Anti-Money Laundering Compliance sebagai bagian daristrategi pencegahan (prevention strategy) untuk mencegah dan memberantaspencucian uang, dan kewajibannya untuk terus dikembangkan sehingga bank yangpatuh terhadap aturan tersebut mampu mencegah digunakan sebagai sarana pencucianuang. Analisis dengan menjabarkan tingkat kecukupan kebijakan (level of adequacy)yang mengatur pencegahan modus baru pencucian uang dan menjelaskan strategiyang dapat digunakan mencegah Trade-Based Money Laundering saat ini. Metodependekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan bahan-bahan dalam penulisanskripsi ini. Pada akhirnya, skripsi ini berusaha menganalisis pentingnyamelaksanakan anti-money laundering compliance sebagai upaya bank mencegah danmembantu pemberantasan pencucian uang demi menjaga integritas sistem keuangan.Bank tidak perlu menanti peraturan perundang-undangan yang khusus membahasTrade-Based Money Laundering karena peraturan yang ada saat ini telahmencerminakan pencegahan dan pemberantasan yang sejalan dengan cita-cita rezim.

ABSTRACTThis thesis is to discuss the use of international payment system called moneylaundering through Trade called Trade-Based Money Laundering acknowledge byanti-money laundering regime internationally and nationally, along with thedevelopment and treatment strategies by banks through the Anti-Money LaunderingCompliance. Anti-Money Laundering Compliance as part of a prevention strategy )toprevent and combat money laundering, and its obligation to continue to be developedso that banks are able to adhere to the rules used as a means of preventing moneylaundering. Analysis of the adequacy of the policy outlining the level that set the newmode of prevention of money laundering and describes strategies that can be used toprevent Trade-Based Money Laundering today. Qualitative method was used tocollect the materials in this thesis. In the end, this paper seeks to analyze theimportance of implementing anti-money laundering compliance in an effort toprevent banks and help combat money laundering in order to maintain the integrity ofthe financial system. Banks do not have to wait for legislation that specificallyaddresses the Trade-Based Money Laundering because existing regulations havemencerminakan prevention and eradication in line with the ideals of the regime."
