"ABSTRAKThis research aims to analyze the influence of operating costs and sales volume to against net income of PT Aero Globe Indonesia, and to analyze how much effect from net income as intervening variabel of this research. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The data in this research is secondary data which were obtained from 8 years financial statements years 2007 until 2014. The analyze methode of this research is path analysis. The result of this research show that operating cost and sales volume partially had negative significant effect to the net income. But after the research adding by the invervening variabel, the substructure 2 was show that operating cost, sales volume and net income simultaneously had positive significant effect to the net profit margin."

"ABSTRAKTulisan ini menganilis efisiensi dan perubahan produktivitas dari hotel-hotel berbintang di Bali selama tahun 2004-2010 dengan menggunakan metode data envelopment analysis (DEA) dan Malmquist Total factor Productivity. Pendekatan dua-tahap (two-stage) juga digunakan untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh external (environmental variables) terhadap efisiensi hotel. Hasil dari studi ini mendapatkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan terhadap efisiensi dari hotel berbintang di Bali, yaitu dari 64% pada tahun 2004 menjadi 75% pada tahun 2010. Efisiensi ini utamanya digerakkan oleh pure technical efficiency dari pada skala efisiensi. Juga didapatkan bahwa perubahan total factor produktivitas hotel berbintang di Bali sebesar 7.9% per tahun, yang disebabkan oleh naiknya jumlah kunjungan wisatawan yang cukup tajam beberapa tahun setelah dua kali serangan bom oleh teroris di Pulau Bali.

ABSTRACTThis paper analyzes efficiency and productivity change of Balinese star-rated hotels during 2004-2010, by employing data envelopment analysis (DEA) and a Malmquist total factor productivity index. A two-stage approach is also employed to see whether environmental variables influenced hotel efficiency. It is found that Balinese hotels technical efficiency level has increased from 64% in 2004 to 75% in 2010. The hotels technical efficiency was driven mainly by pure technical efficiency rather than scale efficiency. It is also found that total productivity change amounted to 7.9% annually, which was mainly due to the numbers of tourist nights increasingly sharply a couple of years after the detrimental effects of the two terrorist bomb attacks on the island of Bali."

"Dengan terbitnya Undang-Undang Migas No 22 Th 2001, badan usaha swasta nasional dan asing telah dapat melakukan investasi di seluruh sektor usaha Minyak dan Gas Bumi. Untuk mengantisipasi persaingan bebas, Pertamina harus melakukan transformasi diseluruh sektor, khususnya dalam hal efisiensi biaya distribusi BBM ke SPBU. Untuk mengoptimalkan kegiatan distribusi tersebut diperlukan sistem perancangan rute dan penjadwalan pengiriman BBM harian ke SPBU. Permasalahan penentuan rute dan penjadwalan pengiriman BBM ke SPBU dapat dimodelkan sebagai Petrol Station Replenishment Problem (PSRP) dengan multi depot, multi product, time window dan split deliveries, yang dalam penelitian ini akan diselesaikan dengan algoritma Tabu search. Dengan menggunakan metode ini diharapkan output dari penelitian ini adalah penetuan rute dan penjadwalan pengiriman BBM ke SPBU yang optimal.

With the publication of Oil and Gas Regulation No. 22 in the year of 2001, national and foreign private enterprises has been able to invest in all sectors of Oil and Gas. In order to anticipate free competition market, Pertamina must perform the transformation throughout the sector, particularly in terms of cost efficiency of fuel distribution to retail outlets. A design of routes and scheduling daily delivery of fuel to gas stations is required to optimize the distribution system. The problem of delivering fuel to the gas station would be devined as Petrol Station Replenishment Problem (PSRP) with the multi-depot, multi-product, time windows and split deliveries, which in this study will be resoved using Tabu Search Algorithm. With the using of this method, it is expected to produce an optimal route and scheduling system of depot to gas station fuel delivery."

"Delay teknis dapat terjadi dalam setiap penerbangan pesawat. Dalam tulisan ini disampaikan mengenai cara mendapatkan formulasi rumus delay teknis perbulan dari pesawat Boeing 747-400 milik PT. Garuda Indonesia. Diidentifikasikan ada 34 variabel komponen pesawat yang menyebabkan delay teknis dan satu variabel take off (rev), yang selanjutnya dicari hubungannya dengan jumlah delay teknis perbulan. Dari 328 data delay teknis yang terjadi dari Januari 1996 s.d Desember 2000, dengan menggunakan pendekatan pengujian selisih antara dua proporsi dan regresi berganda, di dapat ada 3 variabel penyebab delay teknis yang berpengaruh kuat dengan jumlah delay teknis perbulan yaitu x1 (take off (rev)), x2 (Landing Gear (ATA 32)), dan x3 (Engine (ATA 72 )).

Technical delay can be happened in each flight of the aircraft. This paper presents about how to discover equation for technical delay per month from Boeing 747-400 aircraft belong to Garuda Indonesia Airline. There are 34 component aircraft variables that cause technical delay and one take off ( rev) variable have been identified that will be investigated , which are related to total technical delay per month . From 328 technical delay data which occurred happen from January 1996 until December 2000 , by using experimental between two proportion and multiple regression approaches, three significant technical delay variables have been found which cause to total technical delay per month : xl ( take off (rev) ) , x2 (Landing Gear (ATA 32)) , x3 (Engine (ATA 72))."
