"Dokumentasi keperawatan adalah catatan yang merekam bagaimana proses keperawatan dilakukan dan merupakan salah satu indikator mutu asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gambaran kelengkapan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di RS X tahun 2011-2014 berdasarkan rincian aspek-aspek dari proses keperawatan. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan instrumen baku yang diterbitkan oleh Kemenkes RI, yaitu Instrumen Studi Dokumentasi Penerapan Standar Asuhan Keperawatan (Instrumen A). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai kelengkapan Pengkajian, Diagnosa, Perencanaan dan Evaluasi Asuhan Keperawatan RS X 2011-2014 masih dibawah standar Kemenkes RI. Sedangkan variabel Implementasi Asuhan Keperawatan, kelengkapan catatan asuhan keperawatan sudah mencapai standar Kemenkes RI.

Nursing documentation is a record that records how the nursing process is done and is one indicator of the quality of nursing care. This study aims to analyze the complete overview of the documentation of nursing care in the hospital X in 2011-2014 based on the details of the aspects of the nursing process. The method in this research is quantitative using standard instruments issued by Ministry of Health of Indonesia, namely Instrumen Studi Dokumentasi Penerapan Standar Asuhan Keperawatan (Instrument A). These results indicate that the value of the completeness of the Assessment, Diagnosis, Planning and Evaluation Nursing in X hospital at 2011-2014 was below the standard of Ministry of Health Affairs. While the variable implementation of Nursing, the completeness of the record of nursing care has reached the standard of Ministry of Health Affairs."

"Dokumentasi keperawatan yang berkualitas harus faktual,akurat, lengkap, dan terorganisasi. Sistem pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di Indonesia pada umumnya masih manual dan jauh dari ideal, salah satunya yaitu kurang lengkapnya dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan SIMPRO terhadap kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan. Desain penelitian pre eksperiment dengan rancangan pre dan post test without control dengan sampel 43 dokumen dan 10 perawat. Hasil penelitian dengan Wilcoxon test menunjukan adanya perbedaan yang bermakna antara kelengkapan dokumentasi sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan sistem informasi (p = 0,0001) dan dengan Korelasi Spearman menunjukkan ada hubungan persepsi perawat tentang komponen komputer (p = 0,005), kemudahan dan kemanfaatan dokumentasi berbasis komputer (p = 0,034) dengan kelengkapan dokumentasi setelah penerapan sistem informasi. Perbedaan ini menunjukkan dokumentasi keperawatan berbasis sistem informasi berpengaruh terhadap kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan. Hasil penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu dasar untuk solusi masalah ketidaklengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan.

Quality of nursing documentation requires factual, accurate, complete,and organized. Generally, nursing documentation system in Indonesia is done manually and still far from ideal, one of them lack of completeness documentation. This study is aimed to identify the influence the SIMPRO to completeness nursing documentation. This is pre experiment study with pre and post-test without control where 43 documents and 10 nurses involved in the study.

Wilcoxon test were used to analyze the data, and the result shows that there is significant different in completeness nursing documentation before and after using information system (p = 0,0001) and the Spearman Correlation shows there were relationship nurse's perception of computer components (p = 0.005), the computer-based documentation (p = 0.034) to completeness nursing documentation after using information system.

Conclusion: the finding of this study showed that the use of information system gave influence to completeness nursing documentation. The results of the research could be used to base the development of hospital information management system at the discretion of the hospital."

"Dokumentasi keperawatan merupakan bentuk profesionalisme perawat. Kelengkapan dokumentasi diperlukan dalam menjamin kualitas asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan. Tujuan riset untuk identifikasi pengaruh penerapan SIMPRO terhadap kelengkapan dan aspek legal dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan quasi experiment, pretest-posttest designs with comparison group. Sampel penelitian 68 dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kelengkapan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan sebesar 10,39 % setelah diterapkan SIMPRO (p = 0,0001), ada perbedaan kelengkapan dan aspek legal dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol setelah penerapan SIMPRO (p = 0,0001). Penerapan SIMPRO perlu memperhatikan kesiapan perawat, dukungan manajemen, dukungan IT dan teknologi komputer yang baik. Rekomendasi bagi pihak manajemen untuk monitoring rutin pelaksanaan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan sebagai proses evaluasi dokumentasi dan penggunaan bahasa terstandarisasi dalam dokumentasi keperawatan.

Nursing documentation is a part of nurses’ professionalism. Document completeness is needed to reassuring the quality of nursing care given. The purpose of this research was to identify the influence of SIMPRO application towards completeness and legal aspect of nursing care documentation.

The method was quantitative research with quasi experiment, pretest -posttest designs with comparison group. The sample of this research was 68 nursing care documentations.

After applying SIMPRO, it has showed 10, 39% of increase in nursing care documentations completeness (p = 0, 0001). In addition, there were differences of completeness and legal aspects of nursing care documentation between intervention group and control group (p = 0, 0001). Therefore, we could conclude that, to apply SIMPRO we need to observe the nurses’ readiness, managerial encouragement, also proper technology and computer support.

Finally, we recommends to the managerial level of the Hospital to make a routine monitoring of nursing care documentation implementation as evaluation process of documentation and the usage of standardized language in nursing documentations."

"Penerapan sistem dokumenter berbasis komputer dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah kepuasan perawat. Perawat yang tidak puas dengan menggunakan sistem berdampak pada kualitas dan kinerja dokumentasi yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kepuasan perawat dalam mendokumentasikan keperawatan menggunakan Electronic Nursing Documentation (END). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel yang diteliti. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 98 perawat yang diambil dengan convenience sampling. Pengukuran tingkat kepuasan responden menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan berdasarkan model Kepuasan Pengguna Akhir (EUCS). Hasil uji univariat menunjukkan persentase tingkat kepuasan perawat adalah 53,1%. Penerapan sistem informasi berkenaan dengan kepuasan perawat sebagai pengguna akan berdampak pada efektivitas penggunaan sistem dan meningkatkan kualitas asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan. Perbaikan sistem berbasis elektronik perlu dilakukan, terutama pada komponen akurasi, ketepatan waktu dan kemudahan penggunaan.

Optimizing the application of computer-based documentary systems is influenced by various factors, one of which is nurse satisfaction. Nurses who are dissatisfied with using the system have an impact on the quality and performance of the documentation carried out. This study aims to identify the level of satisfaction of nurses in documenting nursing using Electronic Nursing Documentation (END). This study uses a cross-sectional approach to determine the relationship of variables studied. The sample in this study was 98 nurses taken with convenience sampling. Measurement of respondent satisfaction using a questionnaire developed based on the End User Satisfaction model (EUCS). Univariate test results showed the percentage of nurse satisfaction levels was 53.1%. The application of information systems regarding the satisfaction of nurses as users will have an impact on the effective use of the system and improve the quality of nursing care provided. Electronic-based system improvement needs to be done, especially on the components of accuracy, timeliness and ease of use."
