"Background: The maternal mortality rate in indonesia is still quate hight. At The Provincial level, the maternal mortality vary widely. West Java Province is the largest contributir to maternal mortality with the estimed nymber 19.8% of all maternal deaths in Indonesia. While the province of Yogyakarta contribution is relatively small (1.1%). Objective: To compare the provinsion of iron tablets by health workrs and pregnat women compliance consume, in urban slums in West Java Province and Yogyakarta. Methods: This study describes and analyzes object that is obtained from the Riskesdas 2010. Result: based on the characteristics, the majority of mother in the province of Yogyakarta are in middle education level, working as self employed/farmer/fisherman/laborer. Meanwhile, in West java province , most ly just poorly educated and do not have a job. Total ownership of health insurance in the province of Yogyakarta relatively more than in province of West java. Based on the scope of the giving of iron tablets, it appears that most of the mothers in the provingnce of West Java and Yogyakarta get iron tavlets during pregnancy (84.7%). However, this condition is much different when viewed dfrom the precentage of pregnant woman who consumed least 90 tablets of iron tablets. seen that pregnant woman who consumed iron tablets
in west Java province only 12.6 percent. By contrast, in the provice of Yogyakarta, the consumption of iron tablets
90 percentage is quite high, reaching 60.0%. Conclusion: Converage giving iron tablets in Both Provinces relatively good. However, the consumption of iron tablets
90 tablets in Yogyakarta Province is relatively better than in West java Province. Recomendations: It is suggested for the provincial government of west Java and other areas for the promotion and extension through various media as well as to the to make a breakhrough, such as pointing person the closest of the pregnant mother for to be a supervisor and motivator for willing consume iron tablets during pragnancy

"Daerah panas bumi Gunung Endut berlokasi di Kabupaten Lebak, Provinsi Banten, sekitar 40 km ke arah selatan dari kota Rangkasbitung. Terdapat empat manifestasi mata air panas yaitu mata air panas Handeuleum, Cikawah 1, Cikawah 2, dan Gajrug. Berdasarkan analisis geokimia menggunakan diagram segitiga Na-K-Mg, Cl-Li-B, dan Cl-SO4-HCO3, diketahui bahwa mata air panas Cikawah 1 bertipe klorida sedangkan lainnya bertipe bikarbonat. Temperatur reservoir berkisar 162 -180 oC diprediksi dengan geotermometer SiO2 dan NaK. Secara umum keseluruhan mata air panas merupakan out flow, namun ada pendugaan bahwa Cikawah 1 merupakan upflow ? karena berada pada partial equilibrium dan bertipe klorida. Berdasarkan metode gravitasi, mengindikasikan intrusi batuan beku di Cikawah yang memungkinkan menjadi sumber panas untuk sistem panas bumi Cikawah. Zona clay cap diduga lapisan impermeablel memanjang di bawah permukaan gunung Endut sehingga fluida reservoir tidak bisa muncul di pemukaan Gunung Endut tetapi mengalir ke arah manifestasi berupa outflow. Zona reservoir berada di bawah gunung Endut pada kedalaman > 1000 m. Panas bumi Gunung Endut merupakan sistem hidrotermal dengan fluida reservoir berupa air panas water dominated system . Area prospek panas bumi gunung Endut berada di sekitar manifestasi Cikawah hingga bagian barat gunung Endut. Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan melakukan survey geokimia dan gravitasi di sekitar puncak Gunung Endut.

Endut geothermal area is located in Lebak, Banten province, about 40 km to the south of the town of Rangkasbitung. There are four manifestations of the hot springs, they are hot springs Handeuleum, Cikawah 1, Cikawah 2, and Gajrug. Based on geochemical analysis using the triangular diagram of Na K Mg, Cl Li B and Cl SO4 HCO3, it is known that the hot springs Cikawah 1 is type of chloride water whereas the other type of bicarbonate. Reservoir temperature ranges from 162 180 C predicted by geotermometer SiO2 and NaK. In general overall hot springs are out flow, but there are predictions that Cikawah 1 is an upflow because it is the type of partial equilibrium and chloride. Based on the gravity method, indicating igneous intrusions in Cikawah which allows the source of heat for geothermal systems Cikawah. Clay cap zone allegedly impermeable layer extends below the surface Mt. Endut so that the fluid reservoir Endut could not appear at the surface Gunung Endut but flows towards manifestation in the form of outflow. Reservoir zone located below the Mt. Endut at depths 1000 m. Geothermal of Mt. Endut is a hydrothermal system with a fluid reservoir in the form of hot water water dominated system . Geothermal prospect Mt. Endut areas located around manifestation Cikawah to the western part of the Mt. Endut. Further research is needed to conduct geochemical surveys and gravity around the summit of Mt. Endut."

"Penelitian kualitas dan karakteristik geokimia batuan induk dilakukan pada Formasi Bayah, Kecamatan Cihara, Kabupaten Lebak, Banten. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan karakteristik dan kualitas dari batuan induk di Formasi Bayah dengan metode geokimia. Metode geokimia akan menghasilkan parameter batuan induk dalam kekayaan material organik, tingkat kematangan, serta tipe hidrokarbon yang dihasilkan. Sebanyak lima sampel singkapan yang diyakini berpotensi sebagai batuan induk kemudian dianalisis ke laboratorium untuk penyelidikan karakteristik geokimia.
Metode geokimia yang digunakan untuk menentukan kualitas dari batuan induk adalah Total Karbon Organik, Pirolisis Rock-Eval, dan Pantulan Vitrinit. Hasil TOC dari seluruh sampel tersebut, menunjukkan bahwa formasi Bayah memiliki kadar kekayaan organik yang sangat baik. Berdasarkan tingkat kematangan, perconto memiliki tingkat kematangan immature dengan kualitas kerogen tipe II – III serta lingkungan pengendapan berupa Transitional Zone-Lower Delta Plain. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat membuka peluang baru bagi eksplorasi minyak dan gas bumi di daerah penelitian.

Characteristics geochemical research for source rock analyzes is located on Bayah Formation, Cihara District, Lebak Regency, Banten. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics and quality of the source rock in the Bayah Formation by geochemical methods. Geochemical methods will describe source rock parameters in the value of organic material, ranks of maturity, and the kerogen type. Five selected outcrop samples, consisting of black shale and coal, which believed to be potential source rock were analyzed in a laboratory for the investigation in geochemical characteristics. Geochemical methods applied to determine the qualities of the source rock are Total Organic Carbon, Rock-Eval Pyrolysis, and Vitrinite Reflectance.
The result from TOC analysis of Bayah formation showed all of the values are >1%, which means it has excellent organic matter. In comparison TOC, S2, and HI diagrams showing Bayah Formation have excellent source rock quality. For the thermal maturity level, Pyrolysis (Tmax) and VR analysis indicate Bayah Formation has immature maturity level with the quality of kerogen types II-III with Transitional Lower Delta Plain depositional environment. It can be concluded the Bayah Formation has a potential source rock.
