"[ABSTRAK
Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai identifikasi spesies dan distribusi
larva udang mantis di Teluk Banten selama bulan Oktober 2013--November 2013.
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas aplikasi DNA barcoding dalam
identifikasi larva udang mantis dan mempelajari pola distribusinya di Teluk
Banten. Larva udang mantis sebanyak 138 individu dikoleksi dengan
menggunakan jaring larva dengan besar mulut 30x30 cm2 dan besar jaring sebesar
500 μm dari 6 stasiun penelitian. Daerah COI sebagai penanda DNA barcoding
efektif dapat digunakan untuk identifikasi larva udang mantis dengan variasi
intraspesies sekuen COI berkisar antara 0,7--2,4%. Distribusi larva udang mantis
berpusat di Stasiun 4 yang ditandai dengan tingginya kelimpahan larva udang
mantis pada lokasi tersebut (P<0,005; ANOSIM). Ordinasi NMDS dan
klusterisasi berdasarkan jarak Bray-Curtis menunjukkan distribusi larva udang
mantis dipengaruhi oleh kondisi perairanTeluk Banten. Faktor lingkungan yang
memengaruhi kelimpahan larva udang mantis adalah suhu, salinitas dan kecerahan
dengan nilai R2 adjusted sebesar 94,5% (P<0,05). Distribusi, kelimpahan, dan
komposisi larva udnag mantis di Teluk Banten juga dipengaruhi oleh pola
perilaku larva (vertical migration) dan arah arus yang memengaruhi perairan
Teluk Banten. Distribusi kelimpahan larva pada lokasi penelitian selama bulan
Oktober--November 2013 bergerak kearah barat Teluk Banten.

using COI gene for barcoding stomatopoda larvae and studying its distribution in

minutes just beneath the surface. Five species of stomatopod successfully

"ABSTRAK
Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai analisis sebaran kelimpahan kista Dinoflagellata
penyebab HAB di lokasi budidaya kerang hijau (Perna viridis) Kamal Muara, Jakarta Utara,
pada bulan Oktober 2014 di 9 titik stasiun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk
mengetahui keberadaan serta kelimpahan kista Dinoflagellata penyebab HAB, memetakan
sebaran spasial kista Dinoflagellata penyebab HAB, dan untuk mengetahui faktor lingkungan
yang memengaruhi sebaran kista Dinoflagellata penyebab HAB. Pengambilan sampel
sedimen dilakukan menggunakan Eijkman Grab, dan pemisahan kista dari sampel sedimen
dilakukan menggunakan metode sieving technique. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
terdapat 8 genus kista Dinoflagellata di lokasi penelitian, yaitu Alexandrium, Cochlodinium,
Diplopsalis, Gonyaulax, Gymnodinium, Polykrikos, Protoperidinium, dan Scrippsiella,
dimana 5 diantaranya merupakan genus penyebab HAB, yaitu Alexandrium, Cochlodinium,
Gonyaulax, Gymnodinium, dan Scrippsiella. Kelimpahan kista di sedimen lokasi penelitian
memiliki kisaran antara 4--324 kista/ml. Kista dengan kelimpahan tertinggi adalah genus
Alexandrium (324 kista/ml) dan terendah adalah genus Diplopsalis (4 kista/ml). Pola sebaran
kista di lokasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kista terkonsentrasi pada stasiun-stasiun di
wilayah timur. Faktor lingkungan yang paling memengaruhi sebaran kista di lokasi
penelitian adalah arus, sedangkan faktor lingkungan yang memengaruhi germinasi kista
adalah DO, cahaya, dan suhu.

ABSTRACT
Research on the distribution analysis on the cyst abundance of HAB causing Dinoflagellates
at green mussel (Perna viridis) culture area in Kamal Muara, North Jakarta, has been
conducted in October 2014 at 9 sampling stations. The objectives of the research were to
determine the presence and abundance, mapping the spatial distribution, and to determine the
environmental factors that influence the distribution of cysts from HAB causing
Dinoflagellates. Sediment sampling was carried out using Eijkman Grab. Cyst sample
preparation was carried out using the sieving technique. The results showed 8 genus of
Dinoflagellate cysts, which were Alexandrium, Cochlodinium, Diplopsalis, Gonyaulax,
Gymnodinium, Polykrikos, Protoperidinium, and Scrippsiella, in which 5 of them were HAB
causing, namely Alexandrium, Cochlodinium, Gonyaulax, Gymnodinium, dan Scrippsiella.
The abundance of cyst at sediments were ranged between 4--324 cysts/ml. Cyst with highest
abundance was genus Alexandrium (324 cysts/ml) and the lowest was genus Diplopsalis (4
cysts/ml). Cyst distribution pattern at the study site showed that cysts were concentrated at
stations located in the eastern region. Environmental factors that mostly influence the
distribution of cysts in the study site was water current, whereas environmental factors that
affect the germination of cysts was DO, light, and temperature."

