Hasil penelitian adalah kinerja guru mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan supervisi yang tepat akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja mengajar guru sehingga siswa dapat belajar secara efektif dan prestasi belajar juga meningkat.
