"Nanopore DNA Sequencing adalah metode untuk menganalisa susunan nukleotida yang terdapat dalam suatu untaian DNA. Sebelum melewati lubang nanopore, untaian ganda pada DNA dipisahkan menjadi untaian tunggal DNA. Untaian tunggal DNA kemudian mengalami tekanan fisik yang menyebabkan untaian tunggal DNA tersebut terpotong menjadi potongan-potongan untaian tunggal DNA. Potongan-potongan untaian tunggal DNA tersebut akan dibaca oleh nanopore. Setelah itu, nanopore menghasilkan himpunan oligonukleotida yang kemudian akan dianalisa untuk mendapatkan barisan utuh DNA. Pada makalah ini, dibahas mengenai cara menentukan susunan barisan utuh DNA dari himpunan oligonukleotida yang dihasilkan oleh nanopore dengan pendekatan teori graf.

A Nanopore DNA Sequencing is a method for determining the order of nucleotides that occur on a strand of DNA. Before passing through the nanopore, double helix of DNA will be split into single strand DNA. Physical stresses break the single strand DNA into subsequences single strand DNA. Futhermore, this subsequences will be read by the nanopore. After that, nanopore produces set of oligonucleotides that will be analyzed to get the complete DNA strand. This research, gives a method in determing the complete DNA strand from the set of oligonucleotides that is produced by nanopore."
