"Integrasi jaringan antarmoda darat dam laut kepulauan yang ada di Provinsi Jakarta, Indonesia merupakan hal sangat penting untuk medukung distribusi perjalanan yang ada. Berdasarkan perhitungan bangkitan perjalanan dan tarikan perjalanan penumpang di setiap zona di Kabupaten Kepulauan Seribu, Zona Jakarta memiliki tingkat bangkitan dan tarikan perjalanan penumpang yang paling tinggi (Mahardika, 2020). Studi yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengevaluasi kinerja integrasi antarmoda yang ada berdasarkan pengguna transportasi umum dan transportasi pribadi dan pengusulkan desain system transfer yang memperhatikan keintegrasian. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) yang digunakan untuk menguji data setelah dinyatakan valid dan reliabilitasnya, yang memberikan indikator dengan signifikansi 67% antara variabel independen dan dependen (signifikansi kuat). Hasil yang didapat diolah Kembali dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) sehingga menghasilkan indikator yang menjadi fokus untuk perbaikan pelayanan, waktu, dan fasilitas. Hasil antara pengguna transportasi umum dan transportasi pribadi berbeda dikarenakan kepentingan dan kebiasaan pelayanan yang mereka dapatkan. Hasil dari IPA tersebut menjadi acuan untuk desain sistem transfer yang memperhatikan keintegrasian antarmoda.

The integration of intermodal land and sea networks in Jakarta Province, Indonesia is very important to support the existing distribution of trips. Based on the calculation of trip generation and attraction of passenger trips in each zone in the Seribu Islands Regency, the Jakarta Zone has the highest level of passenger trip generation and attraction (Mahardika, 2020). The study was conducted to evaluate the performance of existing intermodal integration based on users of public transportation and private transportation and to propose a transfer system design that pays attention to integration. The method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis which is used to test the data after it is declared valid and its reliability, which gives an indicator with a significance of 67% between the independent and dependent variables (strong significance). The results obtained were processed again using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method so as to produce indicators that became the focus for service, time and facility improvements. The results between users of public transportation and private transportation differ due to the interests and habits of the services they get. The results of the IPA are a reference for the design of a transfer system that takes into account intermodal integration."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai penerapan atas pengaturan kriminalisasi penyelundupan migran yang dimuat dalam United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime dan Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea, and Air Tahun 2000. Melalui kriminalisasi penyelundupan migran diharapkan dapat memberikan efek jera terhadap para pelaku penyelundupan migran. Indonesia, Australia, dan Inggris sebagai contoh negara-negara yang terkena dampak dari penyelundupan migran telah meratifikasi United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime dan Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea, and Air. Komitmen ketiga negara tersebut untuk terikat dalam perjanjian internasional ini tentunya menimbulkan kewajiban-kewajiban yang harus dipenuhi, salah satunya adalah kriminalisasi penyelundupan migran. Ketiga negara tersebut sebagai negara peserta United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime dan Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea, and Air diwajibkan untuk melakukan kriminalisasi penyelundupan migran melalui peraturan perundang-undangannya masing-masing. Dalam melaksanakan kewajiban tersebut ketiga negara di atas memiliki cara-cara serta hambatannya masing-masing.

This final paper discusses about the compliance towards regulations on migrants smuggling criminalization in accordance with the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea, and Air. Migrants smuggling criminalization is hoped to give a deterrent effect towards the perpetrators. Indonesia, Australia, and the United Kingdom are three states that are affected by migrants smuggling that have ratified United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea, and Air. The commitments of those states to be bound to such international treaties obviously will raise obligations that need to be fulfilled. Those three states as the party of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea, and Air are obliged to criminalize the offence of smuggling of migrants through their own national regulations. In fulfilling such obligation those three countries have their own ways and impediments."

"Kota Bengkulu merupakan ibukota dari Provinsi Bengkulu yang mempunyai wilayah pesisir dengan panjang garis pantai mencapai ± 17,22 km. Kenaikan muka air laut (sea level rise) akan mengurangi fungsi dari wilayah pesisir dan bisa menyebabkan banjir di daerah pesisir, erosi pada pantai berpasir dan terjadinya kerusakan infrastruktur yang berada di dekat pesisir. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran secara dinamik distribusi genangan akibat berbagai skenario kenaikan muka air laut. Pertumbuhan penduduk yang tinggi tersebut meningkatkan kebutuhan akan ruang dan lahan yang dapat berdampak pada penurunan daya dukung lingkungan sehingga diperlukan prediksi terhadap ketersediaan lahan, wilayah terbangun dengan menggunakan model sistem dinamik. Berdasarkan analisa data pasang surut dari Stasiun Pasang surut Pulau Baai selama 10 tahun pengamatan (2009-2018), memperlihatkan adanya kecenderungan kenaikan muka laut di Perairan Pesisir Kota Bengkulu, yaitu sekitar 0,82 cm/tahun. Perkembangan lahan terbangun diamati melalui model sistem dinamik hubungan antara pertumbuhan penduduk dan ketersediaan lahan dalam kurun waktu 2008- 2300. Hasil prediksi model menunjukkan Luas penggunaan lahan yang terdampak pada kawasan rawan kenaikkan muka air laut memiliki hubungan yang berbanding lurus dengan tahun perkembangan penggunaan lahan. Hal ini berbanding terbalik dengan ketersediaan lahan, semakin bertambahnya tahun dan penggunaan lahan maka ketersediaan lahan akan semakin berkurang

Bengkulu City is the capital of Bengkulu Province which has a coastal area with a coastline of ± 17.22 km. Sea level rise (sea level rise) will reduce the function and can cause flooding in coastal areas, erosion on sandy beaches and damage to infrastructure near the coast. This research was conducted to provide a dynamic description of the inundation distribution due to various scenarios of sea level rise. Population growth increases need space and land, which can have an impact on decreasing the carrying capacity of the environment so that it is necessary to predict the availability of land, the area is built using a dynamic system model. Based on the analysis of tidal data from the Pulau Baai Tidal Station for 10 years of observation (2009-2018), it shows that there is a trend of sea level rise in the coastal waters of Bengkulu City, which is around 0.82 cm / year. The development of developed land is observed through a dynamic system model of the relationship between population growth and land availability in the period 2008-2300. The prediction results of the model show that the area of land use affected in areas prone to sea level rise has a relationship that is directly proportional to the year of land use development. This is inversely proportional to the availability of land, as the number of years and land use increases, the availability of land will decrease"
