"Peran monitoring berarti perawat mencari hal-hal yang berguna, memantau hasil, serta menjadi pusat informasi. Disseminator berarti perawat menyampaikan informasi, dan spokesperson berarti perawat menjadi juru bicara. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran informasional perawat dalam mengelola layanan home care lansia di puskesmas. Studi ini berupa studi kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sembilan partisipan perawat sebagai koordinator program lansia terlibat pada pelaksanaan studi ini, dan memiliki pengelaman mengelola layanan home care lansia di puskesmas antara 1 hingga 9 tahun. Studi ini menghasilkan enam tema meliputi; upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan layanan; upaya identifikasi hasil layanan; monitoring pelaksanaan layanan home care; diseminasi tata laksana layanan home care; koordinasi dalam perencanaan dan tata laksana program; serta koordinasi dengan stakeholder dalam upaya pelaksanaan layanan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwasanya perawat sebagai koordinator layanan home care lansia di puskesmas ditemukan masih memiliki banyak keterbatasan dalam menjalankan peran informasional.

The role of monitoring means that nurses look for useful things, monitor results, and become a center of information. Disseminator means the nurse conveys information, and spokesperson means the nurse becomes the spokesperson. This study aims to explore the informational role of nurses in managing elderly home care services in primary health care. This study is in the form of a qualitative study using a qualitative descriptive approach. Nine nurse participants as coordinators of the elderly program were involved in the implementation of this study and had experience managing elderly home care services at the primary helath care between 1 to 9 years. The study produced six themes including; efforts to meet service needs; efforts to identify service outcomes; monitoring the implementation of home care services; dissemination of home care service management; coordination in program planning and governance; and coordination with stakeholders in service implementation efforts. The results showed that nurses as coordinators of elderly home care services at puskesmas were found to still have many limitations in carrying out informational roles."

"Saat ini tren perawatan di rumah atau home care semakin meningkat. Kemajuan teknologi membuat pasien dapat mencari layanan perawatan dan perawat home care melalui aplikasi kesehatan. Kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu indikator pemberian pelayanan yang berkualitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan kepuasan pasien terhadap jasa home care perawat melalui aplikasi kesehatan. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross sectional. 104 dipilih menggunakan consecutive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen Home Care Client Satisfaction Instrument-Revised (HCCSI-R) yang telah diadaprasi sesuai konteks aplikasi kesehatan.
Hasil menunjukan sebagian besar pasien sangat puas dengan jasa home care perawat. Selain itu diperoleh hasil bahwa dimensi kepuasan dengan nilai tertinggi adalah reliability, yaitu kemampuan untuk melakukan layanan yang menjanjikan dengan andal dan akurat. Sedangkan dimensi dengan nilai terendah adalah tangible, yaitu dimensi yang menilai fasilitas fisik, perlengkapan, dan penampilan personel. Penyedia aplikasi kesehatan dan perawat diharapkan mempertahankan dan meningkatkan layanan home care yang diberikan.

Currently, the trend of home care is increasing. Advances in technology allow patients to seek care and home care services through health applications. Patient satisfaction is one indicator of quality service delivery. The purpose of this study was to describe patient satisfaction with nurses' home care services through health applications. This study used a cross-sectional design which involved 104 respondents using consecutive sampling. Data collection used the Adapted Home Care Client Satisfaction Instrument-Revised (HCCSI-R) instrument based on health application context.
The results showed that most of the patients were very satisfied with the home care services of the nurses. In addition, the results show that the dimension of satisfaction with the highest score is reliability, namely the ability to perform promised services reliably and accurately. While the dimension with the lowest value is tangible, namely the dimension that assesses physical facilities, equipment, and personal appearance. Health application providers and nurses are expected to maintain and improve the home care services provided.
