"Abstract. Cooperation among neighbouring region is commonly termed regional cooperation. Inter-region cooperation in the study of public administration is categorized as public management especially intergovernmental management. Inter-region cooperation in Indonesia has been for a long time trying to find its form. However, in the middle of its process, the implementer is trapped in doubt. The paper aims to trace the institutional form and its problem in the neighbouring region cooperation. The research is done through literature study, observation on inter-region cooperation especially in the central Java and some facilitation done by the writer in the several regions in Indonesia. There are two forms of referred institution which is developed on the basis of this networking pattern; they are intergovernmental relation (IGR) and intergovernmental management (IGM). In the mean time, the governmental support on inter-region cooperation which is supposed to form collaboration is hampered by the inconsistency of regulation which is issued by several parties (ministries) in the central government.Abstrak. Kerjasama antar daerah yang berdekatan biasa disebut kerjasama regional. Kerjasama antar daerah dalam kajian administrasi publik masuk dalam kategori manajemen publik, khususnya intergovernmental management. Kerjasama antar daerah di Indonesia, telah lama mencari bentuk, namun dalam perjalanannya terjebak pada keraguan para pelaksananya. Tulisan ini bertujuan merunut bentuk kelembagaan dan permasalahannya dalam kerjasama antar daerah yang berdekatan. Tulisan ini dikembangkan dari kajian literature, pengamatan pada praktek kerjasama antar daerah khususnya di Jawa tengah dan fasilitasi yang dilakukan oleh penulis di beberapa daerah di Indonesia. Terdapat dua bentuk kelembagaan rujukan yang dikembangkan atas dasar pola networking ini, adalah Intergovermental relation (IGR) dan intergovernmental management (IGM). Sementara itu, dorongan pemerintah untuk kerjasama antar daerah yang mestinya membentuk kolaborasi terhambat sendiri oleh inkonsistensi kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh berbagai pihak (kementerian) di pemerintah pusat."

"Our understanding of the evolution of the dentition has been transformed by advances in the developmental biology, genetics, and functional morphology of teeth, as well as the methods available for studying tooth form and function. The hierarchical complexity of dental developmental genetics combined with dynamic effects of cells and tissues during development allow for substantial, rapid, and potentially non-linear evolutionary changes. Studies of selection on tooth function in the wild and evolutionary functional comparisons both suggest that tooth function and adaptation to diets are the most important factors guiding the evolution of teeth, yet selection against random changes that produce malocclusions (selectional drift) may be an equally important factor in groups with tribosphenic dentitions. These advances are critically reviewed here."

"[ABSTRAKSebuah apotek biasanya menyimpan produk farmasi di gudang sebelum dijual ke pelanggan. Penumpukan produk di gudang dapat mengurangi efisiensi gudang dan meningkatkan biaya yang terkait dengan inventori, sehingga timbul permasalahan bagaimana memprediksi stok setiap produk dengan tepat agar dapat menghindari kelebihan/kekurangan stok. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengusulkan model sistem pendukung keputusan untuk manajemen inventori di apotek, terutama dalam memprediksi pemesanan produk periode berikutnya dengan pendekatan FAHP dan SPA, sehingga manajemen inventori lebih optimal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa akurasi prediksi stok dengan pendekatan model ini lebih baik 15% dibandingkan dengan akurasi prediksi stok oleh manajer inventori apotek, sehingga pendekatan ini dapat dijadikan rujukan untuk model sistem pendukung keputusan.

ABSTRACTA pharmacy typically store pharmaceutical products in warehouses before being sold to the customer. Stacking of products in the warehouse can reduce the efficiency of the warehouse and increase the costs associated with inventory, which raised the problem of how to predict the stock of each product to the right in order to avoid excess/shortages. Therefore, this study aims to propose a model of decision support system for inventory management in pharmacy, especially to predict of the product in the next period with FAHP and SPA approach, so the prospect of inventory management will be more optimal.