"Selama periode tahun 2012 hingga 2016, kecelakaan pelayaran yang diinvestigasi oleh KNKT selalu meningkat setiap tahunnya. Investigasi kecelakaan dilakukan untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan agar tidak terjadi kecelakaan dengan penyebab yang sama di masa mendatang. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran kecelakaan pelayaran periode tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2016 berdasarkan laporan hasil investigasi Komite Nasional Keselamatan Transportasi KNKT.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan studi kasus retrospektif. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah seluruh laporan hasil akhir investigasi yang telah selesai dan telah dipublikasian oleh KNKT pada kecelakaan pelayaran yang terjadi pada periode tahun 2012 hingga tahun 2016 yaitu 18 laporan hasil investigasi.
Hasil penelitian dari 18 kejadian kecelakaan yang melibatkan 25 kapal didapatkan bahwa dari faktor kontribusi penyebab insiden dari liveware sebesar 45 ,software 22 , hardware 17 dan environment 16 . Kecelakaan pelayaran juga mengakibatkan kerugian dari sisi manusia, properti dan lingkungan.

During the period of 2012 to 2016, marine casualties or incidents that investigated by NTSC KNKT had been increased every year. Investigation of incident has been conducted to determine the cause of occurence event in order to avoid the incident with the same causes in the future. The purpose of this research is to describe marine casualties and incident in 2012 until 2016 based on investigation report of The National Transportation Safety Committee NTSC.
Design of this research is descriptive analytic with method of retrospective case study approach.Population and sample of this research are all completed final report of investigation and has been published by KNKT during the period of 2012 to 2016, which is 18 final report of investigation.
The results of 18 incidents, that involving 25 vessels, and the contributing factors that casues incident are 45 from liveware, 22 from software, 17 from hardware and 16 from environment. Marine casualties and incident given an effect losses in human, property and environmental.

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai kelaiklautan kapal dalam polis asuransi kapal Marine Hull Insurance KM Baruna Mega antara PT Baruna Shipping Line dan PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Persero , yang berkaitan dengan tuntutan klaim asuransi rangka kapal dengan pokok permasalahan sebagai berikut: 1. Bagaimana Undang-Undang Pelayaran dan hukum asuransi mengatur tentang kelaiklautan kapal seaworthiness dan pengaruhnya terhadap pengajuan klaim asuransi rangka kapal apabila kelaiklautan dilanggar. 2. Apakah pertimbangan hukum dari hakim dalam Putusan Nomor 521PK/Pdt/2015 sudah sesuai dengan hukum asuransi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, Undang-Undang Pelayaran telah mengatur perihal kelaiklautan kapal, sementara dalam KUHD hanya diatur mengenai akibat dari pelanggaran ketentuan kelaiklautan kapal. Sedangkan dalam hukum Marine Insurance Act 1906 lebih spesifik diatur mengenai warranty of seaworthiness. Apabila ketentuan mengenai kelaiklautan kapal dilanggar, maka secara otomatis terdapat pula pelanggaran terhadap prinsip utmost good faith dan warranty asuransi. Pertimbangan hukum dari hakim pada Pengadilan Tinggi dan Mahkamah Agung tidak sesuai dengan hukum asuransi, karena dalam putusannya telah menghukum dan mewajibkan penanggung untuk membayar klaim walaupun tertanggung telah melanggar prinsip utmost good faith dan warranty of seaworthiness.

This thesis discusses about seaworthiness of MV Baruna Mega rsquo s marine hull insurance policy between PT Baruna Shipping Line and PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Persero , concerning the marine hull insurance claim with the following issues 1. How do Shipping Act and insurance law regulate seaworthiness and its impact on marine hull insurance claim if there any violation. 2. Is the Judge rsquo s Legal Consideration in Judicial Review at the Indonesian Supreme Court Decision Number 521 PK PDT 2015 implemented the insurance law properly. This research uses normative juridical method. Based on research conducted, Shipping Act has regulated the concept of seaworthiness, while KUHD only regulated the consequences of violation in seaworthiness. Compared with those regulations, the Marine Insurance Act 1906 has more specific regulation about warranty of seaworthiness. If there is any violation on seaworthiness condition, means that there will always be a violation of utmost good faith principle and insurance warranty as well. Judge rsquo s considerations in the High Court and Supreme Court have not been implementing the insurance law properly, because they tend to punish and obligate insurer to pay the claim, even though the insured violated utmost good faith principle and warranty of seaworthiness.
