"Rasmus Brogaard's thesis digs into the fundamental issue of how the shape of a molecule relates to its photochemical reactivity. This relation is drastically different from that of ground-state chemistry, since lifetimes of excited states are often comparable to or even shorter than the time scales of conformational changes. Combining theoretical and experimental efforts in femto-second time-resolved photoionization Rasmus Brogaard finds that a requirement for an efficient photochemical reaction is the prearrangement of the constituents in a reactive conformation.
Furthermore, he is able to show that by exploiting a strong ionic interaction between two chromophores, a coherent molecular motion can be induced and probed in real-time. This way of using bichromophoric interactions provides a promising strategy for future research on conformational dynamics.

Globalisasi di era yang semakin maju tanpa adanya pembatasan pergerakan telah mendorong pergerakan barang. Perkembangan pergerakan barang mendorong pertumbuhan permintaan akan kegiatan jasa logistik. Di antara lapangan usaha yang berkembang di Indonesia, industri jasa logistik memiliki peluang pertumbuhan yang paling tinggi diantara lapangan usaha lainnya. Pada saat yang sama, perkembangan proses bisnis berpotensi berada dalam ketidakpastian dan meningkatkan risiko gangguan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan industri jasa logistik memerlukan strategi rantai pasok yang tangguh untuk membantu perusahaan bertahan dari segala kemungkinan risiko yang dapat merugikan perusahaan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan struktur strategi supply chain resilience yang relevan untuk industri jasa logistik di Indonesia. Data diambil dari tinjauan pustaka untuk mendapatkan daftar pendek awal dari strategi ketahanan rantai pasok yang ada. Kemudian strategi dinilai dan divalidasi oleh enam pakar logistik dari industri, asosiasi industri, dan akademisi. Selanjutnya, skor dianalisis menggunakan indeks validitas isi-item (I-CVI) dan statistik kappa (K) yang dimodifikasi. Dan bantuan dari metode Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) dana analisis MICMAC untuk menyusun strategi dalam bentuk struktural hierarki. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 16 strategi dari 3 dimensi, dan struktur strategi yang dapat digunakan oleh industri jasa logistik untuk mencapai sistem ketahanan rantai pasoknya.
Globalization in an increasingly advanced era without any restrictions on movement has encouraged the movement of goods. The development of the movement of goods encourages growth in demand for logistics services activities. Among the growing business fields in Indonesia, the logistics services industry has the highest growth opportunity among other business fields. At the same time, developments in business processes have the potential to be in a state of uncertainty and increase the risk of disruption. Hence, logistics service industry companies need a resilient supply chain strategy to help companies survive all possible risks that can harm the company. This study aims to develop a relevant supply chain resilience strategy for the logistics services industry in Indonesia. The data is taken from the literature review to obtain an initial shortlist of existing supply chain resilience strategies. Then strategies were assessed and validated by six logistic experts from industry, industry associations, and academic. Next, the scores were analyzed using the item-content validity index (I-CVI) and the modified kappa (K) statistic. And an approach of Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) method and MICMAC analysis to develop strategies in a hierarchical structural form. This research resulted in 16 strategies from 3 dimensions, and the strategic structure that can be used by the logistics services industry to achieve its supply chain resilience system."

Resistance spot welding adalah proses pengelasan lembaran logam dengan paduan pemanasan joule dan tekanan menggunakan elektroda las. Micro resistance spot welding adalah pengelasan spot welding dengan skala micro, yang digunakan untuk proses pengelasan pelat tipis. Pada penelitian ini, fokus utama tertuju pada pencarian pengaruh posisi pengelasan chain straight dan zig zag terhadap kekuatan tekuk dan geser pada produk struktur ringan corrugated core sandwich panels. Produk tersebut menggunakan material Aluminium AA100 dalam bentuk pelat dengan ketebalan 0.43mm. Proses pengelasan mRSW pada penelitian ini menggunakan diameter elektroda truncated core 4mm dan 6mm yang digerakkan oleh pneumatic piston. Lalu dilakukan pengujian destruktif pada produk dengan standar ASTM C393 untuk pengujian tekuk dan ASTM C273 untuk pengujian geser. Pengujian tekuk menunjukkan bahwa pengelasan menggunakan diameter elektroda 6mm dengan posisi pengelasan zig-zag menghasilkan produk struktur ringan corrugated core honeycomb sandwich panels yang paling baik dibandingkan dengan diameter elektroda 4mm dan posisi pengelasan chain-straight sedangkan pada pengujian tarik, hasil diameter 6mm dengan posisi pengelasan zig-zag juga menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik namun tidak signifikan.
Resistance spot welding is a sheet material welding process which use the heat generated by the resistance from the current transferred by copper electrodes through the material. Micro resistance spot welding is a micro scaled welding process, mainly used to join thin plates. In this research, the main focus is to find the effects of welding position (chain-straight and zig-zag) to the shear strength and bending strength of the corrugated core honeycomb sandwich lightweight panels. The product consists of AA1100 Aluminum 0.43mm thick plates. The welding process uses the truncated core 4mm and 6mm in diameters copper electrodes powered by pneumatic pistons. The ASTM C273 and ASTM C393 are used for the shear and bending test respectively. The bending tests show that the welding with 6mm electrodes and zig-zag welding position creates the better strength products than it is with 4mm electrodes and chain-straight welding position. Meanwhile, in the shear tests, the 6mm electrode and zig-zag position had a slightly better results.
