"Team method has been implemented in CIPTO MANGUNKUSUMO - National General Hospital (RSUPN-CM), but still inadequate. ?Management training: assignment method? is one of those methods to improve the competencies of team leader in applying team method in nursing care. The objective of this research is to describe the effect of management training on the knowledge and attitude of team leader in applying the team method of assignment either at medical and surgical wards in RSUPN-CM.
The research design used for this study was an experimental quasi with control and intervention groups. The data of this study was analyzed using one-variance and be-variance analysis. One-variance analysis was needed to obtain the frequency distribution of all research variables, such as central tendencies of average, and standard deviation. Be-variance analysis was used to analyze the equivalent of two groups and to find out the differences or improvement for each group after intervention. "Chi square test" was used to analyze the equivalence, and "t test" was used to analyze the differences and improvement made by each group.
The result of one-variance test on independent variables showed that 52,9% respondents were > 48 years old; 70,6% SPK/SPR were educational background, 84,3% had nursing process training program; 70,6% of respondents did not have nursing documentation training program; 90,2% did not have nurse management training program, 82,4% did not have other training in nursing areas; and 80,4% of respondents had working experiences twenty years or more.
From one-variance test on dependent variables with median as categorized limit emerged that 43,1% of respondents had a better knowledge and 56,9% were poor in their knowledge result. Forty five point one percent of respondents reported to have positive attitude and 54,9% showed their negative attitude.
After intervention "management training of assignment method", it was obvious that there was a significant improvement on intervention group with p value = 0001 both for knowledge and attitude. There was also improvement on knowledge on control group, with p value = 0,007. In the other hand there is decreasing on attitude.
The most significant effect of training were on : 1) education : the average of improvement of attitude of SPK/SPR was higher than the respondent with AKPER/DIII background of education; 2) Working experiences : the average value was higher for respondents with longer working experiences ( 20 years or more) as compared to lesser than 20 years of working.
It was obvious that the further experimental research need to be conducted to measure the influence of training on behavior of team leader in management of team under her responsibility. The expected behavior could be maintained and even improved continuously other training to support the competencies of nurses in improvement of nursing care should be continuously developed in line with career leader/clinical leader.

Metode tim sudah lama diterapkan di Rumah Sakit Umum Nasional Dokter Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSUPN-CM), namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih Iemah. Pelatihan ?Manajemen: Metode Penugasan? merupakan suatu cara untuk meningkatkan kemampuan atau keterampilan ketua tim dalam menerapkan metode tim pada pemberian asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan ?Manajemen: Metode penugasan? terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ketua tim dalam menerapkan metode tim di ruang penyakit dalam dan penyakit bedah RSUPN - CM.
Rancangan penelitian adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol dan intervensi. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Analisis univariat dilakukan untuk memperoleh gambaran frekuensi distribusi seluruh variabel penelitian, nilai rata-rata hitung dan standar deviasi. Analisis bivariat digunakan untuk menganalisis kesetaraan antara kedua kelompok dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan atau peningkatan yang terjadi pada masing-masing kelompok setelah diadakan intervensi. Untuk menganalisis kesetaraan dilakukan uji ?Chi Square?, sedangkan untuk menganalisis perbedaan atau peningkatan pada masingmasing kelompok digunakan ?uji t?.
Hasil analisis univariat terhadap variabel bebas menunjukkan bahwa 52.9% responden berusia > 48 tahun; 70,6% berpendidikan SPK/SPR, 84,3 % sudah mengikuti pelatihan proses keperawatan; 70,6% belum mengikuti pelatihan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan; 90,2% belum mengikuti pelatihan manajemen keperawatan; 82,4% belum mengikuti pelatihan lain di bidang keperawatan; 80,4% responden memiliki masa kerja lebih dari 20 tahun. Hasil analisis univariat untuk variabel terikat dengan median sebagai batas kategori menunjukkan 43,1% responden berpengetahuan balk dan 56,9% kurang, sedangkan untuk variabel sikap yaitu 45,1% responden mempunyai sikap positif dan 54,9% bersikap negatif.
Setelah diadakan pelatihan ?manajemen: metode penugasan? terlihat peningkatan yang bermakna pada kelompok intervensi, yaitu dengan nilai p = 0001 untuk pengetahuan, dan nilai p = 0,0001 untuk sikap. Untuk kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan untuk pengetahuan dengan nilai p = 0,007, tetapi untuk sikap terjadi penurunan. Dari semua variabel bebas yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini, yang mempunyai pengaruh bermakna menurut kategori variabel internal adalah: 1). Pendidikan: peningkatan nilai rata-rata sikap SPK/SPR lebih tinggi daripada AKPER/D III); 2). Lama kerja : peningkatan nilai rata-rata sikap responden yang telah bekerja 20 tahun atau lebih ternyata lebih besar daripada responden yang bekerja kurang dari 20 tahun.
Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan mengembangkan penelitian sampai dengan eksperimen sehingga dapat diukur apakah pelatihan ?Manajemen : metode penugasan? juga dapat meningkatkan perilaku ketua tim dalam mengelola tim yang berada di bawah tanggung jawabnya. Peningkatan perilaku yang diharapkan terjadi dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan terus. Pelatihan lain yang menunjang kemampuan dalam memberikan asuhan perlu dikembangkan secara berjenjang dan berlanjut."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan manajemen modal usaha terhadap pertumbuhan usaha anggota koperasi dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja koperasi. Penelitian ini mengambil kasus pada salah satu koperasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis data keuangan dan anggota koperasi serta wawancara dengan anggota koperasi dan koperasi pada data tahun 2011-2015. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pelatihan manajemen modal usaha yang diberikan kepada anggota koperasi dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan usaha anggota serta kinerja keuangan koperasi itu sendiri.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of capital management training in the members rsquo wealth and its effect in the performance of cooperation. This study takes a case of cooperation in Indonesia. This study is conducted by analyzing financial and member data as well as interviews with the cooperation rsquo s members and the cooperation in 2011 2015. This study finds that the management training provided to members of the cooperation can increase the wealth of members as well as the financial performance of the cooperation itself. "
