"Sejak tahun 1995 di Indonesia, material hebel mulai digunakan sebagai salah satu bahan alternatif untuk dinding non-struktural. Material hebel dipilih karena proses pemasangannya yang lebih mudah dan juga dalam penggunaan skala besar akan didapatkan biaya yang lebih murah. Pada skripsi ini sendiri dilakukan penilitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi biaya, energi dan juga pengaruh penggunaan hebel pada lingkungan. Penelitian itu sendiri dilakukan pada dua proyek pembangunan skala besar yaitu proyek Senayan City dan Sudirman Park di Jakarta.
Dari penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa material hebel memberikan efisiensi biaya dari segi pembangunan sebesar Rp 448 / m2, efisiensi terhadap energi sebesar 35,284 % dan juga mempunyai dampak yang lebih kecil terhadap linkungan dilihat dari kebutuhan material mentah dan energi untuk pembuatannya.
Since 1995, the construction worlds in Indonesia start to choose hebel as an alternative material for non structural wall. Hebel is been choose because it is easier to use and it also can reduce construction cost in large scale project. This final assignment will tell the research about cost efficiency, energy efficiency and the impact to the environment of hebel material that has been done. The research is taken place at Senayan City dan Sudirman Park project in Jakarta.The result of the research is an information that hebel can give construction cost efficiency as much as Rp 448 / m2, energy efficiency as much as 35,284 % and also have a less impact on environment because it use less raw material and energy."
