"Latar Belakang:
Full-Scale Developmental Quotient (FSDQ), Clinical Linguistic and Auditory Milestone Scale (DQ
CLAMS), Cognitive Adaptive Test (DQ CAT). Dilakukan identifikasi faktor-faktor terkait DQ sebagai
variabel bebas, yaitu : jenis kelamin anak, usia gestasi, berat badan lahir, panjang badan lahir, lingkar kepala
bonding, pendidikan ibu, jumlah anak, status sosial ekonomi.
psikopatologi ibu (p= 0,023; rasio odd= 0,2; interval kepercayaan 0,05-0,804).
Simpulan :
mencegah keterlambatan perkembangan. Meningkatkan kesehatan mental ibu dapat mencegah
keterlambatan perkembangan.

Infants with history of hospitalization in Neonatology Unit at births are at risk of delayed development. There
are various risk factor associated with infant development, either from maternal or infant factor.
Objectives:
To determine developmental quotient of infants with history of hospitalization in Neonatology Unit in Dr
Cipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital, and to identify factors related to it.
Method:
Study design was cross-sectional observational analytic study. Subjects were 83 infants with history of
hospitalization in Neonatology Unit, from January 2018 to December 2019 randomly selected. The
Developmental Quotients were assessed using The Capute Scale, and consist of Full-Scale Developmental
Quotient (FSDQ), Clinical Linguistic and Auditory Milestone Scale (DQ CLAMS), Cognitive Adaptive Test
(DQ CAT). We analyzed the association of DQ with 15 independent variables: gender, gestational age,
birthweight, length at birth, head circumference at birth, length of hospitalization in Neonatology Unit,
duration from hospital discharge, exclusively breastfed or not, rehabilitation intervention, age of mother at
birth, mother’s psychopathology, pregnancy and delivery complication, mother-infant bonding, mother
education, number of siblings, and socio-economic status. Bivariate analyzes using Chi-square and
multivariate analyzes using logistic regression were applied for hypothesis testing.
Result:
FSDQ, DQ CLAMS and DQ CAT delay were found in 38,6%, 47,0% and 31,4% of subjects, respectively.
There were significant correlations between maternal education, mother’s psychopathology and socioeconomic
status with delayed FSDQ while delayed DQ CLAMS were related to gender, maternal education
and maternal psychopathology. Multivariate analyzes revealed that the most responsible factor related to
delayed FSDQ in this research were mother’s psychopathology (p= 0,023; odd ratio= 0,2; confidence
interval 0,05-0,804) and mother’s education (p= 0.048; odd ratio= 4.751; confidence interval= 1.017-
22.199).
Conclusion:
Infants with history of hospitalization in Neonatology Unit, should be checked regularly fot delayed
development. Improving maternal mental health and education is important in preventing developmental
delay.

"ABSTRACT
The titles of the works of novelist yukio mishima clearly illustrate his preoccupation with sea imageries, while his language urges us to examine them psychoanalytically. In other words, these images function as an aesthetic and pyychic screen onto which his radically divide subjectivity is projected. Mishima's divided self is a product of logical complication and semantic opacity worthy of psychoanalytic interpretation."
