"Penelitian ini membahas tentang dimensi pelayanan dan produk T-Bank BRI yang diperhatikan oleh nasabah pengguna layanan T-Bank BRI. Inovasi yang dilakukan oleh BRI untuk memenuhi kebutuhan nasabahnya adalah layanan T-Bank BRI. T-Bank BRI merupakan suatu layanan Branchless Banking yang dimiliki oleh BRI, dimana transaksi keuangan cukup dilakukan melalui Handphone tanpa nasabah datang ke bank. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat adopsi suatu inovasi diantaranya adalah : type of group, type of decisions, marketing effort, fullfilment of felt need, compatibility, relative advantage, complexcity, observability, triability, dan perceived risk. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner serta dilakukan di dua tempat yaitu Kantor Cabang BRI Jakarta Fatmawati dan Yogya Cik Ditiro.

This study discusses the dimensions of the service and products T-Bank BRI that considered by customer T- Bank BRI in Jakarta and Yogyakarta. Innovations made by BRI to meet the needs of its customers is T- Bank BRI. T- Bank BRI is product Branchless Banking that owned by BRI, financial transaction is done through mobile phone without the customer comes to the bank. Several factors influence the rate of adoption of an innovation such as: type of group, type of decisions, marketing effort, fullfilment of felt need, compatibility, relative advantage, complexcity, observability, triability, and perceived risk. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and conducted in two places, namely Jakarta Branch Office BRI Fatmawati and Cik Ditiro Yogya.

"The study aims to know the application of the public service ethics. In the service process, however, its application ethics still of deviation actions that be done by the bureaucracy apparatus. To respond these cases, public service of ethics very important be understood each bureaucracy apparatus towards the norms in the organization. In the public service the ethics to have to giving an expectation that would be able to satisfy the users. It highly relate to factors of control mechanism, consistence of bureaucracy apparatus, and effective communication. Its meaning that, the control mechanism, consistence of bureaucracy apparatus effective communication can build the public service ethics. The methods used in this study were 1) In the scope of data collection, the methods such as Observation was used ,namely, to observe the activities at the Official of Population and Civil Registration in Muna apparatus in implementing their tasks; Questionnaire, namely, to ask written questions for knowing anyone's responses to service. Interview, namely, to ask oral questions for delving into information in detail. Documentation, namely, a secondary data collection that was the activity result of the service providers. 2) In the scope of data analysis, the step such as reducing data, presenting data, describing data by the descriptive statistic method, making interpretation of data and concluding. The research result indicated that ethics for public services at the Official of Population and Civil Registration in Muna still lower that shown from bureaucracies government officer inconsistent by doing the job, mechanism control is not yet running well and the communication is not effective. The Recommendation made for this research is to improve public service ethics of paid attention factors as follows 1) Awareness of bureaucracies government officer in applying ethics service of public, 2) Consistency bureaucracies government officer need the existence of awareness of own self to improve the spirit of activity which both for finally have estuary to build for public service ethics, 3) Communications, to understanding of service order both for government officer and societies require to be performed by counseling through system of Banjar and socialized by using newspaper or electronic medium 4) Control mechanism, society expected to participate by pro active to support governmental program at the same time follow to give social control."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh gaya hidup achievers terhadap keputusan menggunakan kartu kredit pada nasabah pengguna kartu kredit Bank Mandiri cabang Pematangsiantar. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara gaya hidup achievers dengan keputusan menggunakan kartu kredit pada nasabah pengguna kartu kredit Bank Mandiri Jumhh responden yang ditentukan sebanyak 100 responden. Prosedur pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan pada pengguna kartu kredit yang bertempat tinggal di kota Pematangsiantar. Regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai teknik analisis. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa variabel gaya hidup achievers mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan kartu kredit Dari hasil analisis regresi diketahui bahwa variabel activities dan opinion memiliki pengaruh lebih kuat dibandingkan interest terhadap keputusan menggunakan kartu kredit."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang analisis singkat dari Code of Conduct and Ethics dari Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Saya akan menjelaskan tentang gambaran umum dari kepemilikan dalam Commonwealth Bank of Australia dan pengaruhnya pada dewan direksi, analisa etis pada tata kelola sistem dan tanggung jawab social perusahaan, dan hubungan Commonwealth Bank of Australia dengan The United Nation Global Compact.

This thesis discusses a brief analysis of the Code of Conduct and Ethics of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. I will describe an overview of ownership in the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and its influence on the board of directors, ethical analysis of the systems governance and corporate social responsibility, and the relationship between the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and The United Nation Global Compact.

Sebagai salah satu bank big four di Australia, The Commonwealth Bank of Australia
tidak luput dari berbagai macam skandal dalam lima tahun terakhir. Selama bertahun-tahun,
CBA beberapa kali terungkap telah melanggar Kode Etiknya sendiri termasuk penipuan
keuangan dan pelanggaran privasi informasi pelanggan. Sebagai bank yang sangat
mengandalkan teknologi informasi, tata kelola internal CBA terkait sistem informasi belum
sepenuhnya efektif terbukti dengan pembobolan yang dilakukan oleh personelnya sendiri
beberapa tahun terakhir ini. Terlepas dari semua hal di atas, pandangan CBA tentang Corporate
Social Responsibility dapat dilihat melalui Code of Conduct CBA yang secara khusus
membahas pedoman tentang pengambilan keputusan yang akan memengaruhi consumer dan
masyarakat

ABSTRACT
Being one of Australia`s big four banks, The Commonwealth Bank of Australia
(CBA) is still not free from scandals in the past five years. Throughout the years, CBA was
exposed several times for having breached its own Code of Conduct including financial fraud
and breach of customer information privacy. As a bank that relies heavily on information
technology, CBA`s internal governance concerning information system is not entirely effective
proven by breaches done by its own personnel in the recent years. Despite all of the above,
CBA`s views on Corporate Social Responsibilities can be seen through its Code of Conduct
which specifically addresses guidelines about decision makings that would affect the
community."
