"This book explores the principles, design, and image processing of multi-primary displays, and introduces the reader to the intricacies of the typical imaging pathways which influence display design and the perception of color within a display system.
Early chapters introduce the concepts behind human perception, color science, and lighting, which are necessary to fully understand multi-primary displays. The reader is also introduced to digital capture and transmission systems to better understand the ecosystem in which multi-primary displays exist. Subsequent chapters introduce the reader to current display technologies, including LCD, OLED, and inorganic LED displays. The working principles, performance, and upcoming advances are discussed for each of these technologies to provide the reader with a clear understanding of the tradeoffs which are necessary when considering multi-primary displays. This discussion is followed by an in-depth discussion of the image processing technology necessary to implement multi-primary displays. The book concludes with chapters that clearly discuss the advantages and limitations of multi-primary displays for direct view, virtual reality, and augmented reality displays.
The book provides a broad viewpoint across the entire display ecosystem, explaining the interactions among system components to provide a rationale for the further development of multi-primary displays.

"SIPIM adalah suatu aplikasi EIS (Executive information System) yang dikembangkan di UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta. Tujuan SIPIM adalah untuk menyediakan kepada pimpinan universitas suatu sistem informasi yang dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan. SIPIM memadukan beberapa konsep dan tools teknologi informasi yang ada dalam interaksi komputer dan manusia, pengambilan informasi dan dapat dikembangkan untuk lingkungan multimedia.
Pengguna SIPIM adalah pimpinan universitas, antara lain Rektor dan Para Pembantu Rektor. User interface dirancang dengan graphical untuk mempermudah mengakses data., dengan menggunakan browser, dan dapat diakses dari jaringan Intranet di kampus. Untuk mengatasi kesulitan dalam menganalisis kebutuhan eksekutif, maka sistem di kembangkan .dengan prototype yang menggunakan aplikasi berbasis MS Windows.
EIS Engine merupakan salah satu komponen arsitektur SIPIM, EIS Engine dikembangkan dengan model Toaster, yang terdiri dari tiga komponen antara lain presentation, control dan gateway. EIS Engine dapat mengintegrasikan informasi yang berasal dari sumber informasi yang berbeda (informasi terstruktur , maupun tak terstruktur), sebagai mana yang biasanya dibutuhkan pada aplikasi EIS.

SIPIM is a EIS (Executive Information System) developed at the UPN"Veteran" Yogyakarta. Objectives of SHIM is to provide the executives of the university with an advance information system to support them in decision making. SIPIM integrates several available IT concepts and tools in human-computer interaction, information retrieval and even multimedia environment.
The end user of SIPIM will be the University Rector with Vice Rectors. The user interface is graphical to facilitate easy and user Friendly access to data, by using the user's favorite browser, and can be access from the campus intranet. The well-known difficulties in capturing requirements from executives for their information system have made us develop .a series of prototypes using aplication development tools (MS Windows based application).
EIS Engine is one of the components of SIPIM architecture. EIS Engine is developed to fulfill the need of facility. It is designed based on toaster model, which consist of three components (i.e. presentation, control and gateway). EIS Engine will integrate the information from different information sources (structured or unstructured). As an EIS application usually needs difference information sources.

