasts with the level of teacher behavior that develops student creativity, and the teacher's personality score on the neuroticism dimension is not related to teacher behavior that develops student creativity."

"Pentingnya Big Five personality (openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism) telah diakui dalam berbagai studi tentang pengambilan keputusan keuangan, termasuk perilaku investasi. Namun, topik ini hanya sedikit dibahas dalam konteks negara berkembang, yang merupakan bagian penting dari populasi dunia dan di mana eksklusi keuangan menjadi masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran Big Five personality terhadap perilaku investasi rumah tangga. Penelitian ini juga ingin mengetahui bagaimana preferensi resiko dan financial constraint dapat mempengaruhi perilaku investasi rumah tangga dengan menggunakan data dari IFLS 5. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi probit dengan alat bantu STATA. Hasil dari regresi probit menunjukan bahwa openness to experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sedangkan neuroticism berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap household Stock Investment Decision. Risk preference juga menunjukan hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap household Stock Investment Decision dan financial constraint memiliki hubungan negatif dan signifikan terhadap household Stock Investment Decision.

The importance of the Big Five personality traits (openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism) has been recognised in various studies on financial decision-making, including investment behaviour. However, this topic has been little discussed in the context of developing countries, which make up a significant part of the world's population and where financial exclusion is an issue. This study aims to examine the role of Big Five personality on household investment behaviour. This study also wants to know how risk preference and financial constraint can affect household investment behaviour using data from IFLS 5. This study uses probit regression technique with STATA. The result of probit regression shows that openness to experience has a positive and significant effect while neuroticism has a negative and significant effect on household stock investment decision. Risk preference also shows a positive and significant relationship to the household Stock Investment Decision and financial constraints have a negative and significant relationship to the household Stock Investment Decision."

"ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas intensi perilaku konsumen terhadap Big Cola yang didasari oleh ?Theory of Planned Behavior ?. Kemudian dengan teori tersebut peneliti mengeksplorasi pengaruh dari setiap variabel yaitu sikap, norma subyektif dan perceived behavior control terhadap intensi perilaku konsumen kepada produk Big cola. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dengan mengolah beberapa variabel independen yaitu sikap, norma subyektif dan perceived behavior control dengan satu variabel dependen yaitu intensi menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa semakin kuat pengaruh perceived behavior control maka semakin tinggi intensi konsumen terhadap Big Cola. Perceived behavior control mempengaruhi intensi konsumen terhadap produk Big Cola dengan signifikan.

Abstract

This study focused on intention behavior based on ?Theory of Planned Behavior?. Then with that theory the researcher explore the effect of every variable which are attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control against consumer behavior intention to Big Cola. This research is using quantitative research with descriptive design by developing several independent variables that are attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control with one dependent variable which is intention using multiple linier regression. The results of this research explain that the stronger affect of perceived behavior control the higher consumer intention toward product Big Cola. Perceived behavior control affects consumer intention toward product Big Cola significantly."
