"ABSTRACT
Ionic liquids are considered as an ideal alternative to volatile organic solvents and chemical industries in the future, because they are non-volatile. Ionic liquids are also considered as new novel chemical agents and widely regarded as a greener alternative to many commonly used solvents. Ionic liquids have been studied for a wide range of synthetic applications and have attracted considerable interest for use as electrolytes in the areas of organic synthesis, catalysis, solar cell, fuel cells, electrodeposition and supercapacitors. However, some ionic liquids suffer from more or less some
drawbacks such as toxicity, preparation and high cost in the process for use. Most recently, three types of ionic liquids are attracted much attentions specifically traditional ionic liquid, protic ionic liquid and deep eutectic solvent, where their preparation, mechanism and limitation were differentiated. However, those liquids are having their own advantages and limitations based on applications. Traditional ionic liquid and protic ionic liquid are highly cost and toxic for applied engineering research, but they consist of micro-biphasic systems composed of ionic compounds which
have more varieties in the applications. The deep eutectic solvent is very economic for large-scale possessing but there are only limited ionic mixtures to certain application such as electrochemistry."

"ABSTRACT
The finite element method has been applied to the study the behavior of vertically loaded single micro pile, the nine piles in a close group, the three piles in a row group in a homogeneous non linearly behavior medium, that is cohesion less soil.
Bidimensional and axis metric elements have been used in the analysis to determine the stress and the strain state in the soil around the piles and the deformation of the pile due to the grouting pressure of the micropiles.
This paper uses Mohr Coulomb model with a parameter controlling dilatancy.
The effect of grouting pressure in the soil around the member of piles group at three-diameter spacing are presented and analyzed. The efficiency of each piles and piles group at two until five spacing diameter, at 10% up to 50% deformation of pile are shown and studied. Those efficiency graphs are compared with the efficiency of driven pile group and bored pile group.
The effect of dilatancy to the deformation of pile at different grouting pressure is presented.
Using super positioned method that efficiency graph can be used for evaluating the efficiency of bigger micro piles group.

"Senyawa lignan banyak ditemukan dalam tumbuhan dengan genus Phyllanthus, salah satunya meniran hijau (Phyllanthus niruri). Lignan yang terdapat pada meniran hijau berupa filantin. Pelarut ionic liquid merupakan salah satu pelarut alternatif yang banyak dilakukan percobaan dan pengembangan untuk pengesktraksian suatu tanaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan efektifitas hasil ekstraksi senyawa filantin dari herba meniran menggunakan pelarut IL secara Microwave Assisted Extraction (MAE) dengan hasil ekstraksi yang menggunakan pelarut metanol secara maserasi, serta menentukan pelarut IL yang dapat menghasilkan kadar filantin tertinggi. Variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam proses optimasi adalah konsentrasi pelarut IL (0,25 M; 0,75 M; dan 1,25 M) dan rasio sampel:pelarut (1:10; 1:12; dan 1:14). Variabel dirancang dengan Response Surface Methodology (RSM). Penetapan kadar filantin menggunakan Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi (KCKT) dengan parameter yang telah divalidasi dengan fase gerak etanol:air sebesar 66:34 v/v dan dideteksi pada panjang gelombang 229 nm. Kondisi ektraksi optimal yang didapatkan menunjukkan hasil terbaik pada run 1 dengan konsentrasi 0,75 M dan rasio 1:14. Kadar filantin yang didapatkan sebesar 0,1783 mg/g. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, penggunaan IL-MAE lebih efektif jika dibandingkan dengan metode maserasi metanol yang menarik filantin sebanyak 0,1319 mg/g.

Lignan can be found in plants of the Phyllanthus genus, one of which is green meniran (Phyllanthus niruri). The lignans found in green meniran are phyllanthin. Ionic Liquid (IL) is one of the alternative solvents that is being developed for the chemical extraction of a plant. The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of the extraction of phyllanthin compounds from meniran herbs using IL solvent by Microwave Assisted Extraction (MAE) with methanol solvent by maceration method, and to determine IL that can produce the highest levels of phyllanthin. The independent variables used in the optimization process were concentration of IL solvent (0.25 M; 0.75 M; and 1.25 M) and sample:solvent ratio (1:10; 1:12; and 1:14). Variables are designed with Response Surface Methodology (RSM). Determination of phyllanthin content using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) with parameters that have been validated with ethanol:water mobile phase of 66:34 v/v was detected at a wavelength of 229 nm. The optimal extraction conditions obtained showed that the best result was in the first run with optimal condition of 0.75 M concentration of solvent and a ratio of 1:14. This condition produced phyllanthin content of 0.1783 mg/g. Based on these results, IL-MAE method is more effective compared to methanol maceration method which attracts phyllanthin content of 0.1319 mg/g."

"Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki karakteristik udara yang cenderung lembap, kelembapan yang cukup tinggi dapat memiliki berbagai macam masalah. Oleh karena itu untuk mengurangi kelembapan udara tersebut digunakanlah dehumidifikasi sehingga dapat menghasilkan kondisi udara yang nyaman dan sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Dehumidifier yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu desiccant dehumidifier dengan packed bed. Desiccant dehumidifier merupakan dehumidifier yang menggunakan ionic liquid sebagai cairan untuk menyerap uap air pada udara. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi eksperimental untuk mengetahui rasio kelembapan terhadap udara agar dapat mengetahui karakteristik ionic liquid. Hasilnya terdapat sebesar 0,68 g/kg-0,93 g/kg uap air yang dapat diserap oleh Ionic liquid dalam penelitian ini yang merupakan hasil dari proses dehumidifikasi.

Indonesia is a country that has air that tends to be humid, the humidity which was high enough also cause a number of problems. Which is why to counter those problems people mostly using dehumidification to produce a desired air condition which is comfortable and suitable. Dehumidifier that is used for this research called desiccant dehumidifier using packed bed. Desiccant dehumidifier is a type of dehumidifier that used ionic liquid as a solution to absorb water vapor in the air. The research used an experimental study to know the humidity ratio for air in order to know the characteristics of ionic liquid. The result are as much as 0,68 g/kg-0,93 g.kg water vapor could be absorbed in the ionic liquid and there is a process of dehumidification."