"Tingkat kepuasan masyarakat yang tinggi terhadap penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik merupakan tolok ukur keberhasilan dari program-program yang ada di pemerintahan. Oleh karena itu pemerintah sebagai pelaku utama dalam proses pembangunan dapat bersifat transparan dan akuntabel, maka proses pemerintahan tersebut harus didukung oleh teknologi informasi. Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya dan Perangkat Pos dan Informatika (Ditjen SDPPI) adalah sebuah unit kerja setingkat Eselon I yang berada dibawah Kementrian Komunikasi dan Informatika yang mempunyai tugas merumuskan serta melaksanakan kebijakan dan standardisasi teknis dibidang Sumber Daya dan Perangkat Pos dan Informatika. Sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya didalam menetapkan regulasi telekomunikasi serta didalam memberikan pelayanan publik terhadap masyarakat, maka Ditjen SDPPI melakukan investasi Teknologi Informasi (TI) dengan membangun Sistem Nota Dinas Elektronik (SNDE) untuk membantu menangani urusan persuratan dan disposisi dengan menggunakan sarana teknologi informasi. Berdasarkan data yang didapat dari Audit Sistem TI yang dilakukan oleh Bagian Perencanaan Ditjen SDPPI pada tahun 2012 menunjukkan masih minimnya user yang menggunakan SNDE. Hal inilah yang merupakan dasar bagi penulis untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi para pegawai Ditjen SDPPI dalam menggunakan SNDE. Desain penelitian merupakan hasil modifikasi dari teori UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology). Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan pengolahan data serta penarikan kesimpulan menggunakan Structural Equation Model dengan Partial Least Square sebagai alat untuk melakukan analisis data. Dari hasil pengujian data menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan SNDE yaitu ekspektasi performa (Performance Expectancy), kemudahan penggunaan (Effort Expectancy), pengaruh rekan kerja (Peer Influence), niat untuk menggunakan (Behavioral Intention), kondisi fasilitas (Facilitating Condition), Actual Usage dan 2 variabel moderat Age dan Gender.

A high level of public satisfaction towards public service is a measure of the success of the programs that exist in government. Therefore the government as the main actors in the development process can be transparent and accountable, then the government must be supported by information technology. Directorate General of Resources and Equipment Post and Information Technology (Ditjen SDPPI) is a business unit of First Echelon level under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology which has the task to formulate and implement policies and technical standardization in the field of Resources and Equipment Post and Information. In accordance with their mandate to impose regulations in telecommunications and in providing public services to the community, the Directorate General SDPPI investing Information technology (IT) to build Electronic Systems Office Memorandum (SNDE) to assist with the correspondence and disposition by means of information technology. Based on the data obtained from the IT System Audit conducted by the Department of Planning and program in 2012 showed that still lack of user who uses SNDE. It is this which is the basic for the author to determine the factors that influence employees of Ditjen SDPPI in using SNDE. The study design is a modified version of the theory UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology). Collecting data using questionnaires and data processing and drawing conclusions using Structural Equation Models with Partial Least Square as a tool to perform data analysis. From the results of the test data showed that the factors influencing the use of SNDE are Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Peer Influence, Behavioral Intention, Facilitating Condition, actual Usage and 2 (two) moderate variables Age and Gender.

"ABSTRAK
Tingginya jumlah penumpang membuat PT KAI menambah armada kereta api di Indonesia sehingga meningkatnya kepadatan lalu lintas perkeretaapian. Kepadatan lalu lintas perkeretaapian berpengaruh terhadap pekerjaan pengatur perjalanan kereta api yang menggunakan meja pelayanan sebagai alat utama pelayanan kereta api. Kedepannya meja pelayanan jenis Visual display unit akan digunakan untuk menggantikan meja pelayanan yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi apakah interface meja pelayanan jenis Visual display unit telah memenuhi standar ergonomi. Kriteria evaluasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah efectiveness, efficiency, learnability dan juga satisfaction. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Hierarchy Task Analysis, performance measurement, System Usability Scale, USE Questionairre, and Retrospective Think Aloud. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan usulan pengembangan interface meja pelayanan jenis Visual display unit untuk memenuhi standar ergonomi

ABSTRAK
Due to increasing number of passenger, PT KAI increase number of train unit to operate in Indonesia which resulted in increased railway traffic density. The increase in railway traffic density has a direct effect to train dispatcher tasks that use control panel as the main tools for train dispatching. The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether the Interface Design of Visual display unit Train Dispatcher Control Panel have meet the ergonomic standards. The criteria for the evaluation are effectiveness, efficiency, learnability, and satisfaction. Task Analysis, Performance measurement, System Usability Scale, and USE Questionnaire, and Retrospective Think Aloud are used in this research. The result of this study is suggestion to develop interface design to meet ergonomic standards"
