"ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat efektivitas teknik MediatedLearning Experience (MLE) dalam meningkatkan kualitas interaksi pengasuhdengan anak usia 24 - 36 bulan saat kegiatan berpakaian melalui pelatihan yangdilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pretest and post-test design. Penelitimelakukan dua kali pengambilan data terhadap subjek (pengasuh anak) pada saatsebelum pelatihan dan setelah pelatihan dengan metode observasi. Pelatihan yangdilakukan menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu ceramah, diskusi, brainstorming,dan roleplay. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik MLE efektifmeningkatkan kualitas interaksi pengasuh dengan anak usia 24 ? 36 bulan saatkegiatan berpakaian. Hasil uji statistik Wilcoxon Signed-Ranks Test menunjukkanperbedaan yang signifikan dari skor hasil pretest dan post-test sebesar p = 0,039(p<0,05).

AbstractThe objective of the research is to observe effectiveness of the Mediated LearningExperience (MLE) technique in increasing interaction the caregiver with childrenaged 24-36 months during dressed activity. The study employed pre-test and posttestdesign. The data on the subject (i.e. caregiver) was taken twice, i.e. beforeand after training by observation method. Training was conducted throughseveral methods comprising lecture, discussion, brainstorming and role play. Thefindings indicated that MLE technique was effective in increasing quality ofinteraction between caregiver and children aged 24 - 36 months during dressedactivity. Statistical Wilcoxon Signed-Ranks Test showed significant differencefrom the pre-test and post-test scores by the value of p = 0,039 (p<0,05)."

"The authors conducted 4 repetitio priming experiments that manipulated prime duration and prime diagnocity in a visual forced-choice percceptual identification task. The strength and direction of prime diagnosticty produced marked effects on identification accuracy, but those effects were resistant to subsequent changes of diagnosicity. Participants learned to associate different diagnocities with primes of different durations but not with primes presented in different colors. Regardless of prime diagnosticity, preference for a primed alternative covaried negatively with prime duration, suggesting that even for diagnostic primes, evidence discounting remains an important factor. A computational model, with the assumption that adaptation to the statistics of the experiment modulates the level of evidence discounting, accounted for these results."
