"Tribadi, Suranto, Sajidan. 2009. Variation of morphological and protein pattern of cassava (Manihot esculenta) varieties of Adira1 and Cabak makao in Ngawi, East Java. Nusantara Bioscience 2: 14-22. This research is intended to find out the morphological and anatomical variation as well as the protein band pattern of cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) widely spread in three different areas of height. The sample collecting is done using simple random sampling in the three different areas of height that is 50, 300, 1000 meters asl in Ngawi District, East Java while the analysis of protein band pattern is done using SDS-PAGE. The result of the research of morphology and anatomy is analyzed descriptively and presented in the form of tabels, histograms and figures. The analysis of protein band pattern is done using quantitative and qualitative analysis that is based on the appearance or not the gel band pattern by counting the molecular weights based on code marker S 8445 and qualitative method based on the quality of the band formed. The band pattern formed is istimated and presented in the form of zimogram. The result of the research shows that the height of the cultivating site very much influences toward variations of root, stem and leaf morphology. The longest root is at 50 meter heights asl (Cabak makao local variety, the widest stem diameter is at 50 meters asl (Cabak makao local variety) the longest leaf and branch is at 300 meters asl (Cabak makao local variety) and 1000 meters asl (Cabak makao local variety). There is no difference of anatomy in the root, stem and leaf and no difference of protein band pattern either in Adira1 or Cabak makao local variety. "

"Ever since a number of centuries non-agricultural activities play an important role in the rural economy of Java. The last decades, their significance has increased further. Presently, close to half of both primary employment and income in rural Java originate from outside the agricultural sector. In this contribution, the history of rural industry on Java is outlined and the recent developments in its rural economy are subsequently summarized. Ensuring this, result from both enterprise and household survey s as recently carried out in Yogyakarta are presented and analyzed. This with a view to assess whether the behavior of the various components of the rural non-farm economy in the area is in line with developments in Southeast Asia as a whole as sketched by Saith (1992) in his publication on the rural non-farm economy in developing countries. A number of conclusions are arrived at pertaining to the relevance and applicability of his model to the Javanese context. Finally, as assessment of the prospects of rural industry in this part of Indonesia is presented and contrasted with his findings.

"Cassava pulp, a low cost solid byproduct of cassava starch industry, has been proposed as a high potential ethanolicfermentation substrate due to its high residual starch level, low ash content and small particle size of the lignocellulosic fibers. As the economic feasibility depends on complete degradation of the polysaccharides to fermentable glucose, the comparative hydrolytic potential of cassava pulp by six commercial enzymes were studied. Raw cassava pulp (12%
w/v, particle size <320 μm) hydrolyzed by both commercial pectinolytic (1) and amylolytic (2) enzymes cocktail, yielded 70.06% DE. Hydrothermal treatment of cassava pulp enhanced its susceptibility to enzymatic cleavageas compared to non-hydrothermal treatment raw cassava pulp. Hydrothermal pretreatment has shown that a glucoamylase (3) was the most effective enzyme for hydrolysis process of cassava pulp at temperature 65°C or 95°C for 10 min and
yielded approximately 86.22% and 90.18% DE, respectively. Enzymatic pretreatment increased cassava pulp vulnerability to cellulase attacks. The optimum conditions for enzymatic pretreatment of
30% (w/v) cassava pulp by a potent cellulolytic/ hemicellulolytic enzyme (4) was achieves at 50 °C for 3, meanwhile for liquefaction and
saccharification by a thermo-stable α-amylase (5) was achieved at 95°C for 1 and a glucoamylase (3) at 50°C for 24 hours, respectively, yielded a reducing sugar level up to 94,1% DE. The high yield of glucose indicates the potential use of enzymatic-hydrothermally treated cassava pulp as a cheap substrate for ethanol production."

This research analyse determinants of economy disparity in West Java which is measured by income percapita The measurement of disparity use Theil Index and in calculation the district/cities are grouped into three areas, north coast, south coast, and non-coastal area. Using Theil, this research founded the biggetst disparity between district and cities in north coast area. This research used regression method using Random Effect Model. The result shows that the significant relation among income per capita, public expenditures budget, education, health, unemployment and dummy of financial crisis to disparity of economy output. have significant effect on economic disparity."

In a free trade era, a region is faced with a great challenge of not only being self sufficient but also it is expected the region would be able to take part in international trade activity. In this context, Central Java is a strategic area in Java Island and it is important to know the key tradable sectors of economic capacity of the region concerned. Information on such spatial variations of the tradable key sectors can be a consideration for regional government and investors to undertake regional planning and investment priority.
This study aims to analyze the spatial variation of the base region for the key tradable sector of the economy for 2008 2013 as well as its relationship with the physical and non physical factors. The Methods employed consist of Semi Input Output SIO Location Quotient models LQ.
The outcomes show that, first, there are 10 areas of Processing Industry base in Central Java, spreading out mostly along the North part second, spasiotemporally industrial processing sector Is the key sector for the economy in Central Java third, considering physical and non physical factors, One can see that the distribution of the base area is related closely to the regional minimum wages and GRDP
