Hasil analisis praktik menunjukkan bahwa Peaceful end of life theory sesuai diterapkan pada pasien kanker. Penggunaan foam dressing dalam pencegahan luka tekan efektif sehingga tidak terjadi luka tekan. Pelatihan perawat dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengkaji ESAS dan memberikan penatalaksanaannya. Peaceful end of life theory, penggunaan foam dressing dan pelatihan pengkajian ESAS dan penatalaksanaannya dapat diaplikasikan pada tatanan klinik untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan.

This final report is a compilation of Medical Surgical Nursing internship consist of case report, the use of foam dressing to prevent pressure ulcer and innovation report on training ESAS (Edmonton Symptom Assessment System) and it's treatment and implementation of Peaceful End of Life Theory approach on caring for breast cancer. There is evidence that is theory can be applied in nursing care of cancer patient. Foam dressing as a barrier to prevent pressure ulcers is effective technique. Training for nurse to assess patient using ESAS and its treatment will increase nurses knowledge to assess their patient. Peaceful end of life theory, foam dressing and ESAS can be implemented for increasing nursing care quality."
